Black man charged with hate crime for allegedly shooting 2 strangers execution style, because they were white

A black man in Tulsa, Oklahoma allegedly shot and killed two white men in an apparent execution-style murder last month and law enforcement authorities say that it was a racially motivated hate crime.

The shooter, Carlton Gilford, a homeless person, or an undomiciled individual, shot two in the back of the head at two different locations on April 18th, the Tulsa PD reported to Fox News.

The victim Lundin Hathcock, 35, was shot around 9:40 a.m. at the Rudisill Library, and the other man killed was James McDaniel, 55, was shot at a QuikTrip convenience store.

Tulsa County District Attorney Steve Kunzweiler said that he believes the evidence suggests the homeless man shot both men because they were white, and he has been charged with a hate crime for his alleged killings.

“The allegation in this charge is that race or color played a role in these shootings,” Kunzweiler told Newsweek. “Based upon the investigation, we have reason to believe that race played a role in the homicides. That evidence will be presented in front of a judge or jury. Mr. Gilford has the presumption of innocence until proven guilty by a judge or jury.”

The suspect allegedly walked up behind Hathcock while he was sitting at a desk and shot him in the back of the head. Hathcock was rushed to a hospital where he later died. Gilford then allegedly went to the nearby convenience store and shot McDaniel in the same manner before firing another shot at him after he fell to the ground. McDaniel died at the scene.

It is believed the gun that Gilford used was obtained illegally.

Authorities said that surveillance footage from the QuikTrip store showed Gilford firing at a security guard and another person outside the store. The suspect was detained after officers arrived at the scene and the shooter allegedly admitted to killing the two white men, who he did not know personally.

“The investigation into the two deadly shootings is ongoing at this time and Detectives are still working to learn a motive,” the Tulsa Police Department said in a statement.

Gilford was charged with two counts of shooting with intent to kill, and one count of malicious intimidation or harassment, a hate crime by Oklahoma standards. The suspect is being held without bond and is scheduled for court on June 23rd.

It is not known whether any progressives such as Vice President Kamala Harris, are attempting to elicit GoFundMe donations to secure his release.

State Dept Spox says cops are the biggest threat to U.S. security

Jalina Porter is the new deputy mouthpiece of the State Department and could easily be mistaken for a BLM or Antifa member rather than someone who stands for law and order.

In a Facebook posting dating back to Sept. 20, 2016, Porter said that the "largest threat to U.S. national security are U.S cops," adding, "Not ISIS, not Russian hackers, not anyone or anything else." [H/T Washington Free Beacon]

Porter's reference was in response to a video  released of Terence Crutcher, an unarmed Black man who, according to police, abandoned his vehicle in the middle of the street. He began walking toward police with his hands in his pockets, refused to show his hands, as he kept walking as police ordered him to stop. He refused to comply and was shot. A quantity of PCP was found in his SUV after the incident.

Autopsy revealed that Crutcher had "acute phencyclidine (PCP) intoxication" at the time of the shooting, a total of 96 nanograms per milliliter in his blood, as well as tenocyclidine (TCP), a psycho-stimulant and hallucinogen which is more potent than PCP, was present.

The officer involved in the shooting, Betty Shelby was tried and found not guilty.

Obviously, the incident was horrible, but when making a political point, it's always easier to blame the police officer rather than the person who resisted arrest or refused to comply with police.

Porter was not at the scene nor at the trial of Shelby, but posted:
"An unarmed Black man takes a knee for justice, bigots riot. An unarmed black man (with his hands raised) takes a bullet and dies, these same bigots are silent. Explain this to me, please."
It apparently was not obvious to the police at the scene that Crutcher was unarmed when he refused to comply with them and posed a threat as he approached. We don't know what he was thinking at the time, and yes, he was apparently high on drugs, but what are cops supposed to do when they believe their lives are being threatened?

Porter, a former cheerleader for the NFL's Oakland Raiders and NBA's Washington Wizards, was also a top aide in the congressional office of Cedric Richmond, now Biden's White House advisor. She also worked for the left-leaning Truman National Security Project where Hunter Biden once worked.

"If y’all don’t wake up and rise up to this truth, the genocide against Blacks in America will continue until we are near extinct," she wrote.

The State Department had no comment.

Assoc. Press defends the Qur'an, attacks Okla. lawmaker for asking related questions

"Shut up and take it like a good wife"
Tulsa, OK -- It's all in how you word what you write as to how the public may process it.

An Associated Press' March 4, 2017 headline reads: "Oklahoma lawmaker asks Muslims: 'Do you beat your wife?'"

My headline phrases the article somewhat differently but factually correct. In the Qur'an (as well as other books of Islamic scripture) men are allowed to beat their wives when they disobey:
"Men have authority over women because Allah has made the one superior to the other, and because they spend their wealth to maintain them. Good women are obedient. They guard their unseen parts because Allah has guarded them. As for those from whom you fear disobedience, admonish them and send them to beds apart and beat them." --Qur'an 4:34
Muhammad "struck me on the chest which caused me pain, and then said: Did you think that Allah and His Apostle would deal unjustly with you?" --Aisha (Sahih Muslim 2127)
By the way, Aisha was Muhammad's child bride who he married when she was 6 and he 53. The marriage was consummated when Aisha reached the ripe old age of 9.

Anyway, this Oklahoma Rep. John Bennett, distributed a questionnaire last week as the Oklahoma chapter of CAIR (Council on American-Islamic Relations) kicked off its annual Muslim Day at the Capitol.

Rep. Bennett told Muslims who wished to meet with him to fill out a form his office provided that bluntly asked: "Do you beat your wife?" Whether they would denounce terror groups such as Hezbollah and Hamas. And if they believe that former Muslims who leave the religion should be punished for leaving.

All of those questions, except for the one referring to the terrorist groups specifically, deal directly with Sharia--or Islamic law.

CAIR, an un-indicted co-conspirator with the Muslim Brotherhood (MB) in the Holy Land Foundation trial that dealt with the MB funding terrorist organizations, said the form contained "hateful, bigoted questions."

I fail to see how hatred has anything to do with trying to determine if specific women are in danger, or if a person supports terrorism. The only hatred in these cases are on the shoulders of the person answering the questions.

Bigotry has to do with the intolerance of those with different opinions. That sums up the religion of Islam in many forms of its practice, such as killing apostates, or those who leave Islam. Those people are to be killed, according to Muhammad.

Now that's bigotry.

It is high time we stop pretending Islam is not a problem, at least in its extreme form.

4 quit after Okla. vet dies with maggots in wound

Talihina, Okla. -- Rather than waiting to get fired, four staff members of a veterans facility quit after a resident was found to have maggots in a wound.

Myles Deering executive director of the Oklahoma Deparmtne of Veterans Affairs said the maggots were discovered while the veteran was still alive at the Talihina facility, which is about 130 miles southeast of Tulsa.

Although the maggots were not the cause of death, they were as disgusting as a liberal crying at Trump's election victory.

Deering explained that the veteran came to the facility with an infection and died of sepsis, a life-threatening condition where the body is fighting a serious infection that has spread through the bloodstream.

The agency revealed that a physician's assistant and three nurses, including the director of nursing, resigned after the investigation was conducted. All four maggots chose to resign before the termination process began.

The late veteran, Owen Reese Peterson, died on October 3rd--he was 73.

Raymie Parker, the veteran's son, identified the body. "During the 21 days I was there . . . I pled with the medical staff, the senior medical staff, to increase his meds so his bandages could be changed," he said. "I was met with a stonewall for much of that time."

Some people just don't belong in healthcare.

Charlotte continues to riot

Charlotte, N.C. -- The scene is ugly with angry people who appear to care more about creating anarchy and looting than the actually protesting for a cause. These are not protests--when windows are smashed and businesses are looted, that's a riot.

And so we have another night in Charlotte where the mob is out of hand. A white man beaten and dragged by the miscreants and the brother of Keith Lamont Scott having his 15 minutes of fame as he tells the media that all white people are "devils."

I understand his pain, but I condemn his racism.

We've reached a point where it's acceptable for blacks to express racism and for liberals to condemn conservatives with more anger directed at them for wanting better vetting for refugees than they express over terror attacks and rapes by those refugees.

Officials in Charlotte appealed for calm and it did little to stop the rioting. Police made 44 arrests and one civilian was shot and later died. Police say it was a rioter who shot him and the rioters say it was a cop.

A man identified as Scott's brother said, "Just know that all white people are f****** devils, all white cops are f****** devils and white people."

But the cop who shot Scott was also black.

Al Race-Baiter Sharpton said that black cops are different toward black people, implying that black cops are racist against black people. Sharpton is about as 'sharp' as a puddle.

North Carolina Gov. Pat McCrory declared a state of emergency and called in the National Guard after the Charlotte police chief called for additional help.

Sean Hannity was so concerned about the rioting that he only devoted 47 minutes of his show to praise Donald Trump.

"The events that we saw last night are not the Charlotte I know and love," said Mayor Jennifer Roberts at a news conference. "They are not reflective of our community, of the deep-seated traditions we have of collaboration and peace." She called for a "full, transparent investigation" as opposed to a Comey-style FBI type of investigation.

Police Chief Kerr Putney, an African-American, would not commit to releasing video of the incident to the public, which is probably wise.

The shooting that took place in Tulsa, OK was a different scenario: a white, female cop shot an unarmed black man and now she is up on charges. The Charlotte shooting allegedly involved an armed man. But when it suits their agenda, groups like Black Lives Matter and the New Black Panthers lump them in together to give them an excuse to riot, loot and harm innocent people.

The country is on the road to perdition if things don't change.
