Dem. Rep. Ted Lieu tweets photo of fetus that looks like cotton ball: normal people respond

Rep. Ted Lieu (Dummy-CA) would place second in a one man IQ test. He recently tweeted [or had someone do it for him] a photo of a cotton ball-like thing and, thinking others are as stupid as he is, claimed it was a nine-week-old fetus.

You don't have to be an genius to know that a fetus at that stage of growth doesn't look like a cotton ball.  It looks like this:

Even Lieu's supporters knew he was full of stuff you don't step on. West Coast conservative radio host, Jason Rantz tweeted this:

But Lieu wants us all to believe that at 9 weeks after conception, it's still an it and just a clump of cells. Just don't look too closely nor believe doctors like Rear Admiral Rachel Levine if he he goes along with this nonsense.

It's almost unbelievable to what lengths the left will go to convince the least astute of their ilk that killing babies in the womb is not like killing babies in the womb; it's just terminating cell growth. However, with modern ultrasound technology, there's no denying that the thing growing inside its momma is a baby. With 3D and 4D ultrasound, you can see their beautiful G_d-given faces.

Ted Lieu is a horrible person to post something so false and demeaning to unborn babies.

When "legal, safe, and rare" morphs into "shout your abortion!" you know the West is on the road to perdition . . . in a handbasket.

I wonder where the world would be if the mothers of abortion advocates carried out their progeny's beliefs.

Dr. Oz on abortion: say what?

On Saturday at a rally in Selma, NC, former President Donald Trump endorsed Dr. Mehmet Oz for senator in Pennsylvania. 

But is Dr. Oz. really a conservative or just a guy who's playing the part and is merely a salesman scamming the public? Is he really a "conservative Republican" as he describes himself?

The best way to answer this question is to ask whether or not Dr. Oz supports or opposes the right to life of the unborn because this is one of the most defining question all conservatives agree on.

When he announced his senatorial bid, Dr. Oz said that "as a surgeon" he "knows how precious life is." He even showed a video clip of him kissing a baby.

Dr. Oz has tried to put the issue to bed with an op-ed in the Washington Examiner.

“From the moment of conception to natural death, all life is a miracle,” the TV doctor wrote. “I have literally held a baby’s tiny beating heart in my hand. And in that very moment, it is impossible to deny how precious every life is.”

“I will be a bold voice in the Senate and a proud champion for the pro-life movement. I won’t ever shy away from sharing my pro-life beliefs, even as pro-abortion advocates in medicine, the media and Big Tech try to silence me,” he says now.

But he hasn't always said the same in the past.

In 2019 at a Breakfast Club interview he admitted that he was "really worried" about the Alabama law banning most abortions, including the case of a mother's life at risk, and he was against "heartbeat laws." At the time he said that a baby's heart is not beating in the womb but only sending "electrical charges." He was clear that he did not agree with those who say life begins at conception.

“At a personal level, I wouldn’t want anyone in my family to have an abortion. I told my kids this, I mean I love the lives that they’re creating so much that I personally wouldn’t want it. But I don’t want to interfere with everyone else’s stuff because it’s hard enough getting through life as it is,” he said, taking the same position as "Cafeteria Catholics" like Joe Biden and the late Mario Cuomo. 

It's like saying: "I'm personally against murder but it's your choice in the matter.

Last December, Dr. Oz appeared in a friendly Fox News interview in which he was asked several times when he believes life begins. His answer was that it begins "when you're in the mother's womb." That certainly happens after conception, if you know anything about biology, and Dr. Oz should--he's a doctor.

“If I’m pro-life, then that’s a decision that comes back to the sanctity of when you think life does begin. And I believe that begins when you’re in the mother’s womb,” he said.

“Life’s already started when you’re in your mother’s womb,” he asserted when challenged, “But it’s a rathole to get trapped in the different ways to talk about it.”

Huh?

Soon after that interview, Oz tried to clean up his act and released a statement that basically said the same thing he wrote in his Examiner op-ed:

“I believe life begins at conception. My whole life has been about saving lives. As a heart surgeon, I have held a beating heart in my hand, and I understand how precious life is — it’s why I am pro-life. As the senator for Pennsylvania, I will vote to protect the sanctity of life and the unborn.”

Well sure, this is what conservatives want to hear, but is it what Oz truly now believes after three years of singing a different tune?

La. gov. breaks with Dems & says he'll sign "heartbeat" bill

Louisiana Governor John Bel Edwards apparently alluded to the idea that he would sign his state's "heartbeat" legislation -- effectively banning abortions after a heartbeat of the baby is detected -- as his party faced questions over whether it should be more inclusive of pro-life voices.

“When I ran for governor, I said I was pro-life and so that’s something that’s consistent," he reportedly said when asked about the bill on Thursday. [It's a rare Democrat that has a heartbeat of their own based on most of them having the will to kill babies in the womb.]

The bill, which awaited a vote from the Louisiana House of Representatives, would make the state one of the strictest on abortion access. This comes after a number of other states passed restrictions in an apparent attempt to make the Supreme Court reconsider major precedent on the issue.

Pro-life advocates [i.e., people who also have hearts] have heralded measures like "heartbeat" legislation while groups like Planned Parenthood [an organization known for selling baby body parts] have challenged them in a series of legal battles.

Louisiana's bill could face a lawsuit from the same group -- the American Civil Liberties Union -- that sued Ohio over its own "heartbeat" legislation. The ACLU advocates for only those folks who have already passed through the birth canal, but it may be soon in the future when that won't be enough.

“My position hasn’t changed. In eight years in the Legislature, I was a pro-life legislator,” Edwards said.

He attributed his pro-life stance to his Christian faith but it also seems to hold personal significance. Nearly thirty years ago, he and his wife decided to have his daughter, diagnosed as a baby with spina bifida, against the doctor's advice to abort.

During his monthly radio show, the governor seemed to acknowledge his break with Democrats, who have continually denounced state-level legislation like Louisiana's. Pro-life advocates are quietly praying he will stand behind his values rather than a need to get reelected.

“I know that for many in the national party, on the national scene, that’s not a good fit. But I will tell you, here in Louisiana, I speak and meet with Democrats who are pro-life every single day," he said.

Edwards may be a Democrat, but he's a man with the moral values of a true conservative.

“Every Democrat, like every American, should support a woman’s right to make her own choices about her body and her health,” Democratic National Committee Chairman Tom Perez, an actual piece of human garbage, previously said.

According to a Marist poll from 2019, Democrats varied in their opinion on abortion restrictions. But a strong majority -- 60 percent -- said they supported limiting abortion to the first trimester. If it were up to some Democrats, they would limit abortion through the fourth trimester if it posed an inconvenience.

Another poll from May showed that overall, registered voters thought heartbeat bills were either "just right" or "too lenient." That contrasted with 45 percent who said they were "too restrictive."

Democrats for Life, which voiced support for "heartbeat" legislation and are the only liberals with an actual sense of morality, has challenged the party on this point in particular -- calling for things like more inclusive language from party leadership and a Democratic Pro-Life Political Action Committee.

Congressional Democrats have acknowledged that being pro-life and Democrat was possible but, as Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) clarified, the party was "strongly pro-choice." Schumer, it should be noted, has already been born and has nothing to lose in his pro-abortion stance.

The term "pro-choice" by the way, is a clever way of saying "pro killing of babies in the womb." You have to give Democrats credit, though, for having the semantic skills to take the onus off of what they're really advocating for.

It's highly likely, however, that if these pro-life bills are challenged in the SCOTUS, Justices Kavanaugh and Roberts will be too squishy to have the courage to vote for the pro-life measures.
