Low Information Celebrities and the Race Baiters Who Love Them

How media wants you to see him
Singer, songwriter,  Stevland Hardaway Morris, better known as Stevie Wonder, is angry with the verdict in the George Zimmerman-Trayvon Martin trial, and wants to punish the whole state of Florida for the outcome by boycotting the state and all states that have the Stand Your Ground Law. Interestingly, this law was not used in the Zimmerman-Martin case, but since when do facts matter to the left? Wonder, who is 63, seems to be going about trying to make a career comeback by not showing up at concerts, but at least he has the audacity of hope to think he can change the law in 23 states that have it on the books. If the Stand Your Ground Law is repealed in Florida, those who would have justifiably benefited from it, no longer will--ironically, that would mainly involve black males who have historically used it as a defense significantly more than other ethnic groups. I will not even discuss black-on-black homicide in the USA because that might be considered either insensitive or racist.

Jessie Jackson, the great American race baiter, stated that since Florida's Stand Your Ground Law came into effect, black homicides have tripled. If you believe Jessie Jackson's math, you should check it out.

Now we all remember how that model of decency and intellect, Jay Z, went to communist Cuba with his wife, Beyonce. They traveled there illegally, didn't meet with  El Critico, an imprisoned dissident rapper, and acted like gangsta royalty to the poor people of the island. How does Jay Z rationalize his outrage for a trial verdict but not for a person in the same profession as he, and do or say nothing about it? Getting involved with a real political issue with a real political prisoner of communist Cuba doesn't help further his fortune, that's how. See Jay Z hypocrisy.

Little Richard
Besides Jay Z, there are other celebrities who are saying they will boycott Florida because of the Stand Your Ground Law. Unlike Mr. Wonder, they aren't saying they'll boycott the other 22 states--that would be a financial disaster for them, so selective boycotting, another form of hypocrisy, will win out. Some of the celebrities include Kayne West, Justin Timberlake, Rihanne, Usher, Madonna, and possibly Richard Wayne Penniman (aka Little Richard). But unlike Madonna, Little Richard accepts retirement.

Sybrina Fulton, Trayvon Martin's mother (she is all our mothers now, I guess), made a speech that you can read more about on Press TV. She is upset with the Stand Your Ground Law, which, I repeat, was not used in defense of Zimmerman, and tore at the heartstrings of her audience. I truly feel bad for her--losing a child is a horror I cannot imagine. I believe she handled the trial with class, but I now suspect the race hustlers are getting to her and are benefiting from her loss. This is Al Sharptongue at his best--he stands to make mucho dinero from the racial anger that had nothing to do with the case.

I don't know what happened in Florida that dark night in February 2012. I
wasn't there. I wasn't at the trial. I didn't get to see or hear all the evidence. I know the prosecution would have been all over Zimmerman if there was a microscopic shred of evidence that racism was involved on Zimmerman's part. From what I've heard, there may have been racism on Martin's part, but I will give the dead the benefit of the doubt and say that nothing racial was meant when he called Zimmerman a "white ass cracker". Had Zimmerman used the "N" word, I suspect all bets would be off.

Whether Trayvon Martin would have turned out to be a college graduate, a grandfather, etc., is conjecture. Looking at what he tweeted, he seemed to be a misogynist, but again, that's conjecture on my part from reading the trash talk about women that he wrote. It may have simply been his way of being "cool," in a society where "cool" can win you the US presidency. To see Trayvon's tweets you will see a side of him that the mainstream leftist media failed to disclose.

It's sad to think that our jury system has been under attack. I can't think of another country with a better system, in spite of its imperfections. I cannot think of a previous Attorney General who questions the jury system like our present AG, Eric Holder.

My latest novel, Jihad Joe, is about Islamic terrorism and suspense.  In it I challenge the precepts of the religion through my protagonist, Zed Nill, a journalist, captured by terrorists and who is destined to be killed if the American President refuses to release three Gitmo prisoners.  Of course, American policy demands we never give in to terrorists, and for Zed, the clock is ticking.
