An elderly woman was killed and 17 others were seriously wounded in a cowardly car-ramming and stabbing spree by a pair of anti-Semitic terrorists in Ra'anana. Among the injured were children and teens, as they seized cars away from drivers to initiate the attack.
Police arrested the jihadis who turned out to be Palestinians from Hebron who were working illegally in Ra'anana, a central Israel city.
Edna Bluestein, 79, a resident of Ra'anana, was killed on Monday. Also injured were at least seven children and teenagers in the car-ramming and stabbing attack on Monday afternoon.
During the attack, the terrorists — two West Bank Palestinians who were working in Israel illegally — seized three vehicles and rammed pedestrians in several locations in the city, also stabbing one or more of their victims, according to police, medics, and eyewitnesses. Fortunately they weren't very proficient in their attempted killing spree, except for Ms. Bluestein.
Meir Hospital received Ms. Bluestein when she arrived in critical condition. Sadly, she eventually succumbed to her wounds.
