Kash Patel puts Adam Schiff in his place, bigly

The Senate Judiciary Committee just turned into a cage match, and FBI Director Kash Patel brought a verbal flamethrower to roast Senator Adam Schiff (D-CA). In a Tuesday hearing, Patel didn't just call Schiff out, he obliterated him, labeling him a "political buffoon" and an "utter coward" who would rather lie to the American people than miss a chance to rake in campaign cash.

This was a public execution of Schiff's credibility.

The fireworks started when Schiff, ever the grandstanding drama queen, tried to corner Patel with a gotcha question about convicted sex-trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell's recent move to a minimum-security facility. You know, the kind of question Schiff thinks makes him look like a crusader but really just screams "I'm fishing for a soundbite." He pointed out Maxwell's meeting with Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche, smirking that the timing was suspicious. "You want the American people to believe that? Do you think they’re stupid?" old bug-eyes sneered.

Patel wasn't having it. He clapped back, explaining the Bureau of Prisons approved the transfer, and he's not exactly micromanaging inmate shuffleboard schedules. "No, I think the American people believe the truth. That I'm not in the weeds on the everyday movements of inmates," Patel said, before dropping a truth bomb that left Schiff's ego in ashes: "What I am doing is protecting this country, providing historic reform, and combating the weaponization of intelligence by the likes of you and we have countlessly proven you to be a liar in Russiagate, in January 6. You are the biggest fraud to ever sit in the United States Senate. You are a disgrace to this institution and an utter coward."

That’s the kind of verbal smackdown that leaves a mark.

Schiff, predictably, tried to drown Patel out, wagging his finger like a scolding schoolmarm and bleating, "This stinks to high heaven." Because nothing says "I'm losing" like repeating a tired cliché on a loop.

Patel, unfazed, kept swinging. "I’m not surprised," he fired back, "that you continue to lie from your perch and put on a show so you can go raise money for your charade. You are a political buffoon at best."

Schiff, clinging to his script, tried to zing back with, "I'm not surprised … You can take — you can make an internet troll the FBI Director, but he will always be nothing more than an internet troll."

Nice try, Adam, but that smirk on your face just screams "I’m auditioning for MSNBC."

Patel wasn't done. He pointed out the inconvenient truth that Schiff's beloved Obama and Biden Justice Departments did zilch on Maxwell, while Trump’s administration brought new charges. "All you care about is a child sex predator who was prosecuted by a prior administration, and the Obama Justice Department and the Biden Justice Department did squat, and what did President Trump do? Bring new charges, courageously. And what have we done?" Patel said, adding, "Thirty-three thousand pages of information … Go ahead and run to the cameras, where you want to go now."

Mic drop. Schiff's entire career is a masterclass in performative outrage, and Patel just exposed him as the fundraising, pencil-neck, camera-chasing fraud we all know he is. This was a wake-up call for anyone still buying Schiff's "noble statesman" garbage.

Keep the cameras rolling, Adam; you’re gonna need them for your next grift.
