Illegal alien convicted of murder in death of Mollie Tibbetts

The illegal alien, Cristhian Bahena Rivera, who murdered college student Mollie Tibbetts was found guilty by an Iowa jury on Friday after only 7 1/2 hours of deliberation.

The verdict came after the moron testified in his own defense earlier in the week. He tried to convince the jury that two unknown men forced him to follow and kidnap Ms. Tibbetts while she was jogging back in 2018. 

Why would they need to enlist the help of a third person to grab her? Perhaps Rivera thought the jury was as stupid as he apparently is.

The illegal alien [who the legacy media referred to as a "farm worker"] alleged that one of the men killed Tibbetts and put her body in the trunk of his car before forcing him to drive to a corn field where he helped hide her body.

Think about it. If one of the two men killed her, why go along with Rivera to hide the body? Why not just leave him with the body and get the hell out of Dodge? Why not even kill Rivera too and steal his car to hide the body?

Rivera testified that he was afraid of the men and said they had told him they would harm his family, including his daughter, if he did not cooperate.

The murder conviction carries a maximum penalty of life in prison. However, Rivera’s defense team plans to appeal the decision, as is their right. If this crap weasel gets off, you can blame it on the Biden administration.

“It is unclear when such a practice was enacted and if it only applies to local reporters, particularly after her MSNBC appearance with Stephanie Ruhle on Monday,” Fox News reported. “During her MSNBC interview, Lightfoot told Ruhle she would ‘encourage’ Chicago residents to continue wearing masks despite the new CDC guidance allowing those with the coronavirus vaccine to go without them.”

“I know for me personally, I’m going to continue to wear a mask in public and I’m going to encourage others to do so,” Lightfoot told Ruhle. “We’ve got to make sure that people are continuing to follow the public health guidance that has gotten us this far, and masks, I think, are a big and important part of that.”

Lightfoot said on Tuesday afternoon that her decision to continue to encourage people to wear masks was not based on distrust of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

“But I think their guidance last week regarding masks has people confused…We need clarification,” Lightfoot said. “We still have a long way to go to hit the critical mass (of vaccinations) or herd immunity. I don’t want people to have false confidence.”

“To say, ‘If you’re vaccinated, you don’t have to wear a mask,’ that’s great. But what about all of the other people who are out there that aren’t vaccinated?” Lightfoot added. “There’s no way to know that. So I think for the time being, most people are gonna continue to wear masks outside of their homes.”

Alleged killer of Mollie Tibbetts, an illegal alien, wants trial moved due to 'minoirty population'

He is like, yo

The illegal alien charged in the murder of Mollie Tibbetts, a University of Iowa student found dead in August, wants his trial to be moved to a more diverse county so his jury pool has more minority representation. If those minority jurors are anything like the Democrats who believe will vote for them, the alleged killer believes they will cut him loose because hey, he's the victim.

Cristhian Bahena Rivera’s attorneys filed the motion Friday, arguing that existing tensions and opinions in Poweshiek County — which is the area where the crime occurred, Tibbetts grew up and Rivera lived and worked at a dairy farm — will make it hard to have a “fair and impartial trial,” the Des Moines Register reported. The attorneys asked the court to select a county that has more of a minority representation for the jury pool [so that their client can go free].

"Without venue where a minority population is substantially represented, [Rivera] cannot be fairly tried and any jury pool chosen will have to be stricken," the motion reads.

That doesn't say much for the people in Poweshiek County as far as Rivera's lawyers are concerned.

The trial is set to begin on Sept. 3, Des Moines Register reported.

Rivera, 24, pleaded not guilty to murder charges in September, about a month after he was arrested and Tibbetts’ body was located in a cornfield about 12 miles southeast of [the other] Brooklyn.

The 20-year-old college student vanished on July 18 while going for a jog in her hometown.

In September, Mollie’s father, Rob Tibbetts, wrote an op-ed for the Des Moines Register that his daughter would have “vehemently opposed” anti-immigration views [and illegal immigration views?] and asked politicians to not use her death to “promote various political agendas.”

Mollie's murder does the work for those politicians.
