His girlfriend refused abortion so he held her down and forced abortion drugs into her

Hassan Abbas, a 32-year-old scumcrumpet, could face up to five years in prison after pleading no contest to four felonies: disrupting public services, unlawful distribution of an abortion-inducing drug, identity fraud, and deception to obtain a dangerous drug, according to Lucas County Prosecuting Attorney Julia R. Bates.

According to the Ohio Bar Association, “By entering a no contest plea, he does not accept guilt but acknowledges that facts laid out by prosecution in charging documents are true,” Samira Asma-Sadeque reported for People Magazine.

The State Medical Board of Ohio issued a summary suspension in November 2025. The board said there was “clear and convincing evidence” that his continued practice presents a danger of immediate and serious harm to the public.

The baby died after Abbas, on December 18, allegedly crushed the abortion pills into a powder, according to prosecutors.

Online court records show Abbas was indicted on Dec. 4, 2025, a year after he allegedly carried out the attack, which, according to the prosecutor’s statement, was days in the making, according to Asma-Sadeque’s story.

The notice from the State Medical Board of Ohio reports that the now-former resident surgeon in Toledo, Ohio, was separated from his wife in 2024 when he began sleeping with a woman identified only as “patient 1.”

On December 7th, 2024, when the victim told Abbas she was pregnant, he wanted her to have an abortion which she resisted. Asma-Sadeque explains that around Dec. 11, 2024, Abbas used his former wife’s details, such as her name, birthdate and driver’s license number, to order two abortion drugs online: one 200 mg mifepristone pill and 12 200 mcg misoprostol pills.

Prosecuting Attorney Bates’s press release then explains what happened next:

A week later, on Dec. 18, 2024, Abbas invited the victim to his home in Holland, Ohio. The investigation showed Abbas crushed the abortion pills into a powder. While the victim slept, Abbas, knowing the victim believed she was pregnant and did not want to terminate the pregnancy, climbed on top of her, held her down against her will and shoved the crushed pills into her mouth. 

The victim was able to break free from Abbas and attempted to call 911. Abbas forcefully took the victim’s phone from her hand and hung up the call. The victim later left Abbas’s residence and went to a hospital for treatment. Abbas later left his home and disposed of the remaining abortion medication by throwing it out of the window of his moving vehicle, which made it unavailable for investigative purposes or trial.

“We expect doctors to uphold the highest standards of integrity and professionalism and not abuse another person in such an unacceptable way,” Bates added. “Doctors hold positions of trust and respect in the community, and this conduct represented a serious abuse of that trust. The conclusion of this case will likely never alleviate the trauma experienced by the victim and others who have heard about this case.”

Sentencing is set for June 24, 2026. The judge could impose a sentence of up to 60 months in prison and a fine of up to $15,000.

Paramedic who forced partner to take abortion drugs gets slammer time

A Scottish paramedic was sentenced to 10 years and six months in prison for sexually assaulting his pregnant lover by secretly injecting her with abortion drugs, killing their unborn baby."Stephen Doohan, a former clinical team leader with the Scottish Ambulance Service, was convicted of assaulting and sexually assaulting the pregnant woman," said the report. "He was also placed on the sex offenders register and made subject to a non-harassment order preventing him from contacting the victim indefinitely."

Doohan met the woman while on a vacation in Ibiza. The pair continued to meet around once a month.

"After she informed him of her positive pregnancy test and identified him as the father, they agreed to keep the baby following her visit to Edinburgh, where he had separated from his wife.""In March 2023, while they were intimate, Doohan penetrated the woman’s vagina without her consent and inserted a syringe containing the abortion drug misoprostol, which he had researched using his workplace account," the account continued. "The woman said she 'felt something hard' being pushed into her and assumed it was a sex toy."

"The next day, a white substance began to come out of her vagina and she experienced stomach cramps."

"Two days later, he repeated the assault, placing more of the drug in her vagina in similar circumstances."

"When confronted, Doohan initially denied his actions before admitting them. He warned her that he would be arrested if she told anyone, and the pair rehearsed explanations for the miscarriage."

"The woman later fell unconscious after taking a shower and experienced heavier bleeding. She was taken to the hospital, where she was told the abortion drug was killing the baby."

"Procurator fiscal Fiona Kirkby said Doohan’s 'calculated and heinous actions caused the loss of the victim’s pregnancy, robbing her of plans she had for the future.' She added that he has now been held accountable for this 'fundamental breach of trust.'"

"A Health & Care Professions Tribunal Service panel struck Doohan off the medical register, ruling that he 'planned an illegal abortion by using unauthorized access to medical information via his workplace.' The panel said he 'deliberately and intentionally sexually assaulted' the woman 'to abort their unborn child' and 'later attempted to persuade her to take the blame for the illegal abortion.'"

"His actions caused the victim 'not only physical harm but also ongoing emotional and psychological harm,' leaving her with the 'anguish' of her miscarriage and his 'breach of trust.'""This case highlights the vulnerability of unborn children and the risks women face when abusers exploit chemical abortion drugs to kill the baby against the mother’s wishes."

"In a separate case illustrating the same pattern of coercion, one woman described feeling 'trapped and terrified' after her boyfriend forced her to take abortion pills."

"She said: 'If there was an in-person doctor’s visit when I was going through my situation, I would have been able to at least have one scapegoat to go to, and tell them, I do not want an abortion. I’m getting coerced into this. I need help. But I did not have that opportunity.'"
