But all in all, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has a pretty face, expensive clothes, speaks in a weird accent with a 'belchy voice,' she's young and she's a socialist. And when she wears eyeglasses, she actually looks intelligent.
She doesn't need anything else if you're a leftist running in New York City.
Now the youngest woman ever to be elected to Congress is having the shoes that she wore canvassing low-information voters showcased at the Cornell Costume Collection exhibit for those who care about that kind of stuff.
The title of the exhibit is "WOMEN EMPOWERED: Fashion from the Frontline." The pungent display is set to debut on December 6 and it calls on women to share special articles of clothing that they believe had the magic ability of empower them in the past. [Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg has a neck pillow on display, for those times when listening to a speaker just can't beat a few minutes of 'shut-eye.' She just needs to remember to take it with her.]

OC went after those who criticized her saying she only won due to the local demographics. [Just because most New York City voters vote the party line without actually thinking about the person they're voting for is no reason to believe she won because of that fact.]
"1st of all, that's false. We won w/voters of all kinds. [Black, white, Hispanic, Asian, alive or dead, citizens and non-citizens.] 2nd, here's my 1st pair of campaign shoes. I knocked doors until rainwater came through my soles. Respect the hustle. We won bc we out-worked the competition. Period."
Yes, we must respect the hustle of a socialist hustler who knows little about government and economics, but is quite adept at campaigning--you have to give her that and respect the hustle.
