Father and Daughter get "resounding victory" for First Amendment over transgender rage

"We don't use this bathroom, so we don't care who does" -- Staff

A Vermont female volleyball player and her dad, a school soccer coach, were reinstated by their school district after they had been punished for voicing their concerns about having a penis-laden person in the girls'  locker room.

Travis Allen and his daughter, Blake, filed a federal lawsuit last fall against woke school officials after both were disciplined for calling a gender dysphoric student “literally a dude” and raising concerns about him being allowed to watch while 14-year-old Blake and other girls changed clothes, according to the White River Valley Herald.

As part of the legal settlement, the Orange Southwest School District’s insurance company will pay $125,000, with $5,000 going to Blake Allen, $35,000 to Travis Allen and the remaining $85,000 to their law firm, Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF).

ADF Senior Counsel Philip A. Sechler said the settlement is a “resounding victory for freedom of speech," according to the report. “We are grateful that the school recognized it was wrong to suspend Blake from school and Travis from his coaching position simply for exercising their freedom of speech,” he said.

These school officials are like the same politicians who say the U.S. Constitution is an outdated piece of paper. But they are the first to claim their First Amendment rights when they interfere with those same rights of conservative speakers who they try to interrupt.

“No one should lose their job or get suspended from school for voicing their opinion or calling a male a male and we are glad to see this case resolved favorably, not only for Blake and Travis, but for all students and coaches to be able to speak freely and without fear of retaliation.”

It all began in September last year when a boy student on the girls' volleyball team tried to use the girls' locker room. According to some of the girls, the boy  “stood leering at girls in various states of undress and refused to leave,” the Herald reported. [Well, well, well, shades of Will Lea Thomas all over again.]

Others claimed that he hesitated because he was unsure what to do, but left after being yelled at by a number of girls who were obviously upset from seeing a boy watching them undress.

The next day, according to the ADF website, “Blake shared her concerns with three classmates explaining that the student ‘literally is a dude,’ and ‘he doesn’t belong in the girls’ locker room.'” She knew that because he has a penis and only males have them.

The school co-principals “notified Blake she was guilty of harassment and bullying of ‘a student on the basis of the targeted student’s gender identity.'”

“As punishment,” the ADF reported, “school officials told Blake she must ‘[t]ake part in a restorative circle with … our Equity Coordinator and at least two students who can help her understand the rights of students to access public accommodations … in a manner consistent with their gender identity,’ submit a ‘reflective essay,’ and serve out-of-school suspension.”

So he has rights but she doesn't.

Blake’s dad was also disciplined after he came to her defense by commenting on a local TV station’s Facebook page that contained a report of the incident.

A Facebook user who claimed to be the mother of the trans student accused Blake of making up the story to get attention and added that “truth will prevail.”

Thankfully, she was right and the school lost the case.

“In response, Travis posted, ‘The truth is your son watched my daughter and multiple other girls change in the locker room. While he got a free show, they got violated,’” according to the ADF report.

When the district superintendent saw that comment, Travis was deemed to have “misgendered a transgender student.”

No, Travis called out the mental disorder which is evidently shared by the boy's mother.

Dad was suspended without pay from his job as the middle school girls’ soccer coach for the rest of the season.

In addition to the cash payment, the lawsuit settlement “scrubs the records of Travis Allen and Blake Allen of any reference to the discipline,” the Herald reported.

School district representatives tap danced around the settlement and said the language “notes that it is a compromise and ‘is not in any way to be construed as admission of liability or wrongdoing,’” according to the Herald. But it is a wrongdoing and anyone, even those of us who are not biologists, knows it.

The news outlet quoted Layne Millington, superintendent of the Orange Southwest Supervisory District, as saying “the district is pleased to resolve the lawsuit at this early stage and return our focus to educating students” [about LGBTQ+1WAP ideology and practices].

“The Vermont School Boards Insurance Trust made the decision concerning the payment in order to cap defense expenses in what would otherwise be years of litigation,” Zir/zhe Millington continued.

“The district has made no admission of wrongdoing. Our policies are unchanged and we will continue to comply with our policies and the law.”

They don't have to admit it--the father and daughter won the case, got reinstated and the school board lost.

In a written statement to the Herald, Travis Allen also declared a “huge victory for freedom of speech, not just for Blake and me, but for anyone who wants to voice their opinion on important topics.”

“It was worth it,” he added. “This has taken a toll on our family, both close and distant. It showed us who will and won’t support us even if they do not agree with our values. … I wouldn’t change anything. We currently live in a time where you have to defend your values from some pretty radical ideologies.”

We also live in a time where the Left's delusions have become "their truth" but not the truth. We are doomed if we give into their reality.

RNC sues 2 VT cities for 'radical scheme' that allows non-citizens to vote in municipal elections

The Republican National Committee (RNC) has joined the Vermont Republican Party in a lawsuit against Montpelier and Winooski after these locations have amended their charters allowing non-citizens to vote in municipal elections. The new state law had passed in the spring.

The RNC news release called the law a "radical scheme passed by Vermont Democrats, to allow foreign citizens to decide American elections."

That is absolutely and factually correct.

The release labeled the effort "a blatant attack on election integrity and violates the state constitution which requires Vermont voters to be U.S. citizens.”

RNC Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel provided tough words in response to the new Vermont voting changes and tweeted:
The RNC and the VTGOP are today suing the cities of Montpelier and Winooski, Vermont over their new town charters that allow noncitizens to vote in their municipal elections.

This radical scheme passed by state Democrats is a blatant attack on election integrity. pic.twitter.com/YfU2ZLxw3D

She said Tuesday in the news release:
“Democrats are trying to dismantle the integrity of our elections. In addition to attacking widely supported safeguards like voter ID, Democrats also want foreign citizens to vote in American elections. Republicans are fighting back” –@GOPChairwomanhttps://t.co/enJeLwe3x5

— RNC Research (@RNCResearch) September 28, 2021
“Republicans are fighting back on this far-left assault against election integrity — unlike radical Democrats, we believe that our elections should be decided solely by American citizens,” she added.

McDaniel also said the RNC will remain vigilant to address any state that attempts to allow non-citizens voting rights.

This is clearly an example of dirty politics and should concern all citizens.

The bill that would allow non-citizens to vote passed in the spring but was initially vetoed by Vermont’s Republican Gov. Phil Scott, according to Fox News.

“Allowing a highly variable town-by-town approach to municipal voting creates inconsistency in election policy, as well as separate and unequal classes of residents potentially eligible to vote on local issues,” Scott wrote in a May letter to legislators.

However, the governor’s veto was overridden by the state House and Senate in June, Fox reported.

This is clearly an example of dirty politics and should concern all citizens.

VT. governor opens covid vaccines for Black, Indigenous or persons of color

He already had his vaccine

Imagine what people would say if you read: "Vermont is opening up coronavirus vaccine eligibility for those people who identify as White." Obviously, you would be alarmed because that, not the voting changes in Georgia, is really Jim Crow on steroids, as Biden claimed of the latter.

But it's precisely the opposite in Vermont as the vaccine eligibility is for anyone over 16 who identifies as Black, Indigenous, or a person of color.

Republican Gov. Phil Scott, an embarrassment to the Party, tweeted about the move on Thursday. While other states correctly focused on the more vulnerable population  based on occupation, age or health status, this moron focused on melanin level and Native Americans.

And we elect these racists.

"If you or anyone in your household identifies as Black, Indigenous, or a person of color (BIPOC), including anyone with Abenaki or other First Nations heritage, all household members who are 16 years or older can sign up to get a vaccine!" Scott tweeted.

The state's website advertises "BIPOC household focused clinics" in Northern and Southern Vermont. For the Burlington area, the state offers a vaccination form that specifies eligibility is for BIPOC individuals and members of their household. The first question asks: "Do you identify as Black, Indigenous, or Person of Color (BIPOC)? This includes anyone who is non-white."

Putting people in racial categories for political gains is disgusting and hopefully this governor will have a primary challenger and be voted out of office. At the very least, a legal challenge should be issued by lawmakers as this has to be considered unconstitutional.

VT gubernatorial candidate promises Saturday night 'governor's pardon TV show'

A silly candidate running for governor of liberal Vermont and a seat in the U.S. House of Representatives has proposed a new way to rake in the big bucks for the state, have some fun, and maybe let a few criminals go free in the process.

Cris Ericson, an Independent said in a Vermont PBS commentary that if she's elected she "will host a governor's pardon TV show every Saturday night."

Ericson said that she would "pardon a few of the people who violate the new, unconstitutional anti-gun laws and some of those who are non-violent offenders of other laws. She believes this will save Vermonters money, but like Bernie Sanders, she is talking like someone who speed-read Karl Marx and took an economics class at Yaheppits College and Beauty School.

Ericson's website claims that she has the "sharpest, clearest, boldest 2018 political platform of any candidate in the U.S.A.!!!" She explains that the show would consist of a "full audience in the auditorium in the governor's office building in Montpelier and invite 100 Vermonters each week to boo or cheer."

Then friends and family of the prisoners considered for pardon by her will be invited to speak on their behalf. "Then the audience will vote on whether I should grant a pardon as governor, with the legal authority to grant pardons," Ericson said.

But the real hook for the public is that she plans to sell the show "worldwide on cable TV," and would "make a fortune" for Vermont's general fund, which may or may not be stolen by those she frees.

Ericson isn't new to the bizarre. In September, a local TV station posted a 20-minute video in which Ericson has a conversation with a stuffed rat--the show's host--named "Squeaky."

I am not making this up. Check out the video.

Ericson is going up against six other candidates for governor. According to a Vermont Public Radio-Vermont PBS Poll taken earlier this month, she had a one percent chance of being elected and a 92 percent chance of being propositioned by half the men in the state who voted for Bernie Sanders.

Republican Phil Scott led in the pole with 42 percent of the vote whit Democrat Christine Hallquist second with 28 percent.

Will Ericson ever consider running for president?

You make the call.

Bernie Sanders' wife's land deal being FBI'd

Convention July 2016

Jane Sanders, wife of socialist Rep. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) is still under FBI investigation over possible bank fraud in a land deal she made in 2010 when she was president of Burlington College in Vermont. A potential "grand jury" is possible.

Hopefully the probe will ruin Sanders' chance in the 2020 presidential primaries, but socialists don't care when one of their own commits fraud as this is the basis of their ideology in the first place. Some call it "crony capitalism," but by definition, capitalism is the fair trade between individuals. It should be called "phony corporatism."

Jane Sanders' daughter, Carina Driscoll has her own political ambitions and her own mommy may have hurt those ambitions--again, hopefully. She is the stepdaughter of Bernie Sanders and wants to run for mayor of Burlington.

Over the past six weeks, one witness involved with the land deal was questioned by the FBI.

Sanders wanted to expand the college and sought to obtain land from a nearby Catholic parish. She got her socialist hands on a $6.7 million loan from a bank and a $3.6 million loan from the parish from which she planned to buy the property.

However, Jane Sanders resigned in 2011 amid allegations she purposely inflated and made up the amount of money donors have pledged to Burlington College and gave incorrect information to a bank to get the loan, something know in legal circles as fraud.

A number of people she listed as donors, have come forward denying the commitments.

Former Burlington College Board Chairman Yves Bradley was visited by FBI agents in the past six weeks and was asked about Sanders' involvement in the alleged bank fraud.

Bernie and Jane's lawyer, Rich Cassidy tried to question Mr. Bradley about the investigation, but his own lawyer advised him not to engage. Cassidy did not respond to multiple requests by Fox News for an interview and decided to simply hop along his merry way.

The questioning of Bradley is a clear sign the investigation has a long way to go and is being handled by the U.S. Justice Department. It will proceed at the discretion or whim of Christina Nolan, the U.S. Attorney of Vermont. She is a Trump appointee and was sworn in by the Senate last month.

Coralee Holm, former dean of operations at the school, confirmed to Fox News that the investigation "has not been closed" and has "no specific deadline" for completion.

Taking a page out of the leftist handbook, Jane Sanders blames "sexism" for the allegations.

Bernie's wife really does, in fact, suck as a person

Senatah Bernie Sandahs' (Idiot--VT) wife has been accused of being a scum -crumpet who heartlessly tried to evict disabled group home residents when she was president of a Vermont college and closed on a real estate deal. She is now under FBI "matter" situation.

Just kidding--it's an investigation.

The group home had 16 elderly residents was on property Jane Sanders purchased for the now defunct Burlington College in 2010 as part of an expansion project, according to conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch claimed Thursday.

Jane Sanders is under FBI investigation in connection with her role in obtaining a bank loan for the expansion project which didn't work out and led to the college's closure.

Both Bernie and Jane Sanders have lawyered up in connection with the probe. Sen. Sanders called the probe "pretty pathetic," and politically motivated, but that's a lie. Jane Sanders is her claw-prints all over this.

Judicial Watch claims Jane Sanders sent a letter to an attorney representing the HowardCenter group home in January 2011. The letter stated that she was having difficulty evicting the 16 seniors.

Part of the letter Judicial Watch obtained under a public records request stated:
"It is simply not fair to expect the College to continue to carry the burden of the expenses associated with housing both your population and ours until February 2012."
"The home for the disabled was being leased from the diocese and Jane was supposed to help relocate the residents, not evict them," Judicial Watch reported.

Sanders' comments demonstrated her heartlessness and the level of suck-worthiness she possesses.

Sen. Sanders office had no comment.

Columbus Day Out -- Neanderthal Day In

More and more cities across the United States are looking to get rid of Columbus Day and change the name to Indigenous People's Day. The problem is, however, due to the chronic erosion of the American education system, many Americans, particularly new ones, are unable to spell 'Indigenous' and most don't know the definition.

Liberal word Nazis are adamant about the change however, because Indians, who no longer are allowed to be called 'Indians', were here before Columbus and his crew arrived back in 1492.

Only one city thus far has rejected the change of the name "Columbus Day" to "Indigenous People's Day," and that city is Cincinnati. Their city council met last Wednesday and voted against a proclamation that would recognize Indigenous People's Day. One lawmaker said he voted against it because he simply didn't know enough about it.

Vermont is all in for the name change. In fact, if Vermont could have its way, they would change the name 'United States of America' to 'Unique and Special States of an Indigenous People's Continent'. They believe America, named after Amerigo Vespucci, unfairly favors Italians and should instead focus on the Indigenous people who occupied this land and harvested the mighty buffalo.

Vermont's Gov. Peter Shumlin said the "sacrifice and contributions of the First Peoples of this land" would be honored.

So is Shumlin suggesting that the federal holiday should be called "Neanderthal Day" or the people who came much later to the land of the mighty buffalo?

South Dakota hasn't called the holiday Columbus Day in decades. They declare the second Monday in October as Native Americans Day. So they too must be referring to early man.

Hey, let's be honest--everyone has their unique way of looking at things. It's just that many liberals tend to look at things and ask themselves how cool it will make them look in the eyes of those whose butts they kiss.
