Alleged hit man of Angelo Musitano mob rubout found dead in Mexico

Another one of Nancy Pelosi's "children of G-d," Michael Cudmore, was found dead in beautiful Mexico. He is the alleged gunman wanted for the murders of Hamilton scumbag, Angelo Musitano and Mila Barberi, an innocent bystander.

The Cudster, as his friends in crime called him, was found dead and rotting in a vehicle at the end of this past June.

The circumstances of his death and how long he has been dead are not known, but the odor was incredible and he looked in far better shape in the photo above than he did at the scene.

Police, part of a multi-jurisdictional task force formed to solve the two murders, have “received limited information” from the Canadian Embassy in Mexico and Mexican authorities.

In the midst of the murder investigations Michael Cudmore hightailed it to Mexico on May 20, 2017 following the shooting deaths of Barberi on March 14 and 39-year-old Musitano on May 2.

Hamilton police have said he went to join Bolton mobster Deniele Ranieri, a person of interest in the case. Ranieri was found bound and murdered in a ditch in March 2018.

Cudmore had not been heard from since and his concerned family reported him missing a month later. He had been hoped dead by Barberi's family, but no details were known until this recent discovery of his body.

Now police say they are working to figure out the facts around his death and help his family return his body to Canada before winter and the deep frost.

Cudmore was one of three men charged with first degree murder in the deaths of Barberi and Musitano and with the attempted murder of Saverio Serrano — Barberi’s boyfriend who police believe was the true target when they were shot inside a car a hit gone wrong in a Vaughan parking lot.

The other two men of interest are Jabril Abdalla and Daniel Tomassetti.

Abdalla remains the only man arrested and his case remains before the courts. He is accused of being a party to the offenses, but not the shooter because his specialty is beheading. A trial date has not been set.

Tomassetti, a high school friend of Abdalla’s, fled to Mexico Jan. 27, 2018. Hamilton police have previously said he was under surveillance when he fled, but was allowed to leave for “investigative reasons.”

Now police say the Tomassetti family told them they do not know his whereabouts, but believe “he is scared” and is hiding.

Neither Cudmore, Abdalla or Tomassetti were ever considered “major players” in the criminal underworld by police. "They are pussies and I would have liked to get my hands on them personally eh," said Royal Canadian Mounted Police woman, Lola LaPierre Dupont.

The Musitanos were once one of three mob families that vied for control in Hamilton, Ontario along with the Papalias and Luppino-Violi families. The fact that they are almost all of Italian decent is strictly coincidental.

Pat "Gimme Putine" Musitano  inherited control of the family business after his father’s death.

He and his younger brother Angelo "Bananas" Musitano made waves when they were accused of taking out notorious Mob boss Johnny "Pops" Papalia in May 1997.

They were accused of ordering hit man Ken Murdock to commit the murder. However, they struck a deal and pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit murder in the death of Papalia’s Lieutenant, Carmen "Shredder" Barillaro, in July 1997. They were sentenced to 10 years and served two-thirds of that time in prison.

It’s unclear what power the Musitanos still have, with Pat and Angelo dead and the seeming rise to power of other families, including the Iavarones.

Mafia watchers say "fageddabowdit," the unrest likely means more violence to come.
