Hunter Biden ordered to appear in Arkansas court for paternity case

Hunter Biden has been ordered by Independence County Circuit  Judge Holly Meyer to attend all court hearings regarding his paternity case. 

“From now on … I want both of your clients at every hearing I conduct,” Judge Meyer told attorneys representing the first son and Lunden Roberts, the mom of his 4-year-old daughter, Navy. He still refuses to acknowledge his daughter as his own.

Judge Meyer lashed out at the attorneys on a Zoom call Monday, complaining that litigation was taking too long.

“I will no longer allow us to excuse clients,” she warned, according to Arkansas Democrat Gazette.

Hunter, 53, will be required to be present during the next in-person hearing scheduled at 9 a.m. on May 1 and it's rumored that he is currently hiding out in the White House to avoid being served a subpoena.

The judge issued the ruling after Brent Langdon, Hunter’s attorney in the paternity suit, told her that a laptop associated with his client — and possibly containing income tax records — was still in a repair shop, which is total bull crap.

A back-and-forth discussion followed between Judge Meyer and Langdon, with the judge pressing him to say whether the laptop belonged to Hunter.

Lunden Roberts, a former stripper, is suing Hunter Biden for child support for their daughter, Navy, who was born in Aug. 2018. DNA testing proved Hunter Biden is the father of now 4-year-old Navy Lunden, but he refuses to admit it and is clearly a deadbeat drug addled scumcrumpet.

Langdon sought to distance himself from “all that stuff” concerning the infamous laptop, adding that he was “not in a position to even begin to answer that question,” proving that the Bidens chose well when they selected him to represent Hunter.

The exchange came after Langdon filed a motion seeking a restraining order against Garret Ziegler, a former Trump adviser and founder of the nonprofit Marco Polo, whom Roberts has enlisted as an expert witness on the contents of Hunter’s laptop.

Ziegler, a Biden nemesis, last year produced a 644-page analysis of the laptop.

The next in-person hearing is scheduled for May 1. Whether Hunter shows up is anyone's guess because he believes he has the power of the presidency protecting his butt.

Hunter claims poverty: says he can't afford to support his child

Just when you thought Joe Biden's son Hunter was a piece of human excrement, he erases all doubts from your mind. The 52-year-old boy who fathered a child by a stripper, is claiming that he cannot afford to pay support for that child at the level he had to be forced by the court to pay. 

Poor Hunter. He's the victim in all this and we just don't understand him.

All we do know about Hunter Biden is that he frequents prostitutes in Five Star hotels, screwed his dead brother's wife, snorts cocaine and smokes crack, video tapes himself incessantly doing the aforementioned, was the bag-man for his father in deals with China, Ukraine, and likely other countries, looses laptops, and shoots snot-balls of paint on canvas and calls it art and gets paid hundreds of thousands of dollars because of his last name.

Poor, poor Hunter. He's the newest member of the victim class.

Somehow Hunter forgot that he ever had sex with Lunden Roberts, the mother of his "love" child. DNA tests proved he is the father of the child he never met and denied being the sperm donor of Navy Joan, his latest daughter and President Joe Biden's granddaughter.

But Hunter, being the kind of cool guy he is, wants nothing to do with Navy Joan and is asking a judge to reduce his child support payments due to a “substantial material change” to his income.

Poor Hunter. This isn't the first time he alleged extreme poverty when he learned he sired the child he never bothered to even meet and claimed he didn't even remember the encounter he had with her mother.

“I am unemployed and have had no monthly income since May 2019,” he said in a November 2019 court filing. He also mentioned “significant debts.” 

At this time he ended his bagman career as an influence peddler and shot art snot as an influence peddler. He reportedly sold $375,000 worth of prints for prints, not originals, of his "work."

Poor Hunter: not only doesn't he remember that he dropped off three laptops to be repaired [hopefully the technician wore gloves], but he doesn't even remember the mother of Navy Joan.

Admittedly, it's difficult to pay child support when you have a drug and prostitute problem, but Hunter needs to put his nose to the grindstone and not fill it with blow.

Hunter Biden bails on court appearance

Batesville, AK -- Hunter Biden, the son of presidential candidate Joe Biden, had a court date on Monday regarding a child support hearing for the child of a stripper he impregnated and with whom he swore he never had sex. Unfortunately for Hunter, the DNA test proved otherwise.

A former state attorney general who was retained by Biden, Dustin McDaniel, "abruptly quit" during the hearing. Perhaps he had heard enough.

According to the Daily Mail, McDaniel told the court that he had ‘advised’ Hunter Biden that he was being discharged. In his “motion to withdraw,” McDaniel wrote, “(C)ounsel will take all steps reasonably practical to protect defendant’s interests and make every effort to ensure an efficient and judicious transition for new counsel.”

Judge Don McSpadden made it clear that the most important person in this case is the child, “Baby Doe” and demanded no less than three years of Biden's tax returns in order to assess a suitable child support payment. 

 Biden had recently filed a statement saying that he is currently unemployed and in debt after stepping down in April from his seat on the board of Burisma. His income from Burisma, the Ukrainian gas company, is said to have been in the millions, in spite of having no technical or practical knowledge of the position requirements he was being paid to "perform."

The deadbeat Biden was also ordered by the court to supply a valid phone number and address so that he can be properly served with necessary court documents.

Biden resigned from Burisma when his father, former Vice President Joe Biden, entered the race for the Democratic presidential nomination and scrutiny was getting tight.

Former stripper and pole specialist, Lunden Alexis Roberts, 28, the mother of the child with whom Biden was cheating on his dead brother's wife, is seeking $11,000 in attorney fees plus child support payments from Biden.  Roberts also claims that Baby Doe is entitled to Secret Service protection, as he or she is the grandchild of a former U.S. Vice President. Now that may be pushing it.

Biden and Roberts had a brief sex thing going on in the fall of 2017. They met at the Mpire Gentlemen’s Club in Washington, D.C., where she bumped and grinded while attending classes at George Washington University. 

Baby Doe was born in August 2018. Biden lied and denied he was the father of the child until a recent paternity test proved otherwise.

What a guy.

Hunter Biden wants financial records kept secret in child support suit

The son of former Vice President Joe Biden does not want his financial records made public. Hunter Biden is worried that it would embarrass him, even though his drug problem, the fact that he had an affair with his dead brother's wife while being married, and the Ukraine-China situations in which he received boatloads of money for simply being the son of a vice president apparently did not cause him much concern.

Hunter admits to poor judgment in the Ukraine debacle, but says he has no regrets--since he made nothing less than $50,000 to $83,000 a month as a consultant who has no knowledge of the job he was given, having no regrets is understandable.

The human pond scum filed a protective order this week as he tries to seal his financial records from being released publicly. He worries the information about his finances is more embarrassing than attending a strip club, spending thousands for their "services" along with a fresh dildo he insisted a stripper go out and buy for him, and that his financial situation would be used "maliciously" by the media and somehow cause him "embarrassment" when nothing else seems to have done the trick.

The motion was filed in Arkansas on Wednesday as part of his child support suit. He denied impregnating a stripper and even having sex with her, but a DNA test proved him a liar and he must pony up the support.

Hunter's lawyers say the details of his finances would be used by the media and cause him "undue prejudice, annoyance, embarrassment, and/or oppression."

Like the abusive husband telling his battered wife, "Don't make me come over there and beat the crap out of you," Biden sees himself as the victim.

A paternity suit filed by Lunden Alexis Roberts was first filed on May 28 when she alleged that she and Hunter Biden “were in a relationship” and that “Baby Doe” was born in August 2018 “as a result of that relationship,” according to reports by the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette.

Roberts is demanding $11,000 in legal fees as well as child support, and has agreed that a protective order is appropriate, according to the Mail.

In a sworn statement, Biden goes on to moan that he has incurred “significant debts” in part due to his 2017 divorce from Kathleen Biden [his actual wife], that he is unemployed, has no skills, has a substance abuse problem, his dead brother's wife won't talk to him anymore, the aforementioned dildo is nowhere to be found, and he has had no monthly income since May 2019.

How very very sad for him.

An apparent effort by White House officials and President Trump to get Ukraine to launch investigations into Hunter’s link to the company -- and Biden Sr.’s push in 2016 to get a prosecutor fired who had investigated the company -- is the current focus of an impeachment inquiry in the House.

How very very sad for both of them.
