Israel strikes deep into Lebanon after drone downed

People don't like it when the Jews fight back. They like it even less when the Jews are winning when they fight back. Perhaps this is why some on the Left support Hamas and global anti-Semitism and are too ignorant to understand how they too will eventually become the targets of jihad.

The Israeli military struck in Baalbek in the Bequaa Valley located in eastern Lebanon early Sunday morning. This came after an IDF Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) was shot down on Saturday, the military said.

Air force jets of the IAF attacked three Hezbollah terror infrastructures and a military complex belonging to the terror group's Aerial Defense Array.

Also, the IDF said it attacked additional Hezbollah infrastructure on Saturday and a military compound in the Ayta Ash Shab and Odaisseh areas in the south. During the daylight hours, the IDF fired artillery at the Yater area.

Again on Sunday, the IDF hit sites near Janta in the Beqaa Valley soon after the IDF drone was shot down by a surface-to-air missile in Lebanon.

Some Lebanese sources report that Syrian air defenses were activated during the strikes in the Beqaa Valley, but so far there has been no official confirmation of such an incident.

On Saturday night, the IDF said a drone was downed by a surface-to-air missile and fell in Lebanon for which Hezbollah took responsibility.

Hezbollah has something between 130,000 and 150,000 missiles in its arsenal. If they fire large barrages of these missiles, Israel's Iron Dome will not be able to defend against all of them and serious damage and death will occur. Israel may have to preemptively strike Hezbollah targets or risk a large shooting war that will be costly to both sides.

What is unknown, is how the U.S. will react being that we have a wishy-washy poopy-pants POTUS who blows wherever the wind takes him politically.
