Clinton being sued for "doing a Hillary"

Charles Woods, father of Tyrone Woods, and Patricia Smith, mother of Sean Smith, are suing Hillary Clinton, mother of Chelsea Clinton.  

Tyrone and Sean were two of the four people who died in Benghazi in 2012, while Hillary Clinton was secretary of state. The other two were Ambassador Christopher Stevens and Glen Doherty.

Charles and Patricia are alleging that Clinton's "reckless handling" of classified information contributed to their deaths.

Wow--where did we hear that before?

Larry Klayman of Freedom Watch USA is handling the case on behalf of both parents for causing the death of their sons as well as for defamation and intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress.

The lawsuit implies that Hillary's use of a private email server contributed to the deaths in Benghazi as the terrorists were able to 'obtain the whereabouts of Ambassador Christopher Stevens and thus the U.S. State Department and covert and other government operations in Benghazi, Libya and subsequently orchestrate, plan, and execute the now infamous September 11, 2012 attack."

"Having used a secret private email server that we now know was used to communicate with Ambassador Christopher Stevens with confidential and classified government information, and which we also now know was likely hacked by hostile adversaries such as Iran, Russia, China and North Korea aligning with terrorist groups, it is clear that Hillary Clinton allegedly negligently and recklessly gave up the classified location of the plaintiffs' sons, resulting in a deadly terrorist that took their lives," Layman said in the introductory statement.

Additional to the wrongful death and negligence charges, the parents also claim that Clinton defamed them in statements to the media, according to court documents.

Basically, during her presidential campaign, Clinton has "negligently, recklessly and/or maliciously" defamed Smith and Woods by implying that they were liars or directly calling them liars to protect her public image. She is also alleged to intimidate and emotionally harm and silence them to keep their mouths shut about the Benghazi attack on at least four separate occasions, Klayman wrote.

Clinton's campaign hasn't yet responded to requests for comment.

Speaking last week to Fox's Chris Wallace on "Fox News Sunday," Clinton claimed she didn't tell family members that the attack was due to a video and was not terrorism.  She suggested the family members misunderstood her because they where overwhelmed by grief.

Of course, anyone with a brain realizes that there was no reason for Smith and Woods to lie to the American public about what Clinton told them as the bodies of their children were on the tarmac. The fact that Woods kept a diary and wrote down what Clinton told him, suggests that he wasn't overwhelmed and should inform the public of the truth.

"I understand the grief and the incredible sense of loss that can motivate that," the former First Liar said. "As other members of families who've lost loved ones have said, that's not what they heard. I don't hold any ill feeling for someone who, in that moment, may not fully recall everything that was or wasn't said."

Hillary Clinton doesn't seem to know how to tell the truth. She clearly lied about her email scandal and refuses to come clean. If you don't think she's a liar, then you're not paying attention.

Libyan Brain Flushings

Is freedom of speech being challenged by the Obama administration?   If coming down hard on the guy who made the Muhammad video and accusing that video of being the catalyst that caused the attack in Benghazi, then yes, Obama is challenging our First Amendment right to freedom of speech.  The fact is, Obama and the Situation Room knew about the attack in real time, and were totally clear about it within an hour as emails have shown us, but his administration confabulated a false claim and a man is in prison because of it, and four Americans are dead because of an order to "stand down." 

But even more frightening is what Hillary Clinton said to Charles Woods, the father of Tyrone Woods, one of the slain SEALs.  She told him not to worry, the administration plans to fully prosecute the man who made the video about the prophet of Islam, Muhammad, which they claimed incited the riots that were actually responsible for killing his son.  Of course, Clinton didn't use those words, but that's basically what the message was--as if the video had anything to do with the terrorist assaults in the first place.  

The story told by Federal authoirities was that the demonstration was an unplanned spontaneous response to that "disgusting" video, a movie trailer made by Nakoula Basseley Nakoula, a 55 year old Coptic Christian in southern California.  I have viewed this video, Innocence of Muslims, and concur that it's not very good, but it's an expression of Nakoula's freedom of speech.  Freedom of speech does not mean freedom to say things that people want to hear, but it includes the freedom to say things that people don't like and don't want to hear.

In my next blog, I plan to discuss our First Amendment right in more detail.  I believe  this issue is one of the most important ones that we face for the immediate future, particularly if Obama is re-elected.

My latest novel, Jihad Joe, is about Islamic terrorism and suspense.  In it I challenge the precepts of the religion through my protagonist, Zed Nill, a journalist, captured by terrorists and who is destined to be killed if the American President refuses to release three Gitmo prisoners.  Of course, American policy demands we never give in to terrorists, and for Zed, the clock is ticking.
