MA cretin allegedly threatened to kill Jews and bomb synagogues

A low intelligence anti-Semite from Millis, Massachusetts allegedly threatened to kill Jewish people in the community and bomb their houses of prayer.

The DOJ said that John Reardon, 59 [ironically, with a similar IQ] faces one count of using a facility of interstate commerce to threaten or harm a person or place with an explosive.

"The allegations here about the series of threats Mr. Reardon made against the Jewish community are deeply disturbing and reflect the increasing torrent of  anti-Semitism across our country and right here in Massachusetts," Acting U.S. Attorney Joshua S. Levy understated. "The numbers do not lie – incidents of anti-Semitism and Islamophobia are spiking. We will continue to work every day with our federal, state and local partners to track down people who allegedly engage in such hateful conduct."

According to the allegations, Reardon called the Congregation Agudas Achim, a synagogue in Attleboro, Massachusetts, on Jan. 25, 2024 and left a voicemail with several anti-Semitic statements. He is definitely not a rocket surgeon--it's like he wanted to get caught.

"You do realize that by supporting genocide that means it’s ok for people to commit genocide against you," Reardon allegedly said. "With supporting the killing of innocent little children, that means it’s OK to kill your children."

ability to follow the sequence of events is questionable. See, it's Hamas that vowed the genocide of the Jews and they initiated an attack for that reason. The Jews [aka Israelis] responded with strength and determination not be eliminated from the Earth and now that they appear to be winning, the anti-Semites don't like that. This is why anti-Semites are calling for a ceasefire.

The DOJ allege that Reardon also said things like, "From the river to the sea," "People are going to use your logic against you, you stupid f**ks," "Guess what? We are going to use your logic —if you can kill the Palestinians, we can kill you," "If you can bomb their f**king places of worship we can bomb yours, if you can kill their children we can kill yours," "You people need to stop the f**king genocide," "You people need to stop the f**king genocide," "I supported Jewish people though. Not anymore. A matter of fact I think we should kill you(s) all," and "Have a lousy day and oh don't be surprised if there's pig blood on your steps tomorrow."

After leaving the message for the Congregation Agudas Achim, the DOJ alleged, Reardon called another synagogue in the area and a local Jewish organization.

Shortly after the calls were made, the genius was arrested by local law enforcement.

"John Reardon is accused of using his words as a weapon, leaving a threatening message to frighten members of the Congregation Agudas Achim," Jodi Cohen, Special Agent in Charge of the Federal Bureau of Investigation said. "No one should have to fear becoming the victim of physical violence at the hands of an angry stranger. While the FBI does not and will not police ideology, we take all threats to life seriously, and so should anyone thinking about making one."

If convicted, Reardon could be sentenced to up to only 10 years in prison with three years of supervised release. He also faces a fine of up to $250,000, which would be highly unlikely he is able to pay as he doesn't appear to be very bright.

Woman arrested for insulting the police on a hate crime charge

Panguitch, Utah -- An arrest in Utah on June 11th sparked national attention when a police officer made a routing traffic stop at a local gas station.

As he spoke to the motorist, the cop noticed a young woman holding a "back the blue" sign in the parking lot. She then threw the sign on the ground and stomped on it. Next, she picked it up, wadded it into a ball and threw it in the trash as she was "smirking in an intimidating fashion," at the officer.

The officer questioned the 19-year-old woman and arrested her, charging her with criminal mischief with a hate crime enhancement, along with disorderly conduct.

The Salt Lake Tribune reports on the officer’s account of the incident.

“Due to [the woman] destroying property that did not belong to her in a manner to attempt to intimidate law enforcement, I placed her under arrest,” the affidavit says.

The affidavit also explains that the allegations are being treated as a “hate crime enhanced allegation” due to “the demeanor displayed by [the woman] in attempts to intimidate law enforcement while destroying a ‘Pro Law Enforcement’ sign.”

While I fully support the police and the Thin Blue Line, I also support the First Amendment and free speech and I don't like that this is being called a "hate crime." All crimes are in some respect, hate crimes, but freedom of expression isn't a crime.

The cop said that the woman was “evasive” about where she obtained the sign, but eventually told him that she simply found it laying on the ground. So it doesn't sound as if it's "destruction of property," if that claim is true.

Sure, there's no question that this young woman was despicable and rude, but that isn't a crime. The First Amendment wasn't designed for just allowing speech we like; it's for speech we don't like. The remedy for speech we don't like or that we disagree with, is more speech.

If a cop or anyone else for that matter, can make a claim of hate speech because they don't like it, this severely impinges on our freedom of speech. And when it comes right down to it, hate crimes are really thought crimes and nobody has the right to tell you what to think.

So in the end, I believe the cop was wrong to arrest that woman, in spite of her rudeness. I may not agree with what she said, but I will defend to a severe head cold her right to say it.

Microsoft to become the 'Language Nazis'

Microsoft has elected itself to become the language police in order to form a more perfect country free of opposing challenges. The company is cracking down on what people say while using their services--especially what conservative people say.

According to the company, they plan to ban accounts that use what they deem to be "offensive language," defined as: any language or ideas that offends their sensibilities.

They will go through your [former] private data to "investigate" users.

Users of Office, Xbox, Skype, and other products were warned in a March 1 release that they will prohibit inappropriate content and offensive language. "Don't publicly display or use the Services to share inappropriate content or material (involving, for example, nudity, bestiality, pornography, offensive language, graphic violence, or criminal activity),"they warn in a portion of their new codes of conduct.

Okay, so the graphic violence, nudity, bestiality, pornography and violence are understandable. But "offensive language" is protected under the First Amendment and as long as it doesn't incite violence, should not be banned.

They say the remedy for so-called hate speech, is more speech.

And policing people's online behavior is just plain wrong.
