Gold Star families not fond of Harris for "vile, disgusting post" attacking Trump

Gold Star families who lost their loved ones during the Biden-Harris administration's clusterfrack [sic] in the withdrawal from Afghanistan in 2021, released a joint statement and individual YouTube responses over the weekend in which VP Kamala Harris made a political attack and lies against former President Donald J. Trump.

Harris either did not do her due diligence or didn't care to consider facts when on Saturday she attacked Trump for visiting Arlington National Cemetery to honor the 13 U.S. service men and women who died during the botched withdrawal which Harris approved.

The families released a joint statement that pointed out to the empty suit Harris that they personally invited Trump to attend the event at ANC and that they were “appalled” by her attacks on social media, saying that she “disgracefully twisted this sacred moment into a political ploy.”

“Vice President Harris bears responsibility for the deaths of our sons and daughters,” they stated. “Despite our multiple requests for a meeting to discuss the loss of our loved ones, Vice President Harris has repeatedly ignored us, showing a complete lack of empathy and accountability. This refusal to face the consequences of her administration’s decisions is a deep betrayal to us as Gold Star families.”

“President Trump, on the other hand, has been the only Commander-in-Chief to consistently recognize the heroism of our children,” they continued. “His attendance at Arlington was not for political gain but to stand with us, to grieve with us, and to honor the legacy of those who gave everything for this nation. His leadership during his time in office was strong, and we have no doubt that if he were still Commander-in-Chief, our children would be alive today.”

They also said that Harris has proven her incompetence and is "unfit to serve" as president, adding that she “lacks the judgment, compassion, and leadership required for the position,” not adding that she also lacks the intelligence as well.

Trump followed up by posting individual statements from the families in direct response to Harris’ post on Saturday where she claimed that Trump “disrespected sacred ground, all for the sake of a political stunt.”

She also repeated the lie that Trump “called our fallen service members ‘suckers’ and ‘losers’ and disparaged Medal of Honor recipients.” Nineteen officials, including 13 from Trump’s Paris trip, debunked the anonymous story that claimed Trump called soldiers “suckers” and “losers.” Even if a politician actually believed those words, they would never utter them knowing it would be the death of their political ambitions.

Trump posted on his personal account and team account the following videos of Gold Star families responding directly to Harris’ post on X:

Father of Lance Cpl. Kareem M. Nikoui, Steve Nikoui, said: “Your administration killed my son deliberately in exchange for political theatrics so you could have a final day of the evacuation coincide with September 11th — ignoring the advice of your generals, the Doha agreement, and countless other veterans and members of Congress.”

“You were not at Dover for the dignified transfer. At no time have you reached out to me to offer your condolences, to offer thank you for Kareem’s sacrifice and service. Not once have you honored him by saying his name, so I said it for you.”

“You have disparaged all 13 who have lost their lives, as well as their families, exhibiting your lack of gratitude by your silence. I agree with you on one thing, that a person like you should never and will never stand behind the seal of presidency.”

“You are a DEI vice president and contrary to our kids, the worst that America has to offer.”

Mark Schmitz, Gold Star Father of Lance Corporal Jared M. Schmitz said:

“Here we are on a beautiful holiday weekend day, I gotta stop what I’m doing, spending time with what’s left of my family, to address a heinous, vile, and disgusting post put out by Kamala Harris trying to incite those that don’t follow the truth.”

But earlier today, your post regarding the incident at Arlington National Cemetery was brought to my attention. After reading it, it caused a reaction with me. You indicated in your post that you support the military and military families. I, for one, have not seen that support.”

During the cemetery visit, Trump was joined. by his videographer and photographer and an anonymous cemetery worker tried to "physically block" the team from accompanying him and stop them from filming and photographing in Section 60. The worker, obviously was  “clearly suffering from a mental health episode,” Trump spokesman Steven Cheung said. 

The worker was brushed aside and the team carried on, and while the incident was reported to police, the cemetery worker did not press charges.

Cheung later posted a statement that Trump’s team received from ANC about media guidance and rules surrounding the event, saying that Trump was allowed to have his media team with him.

“Only former President Trump may have an official photographer and/or videographer outside of the main media pool,” the statement said. “If any of the other attendees DVs would like to bring media, they must arrive at 7:00 a.m. and be incorporated into the press pool. We recommend against bringing additional media due to limited space available in the press pool.”

Furthermore, President Joe Biden, while poorly serving as vice president in the Obama administration, had his media team with him while visiting ANC’s Section 60 in 2010. Biden subsequently used the footage in an advertisement for his 2020 presidential campaign.

But that was then. This year Biden and Harris did not attend the ceremony. Biden went on a beach vacation in Delaware, and Harris was off galavanting around with Tampon Tim.

How dare she attack Trump this way.

Sarah Palin excluded from Sen. John McCain's funeral

Former Alaska governor Sarah Palin has been excluded from Sen John McCain's funeral, according to Breitbart News. She was McCain's running mate in the 2008 presidential election and was constantly attacked by the media and SNL for not being a Democrat while being a woman.

"I can see Russia from my house," was never said by Palin, but Tina Fey made a cottage industry out of her impression of her to the extent that gullible viewers [aka liberals/socialists] of the show believed Palin actually made that statement.

Originally, People magazine reported that Palin was not sent an invitation and this was later confirmed by Breitbart News. She was told by intermediaries to stay away from the entire ceremony, possibly due to her refusing to move to the left along with McCain's occasional leanings.

People magazine believes the invite was not sent at the behest of the McCain family, and the news comes ten years to the day when McCain announced Palin as his running mate.

Ms. Palin now has the distinction of joining President Trump on the list of the banned.

But Palin, unlike Trump, never bad-mouthed McCain nor criticized him. Trump, on the other hand, said that McCain was not a war hero because he was captured, and for Trump, real heroes don't get captured.

This was simply the wrong thing for Trump to say. McCain was clearly, unmistakably a war hero. He was shot down twice in Vietnam and the second time when flying his A4 Skyhawk over Hanoi, he "punched out" [ejected] and was captured and tortured. He was offered early release because his father was the top-ranking military officer, but he refused, knowing it would be propaganda for the North Vietnam cause and demoralizing to the men left in prison.

Yes, like his politics of not [and mostly I didn't] John McCain was a hero and my brother.

Trump was wrong not to keep the flag at half-staff until after the interment, but at least he got it right a bit later, probably under pressure from his top staff.

When the news broke of McCain's death, Palin said: "Today we lost an American original. Sen. John McCain was a maverick and a fighter, never afraid to stand for his beliefs. John never took the easy path in life--and through sacrifice and suffering he inspired others to serve something greater than self.

"John McCain was my friend. I will remember the good times. My family and I send prayers for Cindy and the McCain family."

Last year McCain reportedly said he was sorry he chose Palin as his running mate, but even after that, Palin never said a negative thing about him and always honored him. Even after being excluded from the funeral, she refused to criticize him.

People quoted a source close to the Palin family: "[O]ut of respect for Sen. McCain and his family we have nothing to add at this point. The Palin family will always cherish their friendship with the McCains and hold those memories dear."

Sen. John McCain will be laid to rest at Arlington National Cemetery on Sunday.

Big Government Means Big Screw Ups

When a soldier, sailor, or Marine dies in service of their country, we are grateful and humbled by their sacrifice.  If they are buried in Arlington National Cemetery we expect their graves will be respected and certainly the remains of the brave souls accounted for by the government that runs the cemetery.  The management of Arlington, just like the way graves are laid in a perfect line, should be done with military precision.


But none of the above seems to be the case.

Arlington National Cemetery cannot account for about four million dollars of their financing for the last several years.  They cannot account for over 40 thousand bodies that died for our freedom.  They are a disgrace to the memory of those who lie there so that we may be free.

This is what happens when government runs things.  This is government out of control.  Democrats love big government, but big government is a failure more times than it succeeds. I am not claiming that something untoward occurred at Arlington--if it were run by someone directly involved with the present administration, I would put money on corruption at the helm, but even if there was nothing illegal that was involved with the loss of the money and the bodies, there is that recurring feeling of government incompetence that gnaws at me.


I know that there will be more to follow on this story, so stay tuned, and avoid the liberal media.  They will rot your brain with cover ups and lies.
