Sweden: Prime Minister says 'No more mass immigration'

It's like trying to get the worms back in the can--now that Sweden has finally come to realize that immigration of people whose culture and values are not merely different than theirs, but in many ways opposed to their values, Prime Minister Stefan Lofven changed his mind on the issue. 

It came after another terror incident in Stockholm on Friday in which a Muslim who was refused asylum drove a truck killing four people.

Lofven said Sweden will 'never go back' to the huge level of immigration they allowed in 2015 and he promised to change Sweden's liberal behavior.

He said: "Sweden will never go back to the [mass migration] we had in autumn 2015, never. Everyone who has been denied a permit should return home. This makes me feel enormously frustrated. If you have been denied a visa you are supposed to leave the country."

And you're not allowed to drive a truck to kill people.

Lofven added: "Terrorists want us to be afraid, want us to change our behavior, want us to not live our lives normally, but that is what we're going to do. Terrorists can never defeat Swede, never."

Words. It reminds me of the Obama administration as they read off the cue cards: "We condemn the attack in the strongest possible terms."

The terrorist, Rakhmat Akilov, a 39-year-old father of four, is from Uzbekistan. He hijacked a 30-ton truck and tried to kill as many infidels as possible on a popular Stockholm main shopping street.

Police found a bomb in the truck, put there to kill as many innocent people as possible. The bomb contained gas canisters, nails and chemicals. But it didn't detonate and Akilov didn't get blown up and virgin-rich. 

The scumcrumpet came to Sweden in June 2014 but in December 2016 he was told he had to leave the country within a month. He was able to fool authorities by giving a false address, which they believed without confirming because an idiot may have been in charge of the address department.

Over the weekend, it was discovered that Akilov pledged his allegiance to Islamic State and the extremist group Hizb ut-Tahrir. 

Akilov was captured near Stockholm's international airport where he told police he was on orders of Islamic State. "The bombings in Syria must stop," he said, according to Swedish media.

Swedish authorities think he was inspired by the London terror attack by Khalid Masood, which killed five people while injuring scores of others.

Probably the worst, and therefore the funniest, Kumbaya video ever made. If you don't think it's funny, you might be a liberal.

My theory of combatting the mindset and violent behavior of Islamic terrorists is to have them live in liberal neighborhoods where progressive values and Kumbaya can be taught and brotherhood (Muslim style) can abound.

Or kill them.

McCain hasn't yet met with POTUS since he took office

Brussels -- Senator John McCain (R-AZ) spoke at German Marshall Fund's Brussels Forum where he complained that since President Trump took office, he has not been invited to meet with him and feels slighted and unwanted. He urged Trump to reach out to his opponents on both sides of the aisle, just like Ronald Reagan did, if he wants to appeal Obamacare.

"Do some outreach. Get to know some of the Democratic leaders," he said, after having sung "Kumbaya" with Democratic-ish politicians like Lindsey Graham and Paul Ryan, who was there in spirit only. "You can find common ground," McCain added, referring to the idea of giving up conservative values.

McCain said he'd met Trump years ago when he was a businessman, but hadn't met him since. But was quick to add that he does speak a heck of a lot to National Security Adviser Lt. Gen. H.R. McMaster and Defense Secretary Jim Mattis, adding that they are both BFFs.

Derek Chollet of German Marshall Fund and a former Obama Pentagon official sided with McCain saying that "He doesn't seem to be that upset that he's not talking to him. He's trying to run U.S. defense policy through Mattis and effectively ignore Trump."

The White House had no response to the request for comment.

McCain has always been a vocal Trump critic and said of his tweet-diarrhea that it has caused "a great deal of uncertainty" regarding who he listens to as president. "Who drives the tweets at 6 a.m. in the morning?" he said redundantly as there is no 6 a.m. at night or afternoon.

The aging Senator also expressed concerns over the Trump campaign's alleged ties to Moscow, but didn't seem to care a fiddler's fart about the fact that leaking those names is a felony. "I have significant concerns about the intelligence committee's ability to get to the bottom of this issue," McCain said. "We need a select committee."

But he emphasized that the controversy shouldn't stop Trump from meeting with Russian counterparts to make tremendous deals that are very, very good deals.

"I just hope that one day Donald and I can be good friends and let bygones be bygones."

Pope: 2017 will be good and Kumbaya

Vatican City -- Pope Francis spoke to his flock for New Year's Sunday. He said that 2017 will be a good year if people do good and reject hatred, rather than doing bad and embracing hatred. He prayed for those who courageously deal with terrorism gripping the world in "fear and bewilderment."

According to Vocabulary.com, bewilderment is "a state of being confused and puzzled. Bewilderment means not understanding, but it goes beyond that--it implies a state of complete mystification. People experience bewilderment when they are utterly baffled by the situation at hand."

This should definitely concern us to think that the spiritual leader of 1.2 billion Catholics has no clue about what's behind the terrorism in the world. 

I mean, gee, the terrorist are screaming "Allahu Akbar" which means, in Arabic, "Allah is greatest" when they blow themselves up, or start shooting, or drive a truck into a crowd of people. They're willing to die for their beliefs. 

I can't imagine what that's all about, but if it walks like Islam and prays like Islam, it's probably Islam.

"The new year will be good on the measure in which each of us, with the help of God, tries to do good, day by day, that's how peace is created," the pontiff told a crowd of 50,000 pilgrims, tourists and Romans gathered in St. Peter's Square for his noon blessing and New Year's Day remarks.

It will also be good if Islamic terrorism could be eliminated from the earth. "Saying 'no' to hate and violence" sounds noble, but it's not going to stop Islamic extremists from killing you--in fact, they're going to laugh when they see your impotent method of retaliation. 

Saying no to violence and hate is not going to stop violence and hate because Islamic extremists don't see what they are doing as anything more than their religious duty.

Francis also said that humility and tenderness are signs of strength, not weakness.

Yes, they are signs of character strength, but they're sure as hell going to get you killed in the face of terrorism. 

"Unfortunately, violence has struck even on this night of well-wishes and hope," he said, referring to the Istanbul nightclub attack Sunday that left 39 dead and dozens wounded by a terrorist dressed as Santa Claus. 

"In sorrow, I express my closeness to the Turkish people, I pray for the numerous victims and wounded, and for all the nations in mourning," he said. He prayed that God will sustain "all men of goodwill who courageously roll up their sleeves to deal with the plague of terrorism and this bloodstain which is gripping the world in a shadow of fear and bewilderment."

Bewilderment?

Oslo: Muslims Surround Synagogue, Sing Kumbaya

Oslo, Norway: over one thousand people, some of them Muslims, who evidently hold regular jobs, formthea "ring of peace" outside the main synagogue in the nation's capital. This follows the attacks of Charlie Hebdo and the Kosher supermarket in Paris in January, and an attack in Denmark last week. 

President Obama was not in attendance, which comes as no surprise.

Anti-Semitism has become a growing sporting event in several European countries and there has been a sharp increase in anti-Semitic incidents. Much of the anti-Semitism began last year coinciding with the Jewish Israelis and  the militant Palestinian Muslims in Gaza who always seem to be at odds.

However, the real hatred of the Jews by orthodox Muslims began when Islam's "Prince of Pedophilia" went to Medina and had private meetings with the moon god, Allah, who told him that Jews are the vilest creatures and killing them is cool and a feather in their turban. 

Why the perfect Allah invented the Jews in the first place is a mystery, and why he couldn't handle the wet-work himself is an even bigger mystery, as he is supposedly all powerful.

But back to the "circle of peace." 

Not in Our Name & Muslims Against Terror

One of the organizers of the "circle of peace" claimed that the event shows that "Islam is about love and unity." This is obviously true, given the current world situation with the way Islam has been spreading love and unity in the world. And don't even talk to me about tolerance. There is a no religion more tolerant of other religions than Islam. Just look around and you will see a veritable explosion of love coming from the Muslim nations of the world.

The co-organizer of the event, Zeeshan Abdullah, told the people gathered there "We want to demonstrate that Jews and Muslims do not hate each other. We do not want individuals to define what Islam is for the rest of us." Abdullah added, "There are many more peace-mongers than warmongers."

Norway's Chief Rabbi Michael Mechior sang traditional Sabbath songs outside the synagogue as the people gathered there and held hands. 

Kumbaya was in the air.

One of the Muslims in the crowd who didn't want to be identified fearing strong beheading repercussions at a later time said, "Some of my best friends are Juice."

Ervin Kohn, head of Oslo's Jewish community, said a gathering of this sort is "unique." 

Will it last?

The more important question to ask is whether or not the event was real in the first place.

In a Front Page Magazine article by Daniel Greenfield, ("Organizer of Muslim Synagogue 'Peace Ring' Gave "Why I Hate Jews" Speech") the 'circle of peace' event was nothing more than a dog-and-pony show. The one fact the media doesn't talk about is that the reason synagogues need protection in the first place is due to Muslim anti-Semitism.

One witness described the event as having about 1300 people in total, and almost everyone looked like ethnic Norwegian. Those holding hands were staged by the media and had barriers in front of them with 10 guards at an entry checkpoint.

Co-organizer, Zeeshan Abdullah, reportedly trafficked in anti-Semitism, according to Greenfield. In 2008, Abdullah made a speech in Oslo on the alleged involvement of Jews in the Twin Tower attack in New York. "Therefore I hate Jews and Gays," the Verdens Gang, a Norwegian paper reported.
