Stormy Daniels ordered to make Trump even richer

Pornography performer Stormy Daniels [whose real name is Stephanie Clifford] was ordered to pay President Trump $293,052.33 as reimbursement for his attorney's fees, plus an additional $1,000 in sanctions to punish her for having filed a meritless lawsuit against the President designed to impede his free speech rights under the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.

Charles J. Harder, the president's legal counsel said in a statement:
"The U.S. District Court today ordered Stormy Daniels (real name Stephanie Clifford) to pay President Trump $293,052.33 to reimburse his attorneys’ fees (75% of his total legal bill), plus an additional $1,000 in sanctions to punish Daniels for having filed a meritless lawsuit against the President designed to chill his free speech rights.
"The court’s order, along with the court’s prior order dismissing Stormy Daniels’ defamation case against the President, together constitute a total victory for the President, and a total defeat for Stormy Daniels in this case."
Trump's attorneys had asked the court for almost $800,000 in lawyers' fees and penalties from the sex receptacle but the judge allowed about 75 percent of the asking price.

Daniels' lawyer Michael Avenatti claimed the judge's ruling wouldn't survive an appeal, but he apparently knows as much about law and ethics as his client knows about human decency.

"Charles Harder and Trump deserve each other because they are both dishonest," Avenatti frantically tweeted.

"If Stormy has to pay $300k to Trump in the defamation case (which will never hold up on appeal) and Trump has to pay Stormy $1,500,000 in the NDA case (net $1,200,000 to Stormy), how is this a Trump win?"

But it hasn't been determined if President Trump has to pay Daniels in the non disclosure agreement case, therefore, it's a win for Trump, at least for now.

Daniels alleged she had a one-night stand with Trump in 2006. It was totally consensual and she sued him earlier this year seeking to break the NDA that she signed days before the 2016 election about the alleged affair as part of a $130,000 hush money settlement. Trump has strongly denied the affair took place, but c'mon, it probably did, and Trump knows that we know.

Despite the deal to stay quiet, Daniels spoke out publicly and alleged that five years after the alleged affair she was threatened to keep quiet by a man she did not recognize in a Las Vegas parking lot. She also released a composite sketch of the mystery man who looked almost exactly like her ex-husband.

She sued Trump for defamation after he responded to the allegation by tweeting: “A sketch years later about a nonexistent man. A total con job, playing the Fake News Media for Fools (but they know it)!”

That was his free speech right she tried to sue him over and Daniels paid for it in spades.

POTUS seeks over $300K from woman he calls 'Horse Face'

President Trump is seeking over $300,000 in attorney fees after a federal judge, S. James Otero, in Los Angeles, threw out the defamation lawsuit made by pornography performer Stormy Daniels [aka: Stephanie Clifford; aka: Horse Face]. The reason for the suit dismissal is based on free-speech grounds.

Horse Face [perhaps she's Native American] sued President Trump in April over a tweet in which he denied her claims of being threatened by a mystery man in a Las Vegas parking lot in 2011.

He called it a "total con job," [as opposed to a partial con job].

"A sketch years later about a nonexistent man. A total con job, playing the Fake News Media for Fools (but they know it)!" the President of the United States of America tweeted on Twitter, using a side-by-side image comparing the artist's sketch with a photo of Daniels' ex-husband.

Daniels' shyster lawyer, Michael Avenatti, had said the tweet damaged his client's credibility by portraying her as a liar [as opposed to someone who performs  sundry sex acts on camera so other men can get their jollies off].

"The court agrees with Mr. Trump's argument because the tweet in question constitutes 'rhetorical hyperbole' normally associated with politics and public discourse in the U.S."

Trump is requesting $341,559.50 in attorney's fees from "HF," according to a court filing, although he doesn't refer to her with that moniker.

The fifty cents has to be President Trump's way of flipping her off.
