Abortion criminal serving life sentence is no longer serving for some reason

Philadelphia infant murderer who was serving a life sentence for his numerous crimes is no longer serving time. Kermit Gosnell is dead at the age of 85.

Gosnell was convicted in 2013 of murdering three babies born alive at his filthy clinic in West Philly and was serving many life sentences which he finally used up.

Pennsylvania Department of Corrections spokesperson Maria Bivens said Gosnell passed away on March 1st in a hospital outside the prison system. He had been incarcerated at the State Correctional Institution-Smithfield, roughly 60 miles south of Pittsburgh.

A cause of death was not disclosed but he is now as dead as the babies he killed in the past.

The now deceased convicted infant killer's clinic had been known as the "house of horrors." The employees at the now defunct clinic testified that Gosnell frequently performed illegal abortions beyond the 24-week limit and he even killed babies who were born and still moving, crying or breathing, and that his assistants killed the newborns by "snipping" their spines, as he called it.

Beyond simple murder of at least three infants, Gosnell was also convicted of running a prescription pill operation out of the house of horrors.

"Gosnell pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute controlled substances, including oxycodone, alprazolam, and codeine; distribution and aiding and abetting the distribution of oxycodone; and maintaining a place for the illegal distribution of controlled substances," the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania said in July 2013.

"Gosnell went from writing several hundred prescriptions for controlled substances per month filled at pharmacies in 2008 to over 2,300 filled at pharmacies in January of 2010," it added. "Gosnell charged from $115.00 to $150.00, with a follow up visit fee of $50.00 and a $20 fee for refills of controlled substances for cash paying customers."

Conditions at his clinic became known during a 2010 investigation of prescription drug trafficking.

When investigators initially went to the clinic, they discovered a foul-smelling place with bottles and bags of fetuses, jars of body parts, bloodstained furniture and medical equipment that looked like it fell into a cesspool.

Gosnell did not testify at his 2013 trial, but his defense attorney argued that none of the fetuses were born alive and that any movements were posthumous twitching or spasms, according to the AP.

Well now he's gone but his memory lingers on. At least he won't be meeting any of his victims in heaven because that isn't where I believe he's going.

The Oracle of Omaha and Abortion

Warren Buffett, the Oracle of Omaha and staunch supporter of Obamacare and everything abortion, has donated more than $1.2 billion to abortion organizations between 2001 and 2012, Fox News reported (Dan Gainor, May 13, 2014). That is roughly enough money to kill 2.7 human beings in the first trimester of life.

There are some who would argue that unborn fetuses  are not human beings--if not human, then what are they?

It seems as if all those people who support abortion rights have already been born, to paraphrase Ronald Reagan.

According to the Guttmacher Institute, 2011 reached the lowest level of abortions since 1973. Perhaps this is a sign that the right is winning in the war to protect the unborn, but 1973 still had 1.06 million abortions performed, and from that year to 2011, about 53 million abortions took place.

Guttmacher found that 50% of all pregnancies are accidents, and of those, 40% are aborted. If that doesn't sound like birth control, what does? So, in all, 21% of all pregnancies end in abortion.

The reasons given for having an abortion are as follows:
75% say they can't afford a child.
75% cite concern for or responsibility to another person.
75% say having a baby would interfere with their work, school, or ability to care for dependents.
50% say they don't want to be a single parent or are having problems with their husband or partner.

Of all women who have abortions for whatever reason, 42% have income below 100% of the federal poverty level.

So if someone believes that Warren Buffett is a good man who loves children, I wonder what they think of Kermit Gosnell. At least the movie about him is going to be made thanks to audience support and donations of over $2 million--a record amount.

Gosnell Guilty on 3 Counts, Planned Parenthood on 3 Million Counts

After ten days of deliberation, Kermit Gosnell was found guilty of murder on 3 counts of murdering babies, and involuntary manslaughter of murdering a woman seeking an abortion. Most of the mainstream media did not cover the story, but Fox News and the conservative blogs did. After the verdict, Planned Parenthood spoke out against Gosnell, tap dancing around the issue of the dead babies involved, but advocating for the rights of women to have safe abortions (at a Planned Parenthood clinic near you).  One can only wonder what PP would have said had Gosnell been acquitted.

And Gosnell's clinic may not be the exception, but the rule. There appears to be a late term abortion industry in this country and they are under the radar, and liberals want to keep them there, in spite of what Planned Parenthood pretends to be saying. There are more regulations at your local beauty parlor than at abortion clinics.

One of the apparent criteria as to whether an abortion can be deemed legal is the issue of viability. That is, if the fetus were taken out of the womb, would there be a reasonable chance that it could live. I stand with Hillary Clinton on that by saying, "What difference does it make?" If a fetus is not a human being, then what is it? Liberals like to use the power of words to make their points, such as "a woman's right to choose," "women's health issues," and so on.

In well over 90 percent of the time, abortions have nothing to do with health issues for the mother. They also are only very rarely about ending the result of a rape--and even when it does involve rape, is it moral to kill a baby for the sins of the father? (I am not using the word 'sins' in a religious sense, but to make a point.)

This is not politics--this is reality

At what point does a mother have the right to kill her child? When the child is first conceived? The first trimester? The fourth? How about the twentieth trimester? What rights does a baby have and why isn't a fetus given the same rights as a baby outside of the mother's body? These are just some of the philosophical issues that will come of this trial.

Now the sentencing phase should come and Kermit Gosnell faces the possibility of the death sentence. Will he actually be executed? Probably not. He's 72 years old and will likely die in jail and some liberal will likely develop a crush on him, like the teenager who developed a crush on the Boston Marathon bomber number two.

For every piece of human excrement who goes about killing the innocent, there is a human fly attracted to this subhuman garbage.
