NYC teachers union hosting seminar on 'harmful effects of blackness in our lives'

Erica Sandoval: what a real race hustler looks like

Just kidding.

The United Federation of Teachers would never get away with hosting a seminar titled "The Harmful Effects of Blackness In Our Lives," silly. It's actually called the "Harmful Effects of Whiteness In Our Lives." That kind of racism is acceptable and makes for great cocktail talk among the woke white folk who need to virtue signal and are actually signaling their soft bigotry of low expectations.

When you put the shoe on the other foot, you can easily see the racism, but it's like Chris Rock using the "n" word, as if that's acceptable for some reason.

The United Federation of Teachers’ online seminar, dubbed “Holding the Weight on Whiteness,” is scheduled for Monday, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., and will be hosted by Queens-based psychotherapy charlatan and self-proclaimed “Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Leader” Erica Sandoval who is hoping to make a financial killing with the title she gave herself.

UFT members who are licensed mental health professionals can earn two hours of credit toward their continuing education credentials, which can eventually result in a higher salary and a considerable reduction in IQ.

The workshop costs $25 to attend and will focus on “key cultural themes … related to the Latinx/e communities,” including “internalized racism, privilege, [and] white identity,” according to the union’s website and an Instagram post.

As Dilbert cartoonist and influencer Scott Adams suggested, White people should start using the term "Whitx" just to piss off the woke. He also called out the left for having only one note in their "racism symphony," because they have no viable ideas on how to run things.

“Participants will leave the workshop with a better understanding of how to center ourselves as a form of resistance against the harmful effects of whiteness in our lives, the organizations we work for or direct, and the communities in which we serve,” the racist post ridiculously says.

The only harmful effects of whiteness is that people will use it to excuse racism and enhance their self loathing.

The only real harm are the workshops themselves whose only intention is to divide us and distract us from the serious problems in this country: crime, poverty, the economy, open borders, China, Russia, Iran, militant Islam, and family values.

News of the event has some people angry.

Council Minority Leader Joe Borelli was contacted by many angry teachers and parents asking why fighting "toxic whiteness" has become a top priority of a leftist union that represents a school system plagued by poor performance in the classroom.

“Why is it important for employees of the New York City Department of Education to serve as a form of resistance against the effects of whiteness in their lives, the Department of Education, and the diverse communities in which they serve, which may consist of white students and families?” wrote Borelli (R-Staten Island) in a letter Friday to Tina Puccio, director of the UFT’s Member Assistance Program.

“To be clear, I don’t actually care what your speakers tell your members in an optional and private seminar.

“I care how members will implement the ‘resistance’ against these ‘harmful effects of whiteness’ when dealing with students and parents as part of their employment with the department.”

About 150,000 students — or 14.7% percent of the overall school population — are white, according to the DOE. They are not toxic nor are their parents as a result of their skin color--to believe otherwise is racist and a setback in our culture.

Maud Maron, a public school parent activist, said the workshop isn’t just “unnecessary,” it’s also “racist and bad for students whose education and well-being should be top of mind for everyone, including the teachers’ union.”

“There is nothing wrong with being white, and the sleight of hand of talking about whiteness is not even a fig’s leaf worth of cover,” she added.

“My kids have a white mom and Latino dad. This training says there is something wrong with mom and absurdly calls dad ‘Latinx’ — a word he would never use.” [That may be due to the fact that it's a word invented by a non-Latino or Latina.]

When asked about the outrage, UFT spokeswoman Alison Gendar said the union “offers professional development on a range of issues” but didn’t offer additional comment because Alison has no good answer.

Racism sucks and so do the woke racists who divide us.

School board racist gets pushback from those she accused of being evil

If I said "Blackness is evil" you would call me a racist and you would be correct. But somehow we've come full circle to the point where it's acceptable [to some] for a Black person to make the same claim about "Whiteness," an immutable characteristic having to do with the melanin level of one's epidermis.

A December 18th tweet from school board member Kesha Hamilton read, “Whiteness is so evil. it manipulates then says, I won’t apologize for my dishonesty and trauma-inducing practices and thinks you should applaud it for being honest about its ability to manipulate and be dishonest.”

But Hamilton's tweeter wouldn't stop. She responded to a user with a tweet that read, “The last thing you have to worry about is an animal – though that could be a very real threat.. more dangerous are any whites you may see on the trail.. be safe!”

Then yet another tweet, complaining that “working/living in/around with white folks is incredibly difficult. Being subjected to them/their violence & treachery is severely abrasive .. but they sleep peacefully at night.”

Libs of Tik Tok got involved exposing her for who she is:
School board member of @jpsvikings has a history of making racist comments. She says whiteness is evil and causes trauma, calls white people stupid, dangerous, and difficult to be near.

But the racist Hamilton doubled down with anti-White bile at a school board meeting where she said,  “we have to choose to be a part of the solution, so that in time the tweet can no longer be factually true.”

Parent Gina Hastings spoke out against the racist's statements, calling her “angry and bitter” and remarking that “Her racist comments should not be condoned. How can all kids feel safe when physical characteristics over which they have no control are being called evil and dangerous.”

Oxymoronically, Hamilton works as a racial equity consultant and is the chair of the City of Jackson’s Racial Equity Commission, the New York Post reports.

And while Hamilton tried to defend the indefensible to the media, it's clear that people like her, people who hate others not based on the content of their character, but on the color of their skin, have should be removed from positions of power and influence, especially influence over developing minds.

Racism, no matter from where it comes, is unacceptable and must be condemned or we, as a nation, are doomed.

Being Black and being an anti-White racist is now the accepted norm of the abnormal left

Lamont Hill and his quizzical "say what" face

Racist activist, race hustler and host of Black News Tonight Marc Lamont Hill asked Chris Rufo, the outspoken critic of the nonfactual divisive, anti-American, anti-White garbage known as "critical race theory," why school children should not be taught that "whiteness" is "all negative," and then pressed Rufo to name something he likes about "being white."

“What do you like about being white?” Hill asked Rufo, after stating that “whiteness” is a “marker of power.”

Rufo rejected the premise, noting that “whiteness” is “such an amorphous term, it’s like a census term.”

“You surely recognize that the world sees you as white, the world reads you as white,” Hill said, sounding like a true racist and noting that he likes the “culture norms” and “tradition” and other aspects of “being black.”

“If you’re saying whiteness is being constructed as negative and it shouldn’t be, name something positive that you like about being white,” Hill asked again.

Rufo again rejected the premise and pointed out progressive literature that’s being used in public schools which ascribes things like timeliness, objectivity, and rationality to being white. “These are very strange things to be ascribed to a racial identity,” he explained. “My view is that, actually, these things should be ascribed to every individual human being regardless of whatever racial category we impose on them.”

Lamont Hill was still unsatisfied. “That doesn’t answer the question,” he told Rufo, accusing him of setting up “straw men” to avoid the issue.

“If whiteness isn’t a negative thing, and there’s something that you actually — and whiteness actually shouldn’t be constructed as all negative, name something positive, that you believe is positive, about being white,” Lamont Hill told Rufo.

“Again,” Rufo refuted, “I don’t buy into the framework, that the world can be reduced into these metaphysical categories of whiteness and blackness. I think that’s wrong — I think we should look at people as individuals, I think we should celebrate different people’s accomplishments.”

“You mentioned [author Noel] Ignatiev,” Rufo continued. “Ignatiev says the goal is to ‘abolish the white race.’ In any other context, this would be interpreted as a near-genocidal slur. I don’t buy into it. The reason I’m not going to answer your question, is I reject that categorization. I think of myself as an individual human being with my own capabilities, and I would hope that we could both judge each other as individuals and come to common values on that basis.”

Lamont Hill closed the segment by saying schools “need” critical race theory so we can “expose whiteness,” listing off alleged systemic disadvantages black people in America are born into.

Now this is racist. All you need to do is interchange the races. Hill plays word games and Rufo is smart enough to not buy into it.

“What do you like about being White?” I asked this question to anti- Critical Race Theory advocate Christopher Rufo. He stated that Whiteness was always only painted as negative, so I asked him to offer something different. Peep his response: pic.twitter.com/H5IkAyv2Co

I replied to Hill:

Hill is a bright guy for a racist so I suspect he will have a snappy answer to these types of questions. But when you attack a group's immutable characteristics, you really are nothing more than a racist. And you might recall how black people were saying that blacks cannot be racist because of all the things they've been through. That was just their attempt at shutting you up.

I'll say it again: Marc Lamont Hill is a racist, like Al Sharpton is a racist, Louis Farrakhan, Robert Byrd, George Wallace and David Duke. The only difference is melanin levels--even their political party affiliations are the same--all Democrats.
