BREAKING: Andrew "The Shnozola" Cuomo catches legal heat over allegations: cops now involved

If you don't know that New York's Democratic Governor (at present) is up to his nostrils in a cesspool of sexual misconduct allegations from the same number of women it takes to start a WNBA team, you haven't been paying attention or you've only been watching CNN or MSNBC.

The point guard for this fantasy WNBA team has made allegations against the generously nostrilled governor believable enough that the allegations have been referred to the Albany Police Department (APD). Ironically, the fact that Cuomo is responsible for the deaths of about 15,000 New York elderly is not what is being called the scandal, but this is because Democrats are trying to distract us.

The APD has said that the incident may have risen “to the level of a crime.”

A spokesperson for APD said that the woman, whose identity has not been released due to her fear of "family retaliation" or whatever it is the Cuomo's do to rats, has not filed a police report. The department does not appear to have opened a criminal investigation into the governor yet, though it has reached out to the alleged victim who only goes by the name of "woman."

"Woman"

The incident in question happened late last year when Cuomo allegedly summoned the woman to the Executive Mansion under the pretext of helping him with technical issues. [These "issues" evidently could only be assuaged by a certain blue pill drug company or willing helpers, it appears.]

The Times Union of Albany reported that Cuomo allegedly “reached under her blouse” and “aggressively groped” her breasts. In other words, he committed a criminal act of sexual misconduct.

“As a matter of state policy, when allegations of physical contact are made, the agency informs the complainant that they should contact their local police department,” the governor’s acting counsel, Beth Garvey, said in a statement. “If they decline, the agency has an obligation to reach out themselves and inform the department of the allegation.”

“In this case, the person is represented by counsel and when counsel confirmed the client did not want to make a report, the state notified the police department and gave them the attorney’s information,” Ms. Garvey added.

Nobody wants to have their legs broken or their nose looking like gum under the wheels of a semi. [Not that this would happen to anyone who rats out a Cuomo--just ask Fredo.]

The news comes as 59 Democrat New York state lawmakers signed onto a letter calling on Cuomo to resign amid the misconduct allegations and the nursing home scandal that he is facing. He told the 59 Democrat New York state lawmakers to piss off.

“In light of the Governor’s admission of inappropriate behavior and the findings of altered data on nursing home COVID-19 deaths he has lost the confidence of the public and the state legislature, rendering him ineffective in this time of most urgent need,” the lawmakers wrote, adding: “In the meantime, the Governor needs to put the people of New York first. We have a Lieutenant Governor who can step in and lead for the remainder of the term, and this is what is best for New Yorkers in this critical time. It is time for Governor Cuomo to resign.”

In light of all that is known, Cuomo made it clear and said, "I'm not resigning."

The governor is currently in the process of writing another book which is titled:
"The Art of Seduction." If Amazon decides not to ban it, the book should be available in October 2024.
