While mother smoked meth, 3 men accused of raping her 9-year-old girl

Salt Lake City -- The trial has begun for three men accused of raping a 9-year-old girl. Her mother was in the garage smoking methamphetamine.

According to the prosecution, they took the child to a back bedroom, held her down and raped her in 2016.

The girl testified that they threatened to kill her if she told anyone. The attack occurred in rural Uintah County, on the border of Colorado. The child told her mother what happened, two days later.

The defense argue that there is no DNA or other physical evidence implying the child knows what rape is and is lying to the court. The men are being charged with child rape and sodomy, and are: Larson RonDeau, 38, Randall Flatlip, 28, and Jerry Flatlip, 31. 

The defense is claiming the child-welfare workers mishandled the interview with the child and said the mother may have influenced the child's account.

If convicted, it is hoped the three "men" will have cell mates who feel the way most incarcerated men feel about child rape and deal justice accordingly.

A piece of human excrement from Missouri admitted to sexually assaulting an 8-year-old child in a motel room and feeding her methamphetamine disguised in toilet paper, police said.

Brett Pendleton, 48, allegedly rented a room at an American Inn in Washington, west of St. Louis. He took the girl, a relative of is, to the room on New Year's Day, fed her drugs by rolling it in toilet paper, and forced her to have sex with him.

The child was in the room with POS Pendleton for hours until her mommy came to the motel that night. She pulled her mother into the bathroom and told her Pendleton made her perform "several different types of sexual acts," according to local FOX2.

The little girl said she was also forced to smoke marijuana (which is now legal in California and Denver and now the CNN has taught the public how to use it in a bong) and cigarettes.

Upon hearing this, the mother took her child to the hospital and filed a police report. She is not under investigation as she did not know of the alleged crimes before the incident.

The scumbag was taken into custody after police grabbed him at a traffic stop. 

He later admitted to cops that he gave the child meth and that he had sex with her.

But it isn't really sex--it's rape.

The POS was charged with one count of statutory sodomy or attempted statutory sodomy, deviant sexual intercourse with a person under the age of 12 and first-degree endangering the welfare of a child creating substantial risk.

Unfortunately, Pendleton will not have his genitals removed nor receive the death penalty for what he did.

Fortunately, this did not happen in an Islamic country where Pendleton would probably not have been punished without four male witnesses corroborating the girl's claim.

Illegal immigrant from El Salvador, Rigoberto Arevalo Cubias, 30, is on the run and is accused of sexually assaulting a 5-year-old girl! 

After an investigation, Fullerton police said the suspect is believed to have engaged in sexual intercourse of sodomy with a child under the age of 10-years-old. Authorities believe Cubias might possess a fake California driver's license, but who knows, in California, apparently not much is illegal.

The illegal scumcrumpet has an outstanding $50,000 arrest warrant from a 2014 DUI.

The alleged pedophile goes by a number of aliases, including: Jose Cubias, Jose Cubias Arevalo, Jose Riberto Cubias, Jose Alfonso Cubias Arevalo, and Jose Can You See By The Dawn's Early Light, Man."

Investigators believe he may have ditched his car and cell phone in an attempt to make a getaway.

In a news release, police said: "Detectives believe that Cubias now knows he is wanted by police and he is on the run from law enforcement. He has discarded his previously owned vehicle and cellular phone in what Detectives believe is an attempt to elude capture."

Cubias is a Hispanic man, 5 ft. 7 inches short, weighing about 185 pounds, black hair and brown eyes.
