Uzbekistan Muslim planned terror attack for weeks

Sayfulio Saipov, 29, an Uzbekistan Muslim, bragged to officials in the hospital that he was "proud" of the attack he perpetrated Tuesday. The attack took place along the West Side Highway bike and pedestrian path in the shadow of the World Trade Center in lower Manhattan. Saipov killed 8 people and injured 11 in the name of Allah.

Saipov had gone online to research how to go about killing people with a truck weeks ago and did prior reconnaissance before he carried out the carnage. Law enforcement had his internet search on record but nothing had been done to stop him.

President Trump wants to halt the Diversity Visa Program that allows 50,000 unvetted people into the country, which is akin to Russian Roulette. Saipov came to the United States through that program--it does not vet individuals.

Trump also wants to get rid of chain migration. He said the current system is "not nice," but refused to say it was "naughty."

Just days prior to the attack on innocent people, ISIS encouraged its mentally ill followers to carry out Halloween attacks.

NYPD's Deputy Commissioner of Intelligence and Counterterrorism said Saipov, who came to the U.S. in March 2010, had planned the attack for weeks.

A note was discovered in Saipov's rented truck that said in Arabic, "Islamic State would endure forever."

Miller said the scum crumpet followed "almost to a T" the instructions put out by ISIS on how to carry out a vehicle attack. Several knives were found in the rental truck, but it's believed Saipov didn't use them in the assault.

The FBI entered Saipov's home in Paterson, N.J. and left with several bags of evidence. Officials said that his relatives were being interviewed but added nothing more.

Saipov's name "popped up" connecting him with a few people who were known to law enforcement when his name was run through their databases.

New York Gov. Cuomo and NYC Mayor De Blasio spoke at an NYPD press conference and basically said nothing other than to whom their thoughts and hearts were going out to.

"There was no grand statement that was done. It was an act of a coward," Cuomo said.

Was it an act of a coward?

I believe it was an act of a religious fanatic who takes the Islamic 'holy book,' the Koran, literally.
