An illegal alien who is wanted for a violent crime in Brazil was apprehended by Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) in Massachusetts.
The ERO issued a press release about the 23-year-old noncitizen on March 14 near his residence in Everett, Massachusetts. He was to complete a 19-year-prison sentence for armed robbery but fled Brazil and will make a wonderful Democrat voter. Hopefully he didn't bring along his firearm to Massachusetts.
Authorities reported that he was an escaped convict who had 13 year, 10 months, and 29 days remaining of his sentence when he escaped Brazil.
ERO said that the illegal alien had fake ID at the time of his arrest. He has been served with a notice to appear before a DOJ judge and will remain in ICE ERO custody until he makes a court appearance.
ERO explained that immigration judges will decide the case based on the merits of each individual that comes in front of the bench. In the case of a convicted violent armed robber who fled the country, he is a perfect candidate to be left out in the public. An illegal alien [aka an undocumented traveler] is subject to a final order of removal or eligible for certain types of relief from removal and a welcome burden on the taxpayers who are not the judge in these cases.
ERO Boston Field Office Director Todd M. Lyons said that they "cannot allow the world's criminals" to move to New England.
But Joe Biden and his handlers can.
