Biden's Dept. of Veterans Affairs provided genital mutilation/transgender procedures despite ban as per documents

For years, the Department of Veterans Affairs thumbed its nose at a rule banning “gender alterations,” turning itself into a one-stop shop for vets looking to play dress-up as the opposite sex. 

Internal documents spill the beans: the VA—yes, the same outfit fitting war heroes with prosthetic limbs—was handing out prosthetic peckers dubbed “3-in-1 (pee/pack/play),” fake boobs, chest binders, wigs, and even dilators for artificial vajayjays.

Federal regulations say “gender alterations” are off-limits for VA medical services. But the VA played word games, claiming that only meant the slice-and-dice surgeries. “Since 2011, VA has provided all medically necessary transition-related care for transgender and gender diverse Veterans except surgeries,” one document brags. Leave it to bureaucrats to dodge a rule by splitting hairs finer than a frog’s butt.

Then the Biden crew took it up a notch, stretching “medically necessary” like a cheap rubber band. Back in 2020, a doctor said hair removal was just cosmetic—no dice. Fast forward to Biden’s watch, and they’re teaching VA staff how to farm out laser jobs to zap hair off a trans veteran’s “face/neck, back, chest, abdomen, or genitalia,” billing it under a sneaky “unlisted procedure code for skin, mucous membrane, and subcutaneous tissue.” 

Slick move, huh?

It gets weirder. The VA even roped in “parking attendants or valets, maintenance staff, [and] housekeepers” for a PowerPoint pep talk, making them “Articulate the key elements of VHA’s Directive on Providing Health Care for Transgender and Intersex Veterans” and coaching them to ask vets, “Hey, what name, gender, and pronoun do you vibe with?”—all so they could bunk them in hospital rooms with whoever matched their fantasy gender.

Cue the Trump administration on Monday, riding in with an executive order titled Defending Women from Gender Ideology Extremism and Restoring Biological Truth to the Federal Government. They’re slamming the brakes on “medical treatments for gender dysphoria,” except for vets already mid-transition at the VA. Before that, Biden’s squad went hog-wild expanding the trans buffet—hormones, voice lessons, egg-and-sperm storage, you name it.

Biden-era papers even teased changing the rules to green-light surgeries, but whined it’d take years. One gem, “Gender-Affirming Care at VA: Resources for Providers,” admits, “While VA cannot provide gender-affirming surgeries at this time,” they’d still slap a gender dysphoria label on veterans, juice ‘em up with hormones, train their vocal cords, yank their body hair, and pen love letters to outside surgeons begging for the chop. 

An April 2024 slide from an “LGBTQ+ Veterans Care Coordinator” adds they’d cover “medically necessary post-operative and long-term care following gender-affirming surgery”—think revision cuts or snipping nuts if the hormone cocktail went sideways.

VA staff got crash courses on “diagnosing gender dysphoria” and “assessment of readiness and consent for hormone therapy,” with tricks to book a “transgender and gender diverse national e-consult” linking local docs to trans “expert hub teams” in Minneapolis and Tucson. One catch: the e-consult screen flashes a warning that “for individuals still active in the military (e.g., Guard, Reserves, Active Duty) transgender identity can be grounds for discharge and their VA medical records are accessible by the military.” 

Whoops.

The VA—whose motto, straight from Abe Lincoln, is “To care for him who shall have borne the battle and for his widow, and his orphan”—even rolled out a “Gender-Affirming Program with Speech (GAPS).” That’s “4-8 individual sessions with a speech-language pathologist” to help dudes sound like dames, “achieving your authentic and affirming voice,” plus tips to keep their laughs, coughs, and sneezes from blowing their cover. Tax dollars hard at work.

They even cranked out form letters to nudge outside docs into doing genital jobs, like this cookie-cutter pitch: “I support (honorific) XXXX’s decision to undergo genital surgery, and I am available for coordination of care.” Just fill in the blank and sign. Another version gushes, “We are of the opinion that [veteran] meets all of the criteria for a vaginoplasty, as set forth in the WPATH Standards of Care, Version 7.” Oh, and veterans could tweak the “birth sex” field on their records too, because “despite the medical implications…this is the Veteran’s right.” Sure, why not?

Monday, Veterans Affairs Secretary Doug Collins dropped the hammer, saying all this nonsense is toast. “I mean no disrespect to anyone, but VA should not be focused on helping Veterans attempt to change their sex,” he said. “The vast majority of Veterans and Americans agree, and that is why this is the right decision.” Cash saved from ditching these “specific medical treatments for gender dysphoria” will now prop up real heroes—think paralyzed vets and amputees—helping them claw back some independence.

“All eligible Veterans — including trans-identified Veterans — will always be welcome at VA and will always receive the benefits and services they’ve earned under the law,” the department swore. “But if Veterans want to attempt to change their sex, they can do so on their own dime.” Bathrooms and rooms? Back to birth sex rules. The VA also torched Veterans Health Administration Directive 1341(4), which propped up this circus.

Here’s the kicker: the VA “has not kept consistent and reliable records” on how many vets got these treatments, how much it cost, or how many staffers were roped in. Best guess? Less than 0.1% of the 9.1 million vets in VA care are trans-identified. Small potatoes, big headache.

Pelosi lies about claim she never called federal agents "stormtroopers" and mocks Barr's weight

Speaker of the Hands and the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) lied when she said  on an interview Tuesday afternoon that she never called federal law enforcement agents "stormtroopers." She said that they "acted like stormtroopers." But in reality, she never said that. But don't take my word for it--go to the video tape below to about the 35 second mark as she begins to speak and judge for yourself.

"Dancing Hands" appeared on MSNBC’s “The Beat” with host Ari Melber whore she was asked about the following exchange from Attorney General William Barr’s testimony in front of Congress:

REP. DOUG COLLINS (D-GA): “And the stormtrooper comments by the Speaker of House, and we know that that is a direct reference to the paramilitary wing of the Nazi Party… don’t you think it encourages the violence that we’re seeing and encourages the participation against the police?”

ATTORNEY GENERAL WILLIAM BARR: “I think that’s possible and I think it’s irresponsible to call these federal law enforcement officers stormtroopers.”

Pelosi jumped in as soon as the clip stopped playing and lied: “Well, actually I said they acted like stormtroopers.”

That's a technique known as "gaslighting," named after the 1944 movie "Gaslight" in which the new husband of a rich widow tries to make her go insane--she finds pictures are missing, strange footsteps are heard in the night, and gaslights that illuminate the house are dim without being touched.

Think of that moment on CNN when the "reporter" is telling the viewers that the protests are mainly peaceful while a building fire rages behind him. Or when Rep. Gerold Nadler says to the media that Antifa is a myth. This is gaslighting.

Pelosi then tried to deflect from the criticisms by anemically claiming that Barr did not have a problem when other people have allegedly compared federal law enforcement officials to Nazis. Had Barr been asked that question, he would have addressed whether or not he had a problem with that, but he was asked about Pelosi, not other leftists comparing federal law enforcement to Nazis.

“I said they acted like stormtroopers,” Pelosi lied.  “And they did and my colleagues have said that as well.”

On July 17, Pelosi tweeted, “Unidentified stormtroopers. Unmarked cars. Kidnapping protesters and causing severe injuries in response to graffiti. These are not the actions of a democratic republic. @DHSgov ’s actions in Portland undermine its mission. Trump & his stormtroopers must be stopped.”

Pelosi added to the gaslighting: “First Amendment speech should never be met with one-sided violence from federal agents acting as Trump’s secret police, especially when unidentified. This is disgraceful behavior we would expect from a banana republic — not the government of the United States.”

The incredible restraint shown by law enforcement with these violent rioters was almost saint-like. They had to duck frozen water bottles and other projectiles thrown at them, commercial fireworks shot at them, lasers aimed at their eyes [in which three agents were blinded] and they only responded with physical reactions when physically assaulted. Pelosi's remark that it was "one-sided violence" is a lie. And the use of unmarked vehicles to apprehend criminals is standard operating procedure because when they know the law is coming for them, it's best not to advertise the approach.

The left and their media are gaslighting us and it's all about the election. Trump was right when he said, "They're not coming for me--they're coming for you."

Pelosi definitely and directly called the officers stormtroopers, which refers to the Brownshirts, which was a paramilitary group of the German Nazi Party.

Pelosi's historical knowledge of the Second World War is scant. She tweeted that federal officers were "acting as Trump's secret police." The secret police were not stormtroopers, they were Hitler's Gestapo, and to use that analogy, in spite of it being a non sequitur, is quite disgusting.

Insofar as the officers being "unidentified," Pelosi lied again. While officers had their names removed from their uniforms because the scumbag Antifa rioters were doxxing them [making their addresses known and going to their homes to harass them and their families], they had identification numbers, and appropriate markings labeling them as law enforcement. They could be identified through the department if they had acted inappropriately.

Pelosi, through her slip-sliding-away dentures and frenetic hand motions, apparently mocked Barr’s weight, saying that he was “like a blob.” She seems to enjoy weight-shaming people--she falsely claimed that President Trump was "morbidly obese."

“They were not peaceful protesters,” Barr said. “And that’s one of the big lies that the media seems to be perpetuating at this point.”

To call these protests peaceful is a lie and a true example of gaslighting.

Pelosi babbled on and claimed the Barr “should be answering for what he did at Lafayette Square” when violent anarchists were being cleared out by officials.

“There were three warnings given,” Barr said, referring to the warnings authorities gave to protesters informing them that they needed to move. “But let’s get back to why we took that action. On Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, okay, there were violent riots at Lafayette Park where the park police were under constant attack at the – behind their bike rack fences. They were battling over the fences. They were trying to get entry. They were throwing bricks and inflammable liquid at the police…”

“On Sunday, things reached a crescendo,” Barr continued. “The officers were pummeled with bricks. Crowbars were used to pry up the pavers at the park and they were hurled at police. There were fires set in not only St. John’s Church, but a historic building at Lafayette was burned down.”

“Here’s what the media is missing. This was not an operation to respond to that particular crowd. It was an operation to move the perimeter one block,” Barr continued, then later added, “By the way, there was no tear gas used. The tear gas was used Sunday when they had to clear H Street to allow the fire department to come in to save St. John’s Church. That’s when tear gas was used.”

It's also a bit more humane than throwing bricks.

“I didn’t see any video being played on the media of what was happening Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. All I heard was comments about how peaceful the protesters were,” Barr added. “I didn’t hear about the fact that there were hundred and fifty law enforcement officers injured and many taken to the hospital with concussions. So it wasn’t a peaceful protest. We had to get control over Lafayette Park, and we had to do it as soon as we were able to do that."

If things continue the way they've been going, the country is going to hell in a hand basket.

Ranking Judiciary Committee Republican wants an explanation by FBI of why they used force in Stone arrest

A ranking Republican on the House Judiciary Committee, Rep. Doug Collins (R-GA) questioned the FBI's stormtrooper tactics in their arrest of Roger Stone at his home in Florida on Wednesday, in a letter to FBI Director Chris Wray.

Stone is an elderly man with a tattoo of Richard Nixon on his back, and a longtime adviser and confidant of President Trump. The latter fact may be the key to the FBI tactics, but Wray will never say that, you can bet.

Collins as well as Sen. Lindsey Graham, (R-SC), are questioning the amount of force used in arresting the 66-year-old Stone at his home. They were just short of using a C4 charge on the door with guns blazing in spite of the fact that he was not deemed a flight risk [his passport has expired] and had already publicly stated that he expected to be indicted.

“Although none of the seven charges against Stone is considered to be a violent crime, the FBI demonstrated an immense show of force during an early-morning raid on Stone’s home,” Collins wrote in his letter to Wray. “Given the fact that the FBI is embroiled in a scandal related to the origins of this investigation, we are perplexed about why the FBI would use such a show of force in the arrest of an elderly man.”

Collins also points out that when Sen. Bob Menendez, (D-NJ), was indicted in 2015 on 14 charges – as with Stone, the charges included giving false statements – he and his lawyers were permitted to discuss and prepare how Menendez would voluntarily surrender.

Perhaps the "D" after his name can give us some indication.

In his letter, Collins asks Wray to clarify how far up the chain of command the knowledge of the raid and tactics used went, and whether the FBI had any discussions with Stone’s attorneys before the raid. He also asks if the FBI spoke to any media organizations ahead of the raid as a Comedy News Network (CNN) commentator was at the scene when the raid on Stone’s house went down and overheard his conversation with FBI agents.

What are the chances? The network claims they saw Grand Jury papers that led them to guess about Stone about to be raided, but those papers are confidential, even to the press, [although CNN doesn't fall into that category].

Collins joined a growing chorus of Republican lawmakers and strategists criticizing Stone's arrest, with former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie calling it “overkill” and downing a Whopper with a diet coke. 

A former FBI agent comparing the raid to a “pre-dawn ‘knock-and-announce’ arrest warrant of a meth lab somewhere in the United States.” Stone himself drew a parallel between the level of force displayed during his arrest and that used to capture alleged Mexican drug lord Joaquín “El Chapo” Guzman.

Mueller's team and Democratic lawyers with the U.S. attorney's office for the District of Columbia are jointly prosecuting the case against Stone in the hopes of getting some dirt on Trump. They did not push for Stone to be jailed or for U.S. Magistrate Judge Deborah Robinson to impose a gag order in the case, but to get Stone to stop talking about anything would actually require a real gag.

Stone remains free on $250,000 bond.
