Two Texas cops ambushed; suspect dead

Photo intentionally blurred

McAllen, Texas -- Two police officers Edelmiro Gara, 45, and Ismael Chavez, 39, were ambushed while responding to a domestic disturbance complaint Saturday.

The gunman, whose name will not be used here, later killed himself after engaging in a shootout with other responding officers, The Monitor of McAllen, Texas, reported.

“We have lost two brave public servants who sought only to keep peace in our City,” McAllen police Chief Victor Rodriguez said via text message Saturday, according to the newspaper.

Gov. Gregg Abbott addressed the incident on Twitter Saturday night.

"Two of our finest were killed in the line of duty while working to protect residents in their community," Abbott posted. "I've spoken with McAllen Police Chief Victor Rodriguez and offered the full support of the State of Texas. We unite to #BackTheBlue."

The suspect was a 23-year-old Hispanic man who was most recently arrested last month on assault charges, as reported by The Monitor.

Lt. Christopher Olivarez, a spokesman for the state Department of Public Safety, said the two officers were transported to an area hospital after the shooting.

The Texas Attorney General's office addressed the killings on Twitter and offered prayers and assistance to the people and police officers of McAllen.

"Our prayers and full support are with the valiant men and women of the #CityofMcAllen PD this evening," the message read. "This office will provide any assistance requested in the days ahead. We are grateful for police in McAllen and around this great state."

The city's government Facebook page had a message of condolence for Garza and Chavez's fellow officers and their families.

"Today, two McAllen Police officers were killed in the line of duty," the post stated. "The City of McAllen extends its deepest condolences to the McAllen Police Department and to the families of Officer Edelmiro Garza and Officer Ismael Chavez. Our City is hurting and our hearts and prayers go out to them during this difficult time."

Colorado school shooters not Trump fans but dug socialism

Image altered to keep this
creep anonymous
The Colorado shooting suspect is not a Trump supporter nor does he like Christians because he believes they "hate gays," because he doesn't know much about Christ and His teachings.

The social media posts by this creep [who shall not be mentioned by name to reduce the chances of copycats] in the STEM School Highlands Ranch shooting in Colorado depict his opposition to "Christians who hate gays," criticism of President Trump, and support for the left-wing Occupy Democrats.

On his now-deleted Facebook account, the murderer, 18, posted:
"You know what I hate? All these Christians who hate gays, yet in the bible, it says in Deuteronomy 17:12-13, if someone doesn’t do what their priest tells them to do, they are supposed to die. It has plenty of crazy stuff like that. But all they get out of it is ‘ewwwwww gays.'"
Does anyone actually know a practicing Christian or Jewish person who has such an attitude toward homosexuals? We are taught to hate the sin, not the sinner.

The other suspect in the shooting, which left one dead and seven wounded, has been identified as in court documents as a 16-year-old girl whose delusion has her believing that she is a boy, and prefers to be called Alec. She also wants the court to use the pronoun "he" to go along with her delusion.

She appeared in court with long, busy hair, half of which was dyed purple. The judges ordered that no images of her could be used by the media.

In 2016, the boy shared a video of late-night host Seth Meyers criticizing President Donald Trump prior to the 2016 election, and had shared an Occupy Democrats post that praised President Barack Obama.

In a post on his Instagram, he posted, "I’m covered in ink and addicted to pain."

Far Left Youth, a group on Twitter using the handle @MarxFolks, tweeted that "one of our admins knew him personally" and that the shooter "had no love for socialism. What was done was evil and totally out of line with any leftist values."

So the shooter loves socialism, but because of what he did, the socialist site lies about it.

Denver 7 reported that because the suspects were under age they stole two handguns from one of their parents. Kendrick Castillo, 18, was killed after charging one of the shooters during the attack. Eight other students were wounded.

Brendan Bialy, a senior who enlisted into the Marine Corps Delayed Entry Program, also charged the shooter and has been credited with stopping the attack.

Restaurant worker shoots customer for invalid credit card

Don't mess with "X-Rated"
Decatur, GA -- There's a restaurant in Georgia where you want to make sure your credit card isn't maxed out and you have no plans of skipping out on paying your bill. One customer found this out the hard way.

An employee in a Georgia restaurant shot a customer who tried to skip out on paying the bill when his credit card was denied.

The employee was arrested.

The customer reportedly tried to pay for his meal at China Cafeteria with an invalid credit card on Wednesday night, WSB-TV reported.

When the employee, Xin Xing Chen, [aka: "X-Rated"] realized what had happened, he and his co-worker went outside to confront the customer.

A fight broke out between the three people and at one point "X-Rated" went back inside the restaurant, grabbed a gun and shot the customer. His co-worker was also shot in the kerfuffle because Chen is obviously no Annie Oakley.

The restaurant is known for its cheap, MSG-loaded food. The menu board outside the restaurant advertises a $4.99 house special and $3.50 lunch special.

One customer uninvolved in the incident told media he was surprised something like this happened over such a cheap meal.

“I can’t see somebody getting shot over a $5 meal. I just can’t see it,” Jecory Jackson said, evidently not understanding that it's the principal of the thing and you don't mess with a lunatic.

Chen has been charged with aggravated assault. The customer he shot is in critical condition and the injured employee is in stable condition.

The restaurant was closed Thursday in the hopes that people will forget this ever happened.
