A Russian official stood on the balls of both feet, swaggered a bit and warned the US and other Western nations that to arm Ukraine against Russian invaders would put them at risk of a "direct military confrontation" with Russia, and thus for us to blow the bastards away. He conveniently left out the last part.
Russian Ambassador to the U.S. Anatoly Antonov spoke with Newsweek magazine on Friday. “Western states are directly involved in the current events as they continue to pump Ukraine with weapons and ammunitions, thereby inciting further bloodshed,” he said, hoping we would butt out and allow Russia to continue raping and killing Ukrainian civilians and destroy their cities.
Antonov's comments come after Russia was unprovoked but invaded Ukraine about six weeks ago, killing civilian men, women and children, and destroyed countless dwellings. There have even been reports that some of the Russian soldiers have raped Ukrainian women and killed them.
Prior to the invasion, the U.S. and other Western nations sent hundreds of anti-tank and anti-aircraft launchers to defend Ukraine and we, along with NATO, continue to help Ukraine defend against Russia.
Alleged President Joseph Robinette Biden responded to the Russian ambassador's bravado and said, "We've got to get the things, you know, the thing that shoots, for the sake of G-d, out of the hands of the ghosts. We're the greatest nation on earth baroongazeeng."
Last week, the US provided Ukraine with an additional $300 million worth of weapons, including advanced Switchblade-600 loitering munitions that can fly above the battlefield scanning for targets before diving into them and blowing them up into little bitesize Russian pieces. The new Switchblade-600 drones are more powerful than their Switchblade-300 predecessors and can take out enemy tanks, as can the Javelin shoulder-launched missiles.
“We warn that such actions are dangerous and provocative as they are directed against our state,” Antonov said. “They can lead the U.S. and the Russian Federation onto the path of direct military confrontation.”

In other words, this scumcrumpet wants us to do nothing for Ukraine while they kill as many Ukrainians to make their point that Ukraine is going to belong to Russia.
“Any supply of weapons and military equipment from the West, performed by transport convoys through the territory of Ukraine, is a legitimate military target for our Armed Forces,” Antonov warned.
Other Russians have made similar warnings.
Meanwhile, Russian dictator Vladimir Putin has a new war chief in Ukraine named Alexander Dvornikov. He's hoping to replace Russian Chief of Staff Valery Gerasimov, according to Mark Galeotti, honorary professor at University College London [go Hogwarts!]. Galeotti is an "expert" in Russia's armed forces and calls Dvornikov "one of the real heavy hitters of his generation."
Dvornikov oversaw Russia's brutal campaign in Syria where the military carried out widespread, indiscriminate bombardments of Syrian civilians, neighborhoods and hospitals, as we also know is happening in Ukraine.Dvornikov was honored as a "hero of the Russian Federation" in 2016 for his killing of the innocent there.
After Russia withdrew from the Kyiv suburbs, Western intelligence believes the Kremlin is refocusing its efforts on capturing Ukraine's south and east where Dvornikov was already in command. He is a brutal bastard and is likely to carry out more war crimes while Russia threatens us if we don't remain seated on our hands.

Thus far, Russia's main obstacle is their "lack of a single overall commander," which "clearly hindered the cooperation of Russian forces," according to an April 9 assessment by the Institute for the Study of War.
If Dvornikov is Putin's go-to military guy, expect to hear more about the horrors of war, and pray for Ukraine. He is known as "The Butcher of Syria."
