Paris climate deal: what's a POTUS to do?

A European Union official claims the U.S. will not withdraw from the ridiculously useless Paris climate deal, in spite of President Trump saying publicly in June that we will, according to the Wall Street Journal

But what do Trump "band-wagoners" care? They don't care a hoot about policy decisions unless they're about the culture wars: immigration, the wall, Christian bakers, etc. So if Trump changes his tune on the Paris deal, he will still have his base of supporters.

Like he once said at a rally in Sioux Center, Iowa during his presidential campaign:
"I could stand in the middle of 5th Avenue and shoot somebody and I wouldn't lose voters."
That's the scary side of Trump, but you can understand why people support him come hell or high water (literally, of late). He says things people would say themselves in his position because nobody in that position has ever done so before.

When the WSJ's piece came out, the White House quickly responded with a statement saying that while it would not withdraw from the climate treaty [as Trump originally promised] it would review its terms.

"There has been no change in the United States' position on the Paris agreement. As the President has made abundantly clear, the United States is withdrawing unless we can re-enter on terms that are more favorable to our country," the White House statement read.

I blogged about the deal back in June, when Trump made it clear that he was more interested in Pittsburgh than the deal. I wrote in part:
Candidate Trump promised to "cancel" the Paris climate deal during his first major policy speech on energy in March 2016. He attacked "draconian climate rules" and vowed to cut any funding for UN programs related to combatting any climate change programs. He even refused to acknowledge the human contribution to climate change and called it a "hoax." But when pressed on that comment he later said that he was "kidding."
Trump's shift from rejection his willingness to renegotiate the deal came during a meeting with over 30 ministers led by Canada, China and others.

So now we wait and see if Trump will tell us he was only "kidding" regarding what he said about rejecting the Paris deal. It's anybody's guess.

New Report slams global warming: "Not reality ..."

World leaders, particularly those in the EU, have criticized President Trump for pulling out of the Paris Climate Agreement. The agreement would have saddled the US with many billions of dollars in debt and economic losses while other nations didn't need to do much more than shake hands and collect a bunch of money.

Now a new report that analyzed Global Average Surface Temperature (GAST) has blown the doors off Al Gore's private polluting jet. The report, produced by NASA, the NOAA and HADLEY proves Trump was right on target with his refusal to be part of the farce.

According to the report, which was peer reviewed by the EPA, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, several of America's leading universities, administrators and scientists, the data is nothing more than balderdash.

In this research report, the most important surface data adjustment issues are identified and past changes in previous historical data are quantified. It was found that each new version of GAST has nearly always shown a steeper warming linear trend over its entire history.

The conclusive findings are that the three GAST data sets are not a valid representation of reality. In fact, the magnitude of their historical data adjustments, that removed their cyclical temperature patterns, are totally inconsistent with published and credible U.S. and other temperature data.

What this means is that it's impossible to conclude from the three published GAST data sets that the recent years have been the warmest ever, despite the Al Gorean imbeciles claiming record setting warming.

Since GAST data set validity is a necessary condition for the EPA's GHG/CO2 Endangerment Finding, it's also invalidated by these findings, which only shows warming, never cooling as historical data shows. They conveniently left that out.

What this all means is that the data has been falsified and tampered with, but we all know the left will claim that some deniers just want to destroy the earth.

The real data looks a lot like this:

But you'll never get the left to admit it.

So the establishment will continue to push the need for huge, costly initiatives to reduce green house gases and global temperatures to "normal" levels. Even though there is no global warming according to the report.

The best part is that nobody supporting the Paris Climate Agreement and the other initiatives have a clue what their massive regulations will really do to curb climate change--just ask them and watch their eyes glaze over like donuts.

Like Al Jazeera Gore and Bill Nye "the Pseudoscience Guy," I'm not a meteorologist nor an expert on global warming/climate change.

As a realist, however, I don't see an immediate problem here. In fact, I see global warming, if it even exists microscopically, as a good thing, particularly for third world countries where people use toxic materials like cow dung to keep warm.

And anyone who goes to see Gore's sequel to his first fake documentary is going to witness more balderdash.

Summer's coming: prepare for global warming

With summer coming in the Western hemisphere we can expect global warming and the problems it brings--specifically, idiots who see global warming as a bigger threat than Islamic terrorism, Russia, China and North Korea, to be the number one liberal discussion.

The G-7 Summit in Italy will not be attended by President Trump as he declined to join the six other nations to pledge to uphold the Paris Climate Agreement of 2015.

The other six nations are: Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan and the UK. I gave them in alphabetical order to avoid a confrontation with Nancy Pelosi and any other leftist looking for an argument for argument's sake.

The Paris Climate Agreement was signed by former failed President Obama, who recently spoke on the topic of global warming then took off in his CO2 belching private jet with a 13-car motorcade while he and his "first time in her life is proud to be an American" wife, Michelle, were in Italy on yet another vacation.

Can you imagine how hard the Obamas laugh at their loyal poodles?
