Three Columbia University deans resign after their 'anti-Semitic tropes' texting is discovered

Matthew Patashnick

A trio of deans at Columbia University who exchanged “very troubling” texts that “disturbingly touched on ancient anti-Semitic tropes” are leaving the troubled school, according to a report released on Thursday.

Jew-haters Susan Chang-Kim, Matthew Patashnick and Cristen Kromm were all permanently removed from their administrative roles in July and have been sent packing from the Ivy League university, according to a spokesperson who  told the New York Times.

The three stooges were placed on leave after their anti-Semitic chain of texts were disclosed during a panel discussion about anti-Semitism on the largely anti-Semitic campus.

Columbia's vice dean and chief administrative officer Susan Chang-Kim, was among the university top staff  placed on leave in the wake of the text exchanges.

Cristen Kromm, dean of undergraduate student life, sent queasy and vomiting face emojis in the group chat with fellow university leaders in reference to an op-ed written by the campus rabbi decrying the rise of antisemitic sentiment on campus.

Now she can vomit off campus.

Angry Trump may 'clean house'

Sean Hannity's 'Question of the Day' may soon be: "How many people should Donald Trump fire from his Cabinet and staff?"

Now that former FBI DirectorJames Comey has been shown the proverbial front door, the White House appears to be in chaos. President Trump's friends are telling him that his staff is unsure how to work with him and his approval ratings are in the dumper and there are leaks, which makes for a messy dumper.

One of those friends said, "The advice he's getting is to go big--that he has nothing to lose. The question now is how big and how bold. I'm not sure he knows the answer to that yet."

If Trump goes full Rambo, his White House inner sanctum would shrink like a cashmere sweater in boiling water. He would have his family doing the heavy lifting and they have no government experience. The leaks may stop but the problems won't.

On the brighter side, Trump sometimes has a bark worse than his bite and while saying he's going to fire someone, he may not follow through. Thus, it's possible the talks he's having with his confidants is just talk and a way for him to feel supported.

At the end of this week, the President is heading on his first international trip. He's going to meet with Netanyahu and his Palestinian counterpart, Abbass (the 'Abb' is silent). So the process, if he really will go through with it, may take some time.

It's also possible he may cut people out of the information flow to cut down on leaks, as opposed to firing them. He may want to keep the drama at a minimum for now.

The confidential sources say that Trump isn't only unhappy with his staff, but he feels ill-served by his Cabinet officials, saying that they're either tooting their own horns too much, or they're not doing a good enough job kissing up to him with praise over his diplomatic prowess.

The sources say that no Cabinet member is expected to be fired anytime soon, but expect a West Wing shuffle in the future.

One of the few top officials, Secretary of State Rex Tillerson has been winning Trump's praise as he has been defending him in public as he did on "Meet the Press."

A Very Merry Democratic Christmas

Merry Christmas from the Democratic Senate leadership. You'll find pink slips on your desk--don't let the door hit you . . .

Incoming Senate Minority Leader Chuck "Nostrils" Schumer, cousin to foul-mouth Amy, isn't feeling so good now that his party, particularly Hillary Clinton, got their collective tushes kicked. Not only did Hillary lose the presidential election, on the electoral votes, she lost 5 more to Trump's 2--so she lost twice.

So, shoot the messengers. Or, at least blame them for your failures.

Nearly every member of the Senate Democratic Media Center has been fired, a senior Democratic aide told Fox News. Chucky swung the axe on Friday, as staffers some with decades of experience were given the old "heave-ho" by the party that really cares about "the folks."

The firings come amid plans to revamp the unit that handles video content. The fact that the Democrats not only lost the presidential race to a guy with funny hair and the vocabulary of Dora the Explorer, they failed to capture the House and the Senate and lost state legislative races all across this beautiful country of ours.

The loose-tongue aide said that Chucky decided Senate Democrats would need to come up with sharper, more creative digital content. [If only they had done that during the campaign, Hillary would have won, and the Democrats would be in the position to bring this country to its collective knees.]

Of course, part of the problem is that the party is run by the "Coastie Elites." They are the taxpayer-made wealthy and are as connected to the working class people as Hillary is connected to the truth.

Regarding the heartless firings, a senior Democratic aide said, "As a result, we are bringing in new people with expertise in digital videos and content for Facebook [aka "Fakebook"] Twitter, and other social media. The mission of the revamped SDMC will be to produce more content to make content more creative and catchy, and to do so faster than we've been able to do in the past."

Perhaps they'll be able to come up with catchy Hillary jingles for 2020.
"She has her own bus and her own uterus, 'cause she's Hiiiiillary, sweet Hiiiillary She will speak for a fee, 'cause she doesn't come free, yes she's Hiiiiillary, Hiiiillary"
But maybe not.

So the holidays are here and the firings are in, and Schumer has "cleaned house." Ho, ho, ho. While we don't know exactly how many Democrats were fired because they had flawed candidates with old worn out ideas, we know it was a substantial number.

A Republican Senate aide called the timing of the firings "brutal."

"Job creation has never been a strength of the Democrats, but firing staffers just days before the holidays so they can play catch-up is pretty brutal,' the aide said.

I call it "liberal."
