U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) busted a busty illegal alien with prior drug trafficking convictions on Wednesday in Philadelphia. This upset her to no end.
ICE officials, the U.S. Marshals Service, and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) joined forces to nab the suspect. She has been identified as Virginia Basora-Gonzales, 36, originally from the Dominican Republic, ICE announced on Thursday.
She has a serious criminal history with prior convictions for “attempted possession with intent to distribute fentanyl and aiding and abetting." She was previously deported from the U.S. and illegally reentered the country.
The images below show the moments she was caught and arrested. As "Miss Fentanyl 2025," she wore a sporty gray pair of sweatpants and a classy black shirt. She apparently was upset when she was busted.
In June 2019, Basora-Gonzalez was charged with attempted possession with intent to distribute 40 grams or more of fentanyl and aiding and abetting. In March 2020, she pleaded guilty to the charges against her and was sentenced to just over 12 months confinement and four years of supervised release, ICE said.
The agency also noted that in October 2020, U.S. officials removed her back to the Dominican Republic.
On March 12, ICE gave Basora-Gonzalez a notice saying they planned to put back in place an earlier order to deport her. That same day, they got a federal arrest warrant and a criminal complaint from a U.S. magistrate judge and handed her over to the U.S. Marshals Service.

She’ll stay in federal custody while facing charges for coming back into the country after being deported, in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
This news comes as President Donald Trump pushes to increase ICE’s detention space to hold more illegal immigrants who have committed crimes, according to Breitbart News on Thursday.
