Handy Andy Cuomo charged with "sex crime" in Albany, NY

The older brother of Chris "Fredo" Cuomo and former Democratic Governor of New York, Andrew "Handy Andy" Cuomo, had a misdemeanor criminal complaint filed against him on Thursday charging him with a "sex crime": the Class A misdemeanor of "forcible touching."

The charge comes from NY Attorney General and gubernatorial hopeful Letitia James' investigation into several complaints alleging that Handy Andy engaged in inappropriate behavior while serving as Democratic Governor of New York and frequent guest of his brother's Comedy News Network show "Hello, We're Schmucks."

James’ office’s final report alleged that Cuomo groped a staff member’s breast at the governor’s mansion in Albany last December, a claim he denies and states emphatically that he's a "leg man and would never do that."

The complaint alleges that Cuomo “did intentionally, and for no legitimate purpose, forcibly place his hand under the blouse shirt of the victim…and onto her intimate body part…specifically, the victims [sic] left breast for the purposes of degrading and satisfying his sexual desire.”

“The name of the alleged victim was redacted from the complaint but the allegations line up with those made by former Cuomo aide Brittany Commisso, 33,” the New York Post noted Thursday after receiving a copy of the complaint. The outlet reported that Commisso was interviewed for "several hours" on August 30 and several subpoenas were issued in response to the allegations as per Albany County Sheriff Craig Apple.

The Albany Times-Union, a newspaper with over 120 readers, noted Thursday that an initial criminal complaint was filed erroneously, without redactions, against Commisso’s wishes to remain anonymous and also against standard operating procedure for all complaints involving sex crimes. The New York court’s director of public information later confirmed the filing, however.

“A misdemeanor complaint against former Governor Andrew Cuomo has been filed in Albany City Court,” New York Unified Court System Director of Public Information Lucian Chalfen, told media in a statement. “As this is a sex crime, a redacted complaint will be available shortly.”

“It’s unclear when the former governor will be arrested, booked and arraigned,” the New York Post gleefully noted, adding that a source told them that an arrest “would likely take place next week.” Cuomo could also turn himself in on the charges.

The charge is a Class A misdemeanor and, as such, carries a penalty of up to a year in the slammer and up to a $1,000 fine in most cases, which is chump change to Cuomo.

“If convicted as charged, Cuomo would have to register as a sex offender and a judge would decide on his likely risk of committing another sex crime,” as noted by the Post. “If he were deemed to pose a moderate or high risk to the community, his photograph, name, address and other information would be posted online.”

But on a bright note, the legacy media, particularly CNN and MSNBC, will likely not carry the story which would keep their hundreds of viewers in the dark as to the level of scumbaggery to which Handy Andy can stoop.

For Cuomo, registering as a sex offender would put him in good standing with many on the left, but it would also likely complicate any further political campaigns and only the far left would think of him as a hero. The only thing he would have going for him with his party is his willingness to kill unborn babies.

Cuomo resigned days after the report dropped, despite claiming the report was a “politically motivated hit job.”

A bipartisan group of legislators considered going forward with impeachment proceedings but Cuomo pulled a Nixon and resigned rather than face an impeachment hearing.

Four other prosecutors in four other counties — Manhattan, Nassau, Westchester and Oswego — have undertaken their own investigations into Cuomo-related incidents within their jurisdictions, according to the Post, and more charges could be forthcoming.

One must wonder if the women of "The View," along with a few other idiots, are still "Cuomo sexual."
