Trayvon Martin gets posthumous degree

Florida Memorial University is going to give Trayvon Martin a posthumous Bachelor of Science degree in aviation. Martin was the black teenager who was shot and killed by George Zimmerman, a neighborhood watch volunteer back in 2012.

Not very angelic

Trayvon's parents, Sabrina Fulton and Tracy Martin, will accept the degree at the May 13 commencement ceremony.

Fulton graduated from FMU and, along with his wife, founded the Trayvon Martin Foundation, which is allegedly "committed to ending senseless gun violence, strengthening families through holistic support, S.T.E.A.M. education for women and minorities and mentoring."

Is pro-abortion

Photos of an 'angelic' Martin have been used by the media to depict him as a good kid caught in the wrong place at the wrong time, but there was evidence to the contrary that showed he was aggressive toward Zimmerman and attempted to take his firearm from him, which was deemed the cause of the shooting.
