Dems miffed that AOC refuses to pay her fair share to the Party

According to Fox News, socialist Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has topped the fundraising charts in Congress, in spite of her short time there. However, it appears that she would much rather have everyone else pay their fair share than do it herself. She refuses to donate even a nickel of her millions to the Democrats' House campaign organization.

This is a good thing for the GOP but it has raised the ire in some of her colleagues, according to Fox News.

The author of the Green New Deal, a socialist roadmap to put the nation on an equal plane as Venezuela, is building her own fundraising operation for fellow socialist candidates which will bypass official Democratic Party infrastructure. She is already funding socialists who she hopes will be primary challengers to certain Democratic colleagues, if you can call left of center Democrats her colleagues.

“Sometimes the question comes: 'Do you want to be in a majority or do you want to be in the minority?'” Rep. Gregory Meeks, (D-NY) told Fox News, when asked about AOC's stance. “And do you want to be part of a team?"

Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) Chairwoman Cheri Bustos downplayed Ocasio-Cortez’s decision to shun dues and pointed to the record-breaking fundraising numbers the committee has notched without her. In other words, the Dems are pretending all is well as their party keeps drifting hard left.

This will come back to bite them.

“That's always up to individual members so I guess I don't think about it one way or another,” Bustos said when asked about Ocasio-Cortez's stance. “We’re raising record amounts of money from our members.”

The Democrats don't seem to see the blatant hypocrisy of AOC whose socialist ideas require everyone to pitch in . . . everyone except her, it seems.

It would be laughable if the low-information congresswoman wasn't so popular with young basement dwellers who live off their parents and don't understand the impact that socialism will have if it's ever fully embraced in the US.

The DCCC declined to comment further on the matter of Ocasio-Cortez and her dues.

Another Democrat was less diplomatic: “Deadbeat Cortez should pay her bills,” complained the Democratic source. “She’s always whining about people paying their fair share and here she is leaving her friends with the bill.”

Except those who she's leaving to pay the bill aren't really her friends. Her friends are the anti-Semites in the so-called "squad," and others like them who share her enmity of America.

Her zero contribution to the party is no accident. The leftist says that she has a beef with the DCCC and will withhold her money to protest how the Democratic Party won't back her revolutionary progressive primary candidates, like herself, in the name of protecting incumbents.

“One, I don’t agree with the policy around blacklisting groups that help progressive candidates,” she said, referring to a DCCC effort to sideline vendors who assist challengers to members of Congress. “I think we need to evolve as a party and make room for that.”

Instead, Ocasio-Cortez is ramping up her donor base with the help of another Communist, Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) whom she endorsed for president in October, to funnel money directly to progressive candidates.

Through social media posts and email solicitations, she's activated her donor network to support her hand-picked candidates. In 2019 alone, she funneled more than $300,000 to candidates she’s endorsed by hosting online fundraising campaigns for them, according to records obtained by Fox News.

“I want to help frontline members by putting that money straight into their pocket,” Ocasio-Cortez said.

It is not yet known who is pulling her strings and telling her what to say, because she really isn't that bright and is likely being manipulated by a fellow socialist.
