MSNBC's 'Morning Joe' hosts tried to trick their naive viewers into thinking Friday's pre-taped show was live. The host, Joe Scarborough and his current partner, Mika
Brzezinski, discussed their Thanksgiving meals, even though the holiday had not yet arrived.
Brzezinski began the show by claiming: "Day after Thanksgiving . . . I'm stuffed," as Scarborough nervously laughed. She then went on to talk about what needs to be done in Congress.
The deception is clearly disrespectful to their fellow leftists because MSNBC tried to create the lie that their overpaid morning show stars would come to work in the early morning hours after a national holiday.
The move was initially reported by The Washington Post on Wednesday.
An MSNBC spokes-liberal declined comment when Fox News tried to reach out.
In the second segment of Friday's "Morning Joe," Brzezinski joked that she forgot to remove the innards of the turkey before cooking it and that it was still a bit frozen when she served it.
"Joe didn't notice; he ate the bag," Willie Geist lied.
Scarborough giggled like an eleven-year-old girl and fired back, "It was good . . . the game last night made up for it."
MSNBC did not feature a disclaimer revealing that it was pre-taped and the only subtle difference was the disappearance of the "live" graphic that's typically present, knowing their audience isn't savvy enough to have caught it.
The scam continued even with their guest, such as Rick Tyler when he was asked about his Thanksgiving.
The Washington Post learned of the scam when a regular "Morning Joe" liberal contacted them and reportedly asked if MSNBC was airing "fake news," clearly illustrating how uninformed their normal viewing audience is. The paper was shocked to see the "Liberal Lovebirds" appearing in studio on the day after Thanksgiving.
The tipster told The Post: "I was quite flabbergasted by the way they were so deceptive about this . . . especially when they are always so quick to castigate lying [or] deception they attribute to others."
The tipster is now 'woke'.
Since the show was a pre-taped scam, they didn't mention the deadly terrorist attack at a mosque in Egypt that killed 305 people, 27 of whom were children. It was the network's news ticker that updated real time news.
An anonymous MSNBC executive spoke with The Post about the situation, but basically brushed it off because facts aren't as important as feelings to liberals.
