Mommy and Daddy successfully evict their 30-year-old child

A 30-year-old child was ordered by a judge to grow up, get up and vacate his mommy and daddy's New York home after living there rent-free for almost ten years. The child said that his bitter custody battle for his own child led to a strained relationship with his mommy and daddy.

State Supreme Justice Donald Greenwood ruled that it was time for little Michael Rotondo [aka Mikey] to move out of the Camillus, NY home where his parents Christina and Mark Rotundo live. The couple have been trying to get their boy to leave but he stamped his widdle feet and refused, so they brought him to court after three unsuccessful months of trying to get him out.

"I am just so outraged," little Mikey Rotondo said outside the courtroom.

Mikey is a college dropout, having majored in Peruvian Underwater Basket Weaving and finding it too difficult to comprehend and somewhat troubling.

He spoke to the Daily Mail about his strained relationship with his unreasonable parents, who refused to wait until he gained custody of his own son and eventually graduate from college in 20 years. Mikey didn't explain why he lost custody of his own 8-year-old son, but claimed to be a "great father," if not so much a bread winner.

Mikey began living with his own mommy and daddy about 8 years ago, when his own son was born and he lost his job for reasons unknown. He now claims he runs a "successful business" but hasn't disclosed what business it is because it's a secret business.

Evidently his secret business isn't much of a success because he lost a court battle in September and filed an appeal as a "poor person" to get his court fees waived.

Mikey refused to leave after being asked nicely by his parents because, he says, he was focused on getting custody of his son in order for them both to live in abject poverty as two "poor persons." His parents offered to pay his health insurance but turned down the money so his "poor person" status wouldn't be compromised.

On Feb. 2, his parents wrote a note saying Mikey had two weeks to vacate his room and he "will not be allowed to return." They added that they will do whatever is necessary to get their deadbeat son out of their house.

As he apparently does with life, Mikey took the threat lightly, which prompted mommy and daddy to pen four more letters demanding he move out and get a life. They even gave him $1,000 to look for a new place to live and a life advance and gave him 30 days to vacate.

Nothing.

Earlier this month  they filed a petition in the Supreme Court of New York State to get him to vacate and grow up.

Mikey presented arguments in court Tuesday, saying he was a big boy who did his own laundry and even went out of his way to bring his own food. He also said that he was not expected to do chores or contribute to household expenses. "That's the job of a mommy and daddy."

Next he argued he was entitled to a 6-month notice before the move-out date.

What a piece of work!

The judge called it "outrageous" and still ordered Mikey's immediate eviction, though a move-out date has not yet been set.

Mikey is secretly hoping his parents die of old age before the move is unfairly forced upon him.

"It seems to me like I should be provided with, you know, 30 days or so, because generally you get 30 days after you're found, you know, to have to vacate the premises," the child in a man's body told reporters. "So I'm expecting something like that. But realistically, if that's not the case, I don't know."

Mikey, who turns 371 months in July, said he's looking to appeal the decision.

I wonder whether he's a conservative or a liberal. Let me know what you think in the comments below and don't be afraid to subscribe to this blog.
