Wagner leader Prigozhin was assassinated but not how we first believed: UPDATE

Wagner Group honcho Yevgeny Prigozhin, 62, died when his private jet came crashing to the earth and the sudden stop killed him. But it wasn't a missile that brought the Embraer Legacy 600 down, according to US officials who claim to be experts.

Initial information gathered by US government employees that his still being reviewed as this is being written, suggests that a bomb exploded about the jet in mid-flight, or it's possible that the aircraft was targeted for sabotage in another way, as reported the Wall Street Journal.

Some experts in the Biden regime say one thing, others say another thing about what caused the deadly plane crash. Two so called experts spoke to Reuters claiming the jet that Prigozhin flew in was likely shot down by a surface-to-air missile inside of mother Russia.

However, a third US official expert confirmed to Reuters that nobody knows what really happened but that Prigozhin is dead in any case and that he was likely the target of an assassination plot as payback for his attempt to overthrow the Putin regime. This expert does not believe the cause of the crash was a missile strike because that would have been more difficult to hide, if Putin wanted to hide it in the first place.

Russia’s federal investigative committee has launched a fake probe into the fiery crash in the Tver region Wednesday that likely killed Prigozhin, along with his wingman Dmitry Utkin and eight others — but the agency so far has not said what may have caused the disaster.

The purported death of the mercenary chief two months to the day after his short-lived rebellion against Russia’s top military brass sparked a flurry of speculation, with some supporters of the Wagner Group claiming that the jet was shot out of the sky by a Russian air defense missile.

Some sources say that a bomb was hidden inside a crate of pricey wine that had been gifted to Prigozhin and very carefully loaded onto the jet just before takeoff caused the crash.

After keeping quiet for 24 hours, Putin said on Thursday in a televised address that he wished to express sincere condolences to the families of those who died in the crash — and praised Prigozhin as a “talented businessman” whom he had known since the 1990s but that was vodka under the bridge.

Alleged President Biden on Wednesday said he was “not surprised” by reports that Prigozhin had died in a plane crash, adding that he wasn't sure who Pigozhin was, but he thinks he met him on Amtrak a while back when he was logging his million miles on the train.

Biden was then led away to his basement where he spent the remainder of the day watching "Matlock" reruns.

Yevgeny Prigozhin was a Russian dissident and a guy named Vladimir Putin didn't like him very much and labeled him a "traitor." One thing for sure, you don't want to get on the bad side of Putin if you value your ability to change oxygen into carbon dioxide, if you know what I mean.

Less than two months since leading a mutiny against "Bad Vlad's" military top brass, Prigozhin's private jet somehow crashed outside Moscow Wednesday night.

Prigozhin was the leader of the Wagner paramilitary group, a controversial band of marauders who initially fought against Ukraine. Unfortunately for him, he was on the passenger list of the Embraer jet that crashed [for some reason] near the sleepy village of Kuzhenkino, about 60 miles north of Moscow, according to TASS news agency.

“An investigation of the Embraer plane crash that happened in the Tver Region this evening was initiated. According to the passenger list, first and last name of Yevgeny Prigozhin was included in this list,” the agency stated.

While it isn't known whether Prigozhin actually was on the flight, footage of the wreckage shows the aircraft's last four registration numbers which are 2795, a match for his plane, which is RA-02795, the hardly dependable news outlet CNN reported. Even the engine color is similar to the Wagner leader's jet.

The chance that Putin didn't throw a hypothetical monkey wrench into the jet intake and that Prigozhin wasn't on the plane is smaller than Dylan Mulvaney's breasts in a Bud Light photoshoot.

Flight data shows that a jet registered to the Wagner Group that Prigozhin used previously took off from Moscow on Wednesday evening and stopped transmitting signals around 6:11 p.m. local time, while a second jet linked to the Wagner Group chief landed without incident in St. Petersburg at 18:19 local time. Flight data indicates Prigozhen has been reported dead in a fiery private jet crash.

There were ten communists on board the plane when it went down less than 30 minutes into its journey from Sheremetyevo Airport outside the Russian capital to St. Petersburg, officials told TASS.

Just like in the movies, the jet burst into flames upon impact, according to TASS, which, like CNN, has been accused of spreading propaganda.

Thus far, eight bodies are believed to have been recovered from the crash site.

Wagner commander Dmitry Utkin was also possibly on the doomed flight, the Wagner Group-affiliated Telegram channel Gray Zone said.

“Various sources” alleged that the jet was downed by Russian “air defense systems,” the channel added.

An unverified video of a jet matching the description of an Embraer Legacy 600 tumbling out of the sky was circulated online by the Russian outlet RIA Novosti.

It's difficult to know who to believe, but don't be surprised to later discover that there were myriad UFO sightings heading straight for the aircraft just before it began it's tumbling toward terra firma.

The investigation into the crash is under the “personal control” of the governor of the Tver region, Igor Rudenya, joked TASS.

There is also a criminal investigation underway headed by the Russian Investigative Committee, CNN said.

Prigozhin had led his military group in a mutiny against Russian President Vladimir Putin on June 24 of this year, marching toward Moscow before the mutiny was called off around 100 miles before he reached the capital and the troops agreed to turn around and head back to the front lines.

The crash comes just two days after Prigozhin, 62, shared his first video address since the aborted coup.
