The sign shows the cartoon faces of the presidents smiling, each head above a pile of emoji-style feces.
“DON’T BLAME TRUMP! YOU ARE STUCK WITH THESE TWO S–T HEADS!!!” the billboard reads.
Sending the message home with two more poop images, the billboard is signed “from all of your deplorables in Calvert County,” referring to Hillary Clinton’s infamous disrespect of all Trump supporters--the thing that actually lost her the election, rather than Russian collusion, which was a hoax.
The sign is on private property and of legal size, therefore it is a First Amendment right and does not break any local laws. But boy, does it tick off the local Democrats
“It’s just vulgar,” Jeanette Flaim, chair of the Calvert County Democratic Central Committee, told Fox 5 DC. This may be true, but that's why we have a First Amendment and it's also why Flaim was allowed to say the nasty things she did about former President Trump.
“Kids are going to school, and they’re going by it every day, and parents are driving their kids. We just don’t think kids should have to see that or parents should have to explain that,” Flaim complained.
For many of us on the right, the explanation is quite simple.
She also told The Southern Maryland Chronicle that the “deeply disturbing” sign “does not reflect the values of our County, regardless of party.” Except if you look at social media, you'll see that it certainly does reflect how both sides value the other side's leadership.
“And it certainly shouldn’t be what our visitors remember us for,” Flaim said, referring to the County's political sense of humor.

And in spite of the local kerfuffles over the sign, so far it has stayed in place.
“There is nothing that we as county government can do for language that’s on a legal sign,” Board of County Commissioners President Buddy Hance told Fox 5.
“You know this country was built on the foundation of free speech, and sometimes we like what that free speech says and sometimes we don’t,” Hance said.

Yes, that is exactly the reason for free speech--it isn't for the speech we like, but for the speech we don't like.
