Conservatives Erupt After Al Green Melts Down During Viral Clash: 'Unhinged Lunatic Who Just Got Voted Out Like Yesterday's Garbage'

In what experts are calling "peak 2026 Democrat energy," outgoing Rep. Al Green (D-TX) delivered a masterclass in unhinged congressional performance art Tuesday, accusing Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin of racism for the unforgivable crime of not wanting a giant sign waved in his face during the State of the Union.

The Texas Democrat, famous for filing more impeachment articles against Trump than most people have socks, apparently decided his best strategy in a hearing was to channel his inner toddler who just discovered the word "no."

When Mullin had the absolute gall to defend himself, Green unleashed the devastating rhetorical nuke that has defined his entire career:

"Shut up," Green barked.

The clip spread faster than a Hunter Biden laptop story on social media, prompting the Republican National Committee to repost it with the simple, elegant caption: "UNHINGED.

Green, 80 years young and freshly rejected by his own voters in a primary that basically screamed "please retire," doubled down by holding up a photo of the sign incident like it was the Zapruder film of systemic racism.

"A racist would depict people of color as apes. A racist would take offense at a peaceful protest. This was a peaceful protest, Mr. Secretary," Green said, apparently unaware that "peaceful protest" now includes yelling at cabinet secretaries while your party gets demolished at the ballot box.

After Mullin tried to interject, Green continued to ask that Mullin be silenced. When Mullin continued, the congressman tried to ask the Republican chair to force Mullin’s compliance.

"Reclaiming my time. Ask him to shut up. It’s my time. Tell him to shut up," Green said, in the most compelling argument for term limits since forever.

Benny Johnson, a political commentator, blasted Green's attempt to block Mullin's response in his own post to X.

"This is the modern Democratic Party in one clip. Green's response? 'Shut up, up, up, up. Shut up.' No respect. No argument. No facts. No substance. Just 'shut up' and a temper tantrum. This is all they have left," Johnson said.

The Libs of TikTok, a conservative influencer account, similarly called the moment an embarrassment for Democrats, the Party immune to introspection and thus, embarrassment.

"Rep. Al Green (D) has a complete MELTDOWN, calling DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin a 'racist' before telling him to 'SHUT UP' Thank God this unhinged lunatic was voted out," the account wrote.

Eric Daugherty, another conservative media personality, also celebrated an impending end to Green's time in Congress.

"Insufferable Rep. Al Green (D) just went on a BERSERK RANT and DHS Sec. Mullin took NO BS," Daugherty wrote. "Al Green just lost his House seat. GOOD RIDDANCE!"

Homeland Security Chairman Andrew Garbarino (R-NY), eventually had to gavel the room like a substitute teacher breaking up a food fight, reminding everyone that character attacks are frowned upon, unless they're coming from Democrats calling everyone racist, of course.

Before the hearing resumed, Mullin couldn't resist one final mic drop:

"Evidently, his constituents heard enough of him because they voted him out," Mullin said Green, ever the statesman, closed with one last profound thought: "I will speak into the microphone so that I may be heard. I ask that any person who desires to interrupt me shut up," Green said one last time.

At press time, sources confirmed Al Green was already drafting his seventh impeachment resolution against Trump from the retirement home he'll soon be calling home.

Racist House Dem thinks all pimps are black: wants Lauren Boebert censured for a comment about Al Green's cane

Rep. Houlahan

Rep[ulsive] Chrissy Houlahan (D-PA) thinks that Republican Rep. Lauren Boebert's (CO) comment about Rep. Al Green (Dummy-TX) is racist because Boebert referred to Green's cane as a "pimp cane," in a TV interview, which it does indeed resemble.

As you may know, Green continuously heckled President Donald Trump during his first address to the nation last week, until House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) had the Sergeant at Arms remove the screaming lunatic from the chamber. Yes, Green shook his cane and his demeanor was reminiscent of a guy who just stepped out of his tent only to discover someone had stolen his "Two Buck Chuck" wine.

In the March 7 interview with Real America's Voice News, Rep. Boebert said, referring to his behavior during Trump's speech that "Al Green was given multiple opportunities to stand down, to sit down, to behave, to show decorum."

"For him to go and shake his pimp cane at President Trump was absolutely abhorrent," Boebert added.

That was it for Houlahan. Using the trigger word "pimp" for her implies a black man in a loud, oversized, purple suit, wide-brim fedora with a feather, satin button-ups, with an open shirt to show his chest hair, heavy gold chain, pinky ring and yes, a cane.

So who's the racist?

Houlahan submitted a resolution Monday calling to censure Boebert "for her recent disparaging and derogatory comments" about Green.

If you would like to support my work, you can Buy Me A Coffee or subscribe to Brain Flushings. Thank you.

The resolution said those words uttered by Boebert "are disparaging, derogatory, and racist toward another colleague, and are a breach of proper conduct and decorum of the U.S. House of Representatives."

Really?

Sounds like a pot-kettle thing.

Dems don't stand for child cancer survivor during Trump's address

President Ronald Reagan is credited with being the first president to highlight everyday Americans during State of the Union addresses in order to illustrate policy impacts they created. Presidents that followed continued that practice and President Trump is no exception.

In his March 4th address, President Trump introduced a 13-year-old boy who is a brain cancer survivor and who loved the police. Trump took his love for the law a step further and made him an honorary Secret Service agent and the boy's eyes lit up when he was handed his credentials. The Republican side of the aisle cheered wildly while most of the Democrats remained sitting on their virtuous butts.

Social media erupted at their disgusting behavior.
"A terminally ill child with brain cancer is given an honorary Secret Service award and the Democrats refuse to stand or clap for the child," Trump administration official Ric Grennell tweeted.
"Democrats refused to stand or clap for a little boy fighting cancer," Libs of TikTok posted on X. "Truly sick people."
"Democrats refused to stand for the brain cancer surviving kid! How awful can one party be?" Outkick founder Clay Travis tweeted.

"Democrats didn’t even stand for the boy who survived brain cancer," Republican activist Scott Pressler posted on X.
"Can’t believe the lousy Democrats can’t even applaud a little boy with brain cancer or a Kennedy who wants to Make America Healthy Again," New York Post columnist Miranda Devine of the New York Post wrote on X.
However, others were more emotional and focused on the significance of the event.
"This is the first time I can remember crying during a state of the union. Thank you President Trump," Meghan McCain posted. "This is so beautiful. Anyone who has been impacted by brain cancer knows how special this is."
Of course, John McCain, Megan's father, (R-AZ) died of brain cancer in 2018.

Then there was the skepticism on the left who said that Trump was using the child and other ordinary Americans as props, but this is exactly what all presidents have done since Reagan so as to make a point. It's okay when Democrats do it, but never when it's the GOP.

The Democrats were rude as Trump spoke and Rep. Al Green (D-TX) had to be removed for his incessant heckling. Other leftists who left the speech early was Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) and comrade Sen. Bernie Sanders (Communist-VT).

I believe this was Trump's finest speech thus far as President. He made common sense points about illegal immigration, males playing in female sports, the Ukraine-Russia war, taxes and other issues. He was strong and clear, unlike his predecessor.

The Democrats came off looking petty and clueless as to how the American public views this administration. They have nothing to offer beside complaining.

House rejects impeachment idiocy

The House of Representatives overwhelmingly rejected an idiotic attempt to impeach President Trump after a special ed graduate and liberal congressman forced a vote on his feeble effort on Wednesday.

Rep. Al Green (Duh--Texas), has been calling for the president's removal because he hasn't been able to self-toilet since Hillary Clinton lost the presidential election.

Lawmakers immediately voted to effectively kill Green's crayon-drawn resolution with 364 votes to table it and 58 of Green's classmates to move ahead.

In a monosyllabic speech on the floor ahead of the vote, Green shouted that Trump is "unfit" for office and accused him of "high misdemeanors." But the only one who was "high" was doing all the shouting. He gave no examples of any misdemeanors, high or low.

Lawmakers didn't actually vote on the actual articles of impeachment, but on a procedural measure to push a vote on it.

The idea of impeaching a president because you don't like him is absurd and really quite frightening. If this happened, there would be no presidency lasting longer than a Domino pizza delivery.

Green said in a memo to his special ed class: "As I have said before, this is not about Democrats, it is about democracy. It is not about Republicans, it is about the fate of our Republic. May everyone vote their conscience knowing that history will judge us all," he wrote, stealing the line from Nelson Mandela.

White House press secretary Sarah Sanders had called Green's moronathon "pathetic" last spring when the libtard first went public on it.

I say it's seditious and Green should be imprisoned for life!
