Hitler signs executive orders targeting anti-Semitism and CRT

Supreme leader and President Donald J. Trump signed an executive order Wednesday that prohibits money from being allocated to public schools that promote critical race theory (CRT). But the other order he signed surprised and delighted his fellow Nazis: an order to combat anti-Semitism that has been all over our college campuses since the brutal October 7, 2023 massacre by Hxmas of Israeli men, women and children.

Herr Trump's order titled "Ending Radical Indoctrination in K-12 Schooling," asserts that parents trust schools to provide a “rigorous education” to their children, but in recent years, public confidence has declined as schools “indoctrinate their children in radical, anti-American ideologies while deliberately blocking parental oversight.” It argues that such an environment “operates as an echo chamber, in which students are forced to accept these ideologies without question or critical examination."

The order prohibits federal funding of the "indoctrination of children which includes radical gender ideology and critical race theory in the classroom.” Schools run by the Department of Education are also directed to develop a strategy for ending “indoctrination in K-12 education” within 90 days.

The order further instructs the attorney general to work with state attorneys general and district attorneys to take legal action against educators or school officials engaging in “social transition” practices. This includes school policies that educators must adhere to a student's "preferred pronouns."

The Trump [aka Der Führer] administration’s efforts to crack down on CRT and gender ideology come as several states have passed laws of their own to remove these disgusting teachings in the classroom. Additionally, the order reinstates the 1776 Commission. Originally established during Trump’s first term, the commission is tasked with prioritizing “the advancement of patriotic education.”

The executive order fulfills a campaign pledge our dictator made to defund schools that promote these far-left ideologies.

“On day one, I will sign a new executive order to cut federal funding for any school pushing critical race theory, transgender insanity, and other inappropriate racial, sexual, or political content on our children,” Trump previously stated, according to the Hill.

Hitler [aka Trump] also signed an executive order titled "Additional Measures to Ceombat Anti-Semitism," which states that it is the policy of the US to combat anti-Semitism by "using all available and appropriate legal tools, to prosecute, remove, or otherwise hold to account the perpetrators of unlawful anti-Semitic harassment and violence." 

This order directs executive agency heads to submit a report to Der Führer within 60 days that identifies civil and criminal authorities that can be used to combat anti-Semitism. The report submitted by the Secretary of Education is required to include an analysis of Title VI complaints and administrative actions, including in K-12 education, related to anti-Semitism since the October 7 attack.

Let's face it; Donald Trump is a very poor Nazi as Nazis go. If anyone is a Nazi in disguise, look to Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib just for starters.

Pres. Trump cancels sanctions on Judea and Samaria residents

Joe Biden, or whoever was handling him, did not like Jews and detested Israel.

The Biden devastation's Executive order which applied sanctions on the Jews of Judea and Samaria was revoked by President Donald Trump within hours of being sworn in as the 47th President of the United States of America, proving that Biden is not only a garbage Catholic with his support of abortion, and a corrupt politician, with his son as 'bagman,' and a liar and a sneak, he is also an anti-Semite.

The rescinded orders by Trump were part of a mass reversal of Biden-era policies. 

Last February, then-alleged-President Joe Biden signed an executive order declaring a national emergency to deal with the “threat posed by the situation in the West Bank, including in particular high levels of extremist settler violence, forced displacement of people and villages, and property destruction,” imposing sanctions on those who were considered to be involved in such actions, Israel National News reported. The West Bank, by the way, is actually Judea and Samaria, but spineless political actors don't want to offend terrorists, lest they enter their gated communities and steal their women or worse.

Former U.S. Ambassador to Israel and others commented on President Trump's move:

Joe Biden is President and the nation is all moist and huggy

Joe Biden is now the 46th President of the United States of America!

The sun is shining, the birds are singing, squirrels are hiding their nuts, flowers are blooming somewhere, and silent farts smell like rose petals. 

My tears flow unabashedly along the cheeks of my face knowing that Joseph Robinette Biden is putting America on course to a 'build back better bigger brighter booming economy.' 

Yes, the lights along the mall at the Lincoln Memorial on Inauguration Day were like giant, loving arms, hugging America, and every executive order that the evil Donald Trump had signed has finally been negated. 

President Biden has already courageously signed 30 executive orders while having no idea of what they are or what their impact will have on the free world. That take balls of steel or perhaps a dose of dementia.

No longer will mediocre male high school and college athletes, who identify as females, have to compete against fellow fellows--they will now be allowed to compete against biological females and boy, will they kick ass and take scholarships and trophies. [Sorry girls.]

No longer will we need to get our oil from Canada through the Keystone XL pipeline. Who cares about Canada anyhow? Maple syrup is overrated.

Now we can get oil from our real ally, Saudi Arabia, and have it delivered on boats and then along highways and rails, where it doesn't spill all the time, like it never does with a pipeline.

People on the left believe Biden has a hidden earpiece with a voice telling him what to do: "Salute the Marines." "Wave at the crowd." "Stand up straight." "Flip a smile." "Give 'em a hearty 'C'mon, man.'" "Jill is your wife. Her name is Jill."

If he does, indeed, have an earpiece, then it has to be connected to God almighty, because he isn't Donald Trump and you know I wouldn't lie to you.

As former President Barack Hussein Obama told Biden [and what's with the Robinette? Is he a little bird with a red breast?] when he revealed that he was planning to run for president:  "You don't have to do this, Joe. You really don't."

But he did and now we're stuck.

Trump triumphs as travel ban is mostly reinstated

In a yoooge victory for the Trump administration, the Supreme Court lifted key components of an injunction against President Trump's proposed ban on travel from six nations that tend to be importers of terrorism. Not so coincidentally, these nations are Muslim-majority. 

The Supreme Court will revisit the ban in October when they go back in session.

This decision will have the justices delve into the biggest legal quagmire since Trump took office. His order temporarily restricts travel and the court made it clear that a limited version of the policy can immediately be enforced.

Much of the policy has been reinstated, but travelers who have family in the U.S. will be excluded from the ban.

"An American individual or entity that has a bona fide relationship with a particular person seeking to enter the country as a refugee can legitimately claim concrete hardship if that person is excluded," the court wrote. "As to these individuals and entities, we do not disturb the injunction. But when it comes to refugees who lack any such connections to the United States, for the reasons we have set out, the balance tips in favor of the Government's compelling need to provide for the Nation's security."

Trump has been openly pissed off after his original executive order of January 27th, was partially blocked by a federal court.

"What is our country coming to when a judge can halt a Homeland Security travel ban and anyone, even with bad intentions can come into U.S.?" Trump tweeted on February 4th.

Trump has been looking forward to the Supreme Court to take up the case and get it out of the hands of liberal (aka leftist) appellate judges.

Now that Trump nominated Neil Gorsuch to the Supreme Court and he has since been confirmed, the balance of the court goes to the right side of the aisle.

Justice Clarence Thomas wrote: "The Government has made a strong showing that it is likely to succeed on the merits--that is, that the judgments below will be reversed." This was also supported by justices Alito and Gorsuch. "The Government has also established that failure to stay the injunctions will cause irreparable harm by interfering with its 'compelling need to provide for the Nation's security.'"

The federal appeals courts in California and Virginia ruled against Trump in recent weeks. And when Trump was a presidential candidate, a majority of the 4th Circuit appeals court cited his statements at the time that he was proposing a ban "preventing Muslim immigration."

But the White House frames the ban as a temporary move involving national security, and any fair-minded person who sees what's happening in the world would agree that a greater security threat exists from people coming from Islamic majority countries than from other nations.

The most difficult aspect of the immigration question the court will deal with is deciding just how much discretion does a president have over immigration. Courts have been deferential in the past and would allow presidents to use their discretion to deny entry to certain groups of refugees and diplomats.

The Immigration and Nationality Act passed in 1952 gives the president broad authority. Section 212 (f) states that: "Whenever the president finds that the entry of any aliens or any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may, may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or non-immigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate."

Justice Thomas criticized the majority for the compromise made in Monday's ruling. He indicated that he would have allowed the order to be enforced in full and believes "the Court's remedy" would inspire a flood of new litigation.

"Today's compromise will burden executive officials with the task of deciding--on perils of contempt--whether individuals from the six affected nations who wish to enter the United States have a sufficient connection to a person or entity in this country," Thomas wrote. "The compromise also will invite a flood of litigation until this case is finally resolved on the merits, as parties and courts struggle to determine what exactly constitutes a 'bona fide relationship,' who precisely has a 'credible claim' to that relationship, and whether the claimed relationship was formed 'simply to avoid §2(c)' of Executive Order No. 13780."

Hopefully, a more center-right Supreme Court will quash the attempts of the liberal appellate courts to obstruct Trump's reasonable executive orders.
