USPS allegedly violated Hatch Act for Hillary Clinton

Even with the illegal help of the U.S. Postal Service, when they violated the Hatch Act by allowing employees to do Hillary Clinton campaign work in the 2016 presidential election, she still lost to a reality TV guy named Donald J. Trump.

The USPS violated federal law, according to an Office of Special Counsel (OSC) report. They determined the USPS "engaged in systemic violations" of the Hatch Act, a law that limits certain political activities of federal employees.

The investigation, headed by Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) the Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs chairman, was launched months ago. Johnson brought constituent complaints to the OSC in October.

A USPS employee was concerned the USPS "incurred unnecessary overtime costs" and "improperly coordinated" with the National Association of Letter Carriers (NALC) when it allowed members several weeks of "union official" leave without pay to participate in campaign work.

"The Labor 2016 program sought to 'elect Hillary Clinton and pro-worker candidates across the country,'" the report stated. It cited campaign work such as door-to-door canvassing, phone banks and other get-out-the-vote efforts.

The report said that about 97 NALC members requested leave without pay to participate.

The NALC endorsed Crooked Hillary last June and compensated those USPS workers using the Letter Carrier Political Fund, the Union's PAC.

Most of the campaign work was in 2016 in Wisconsin and Pennsylvania and officials at multiple levels were allegedly involved.

OSC Acting Special Counsel Adam Miles explained that the NALC provided lists of letter carriers to participate in campaign activity to USPS officials across the country. Miles posits that the local officials "interpreted the communications as directives" from USPS headquarters to release the carriers on union official leave without pay.

In other words, these were direct orders.

The report states that local supervisors were worried that releasing workers would impact on regular postal operations and initially objected to releasing them, but USPS management instructed local supervisors to let them go and make Hillary Clinton THE FIRST FEMALE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA!!!

"We concluded that the USPS practice of facilitating and directing carrier releases for the union's political activity resulted in an institutional bias in favor of NALC's endorsed political candidates, which the Hatch Act prohibits," Hatch said before the Senate Homeland Security Committee, which is scheduled to hold a hearing today.

The Hatch Act is a federal law prohibiting certain political activities of federal employees. Its purpose is to ensure federal programs are "administered in a nonpartisan fashion, to protect federal employees from political coercion in the workplace, and to ensure that federal employees are advanced based on merit and not based on political affiliation," according to the OSC.

The OSC is an independent federal agency that monitors compliance with the Hatch Act and other law.

Secret Service agent & Trump hater on paid vacation/leave

Denver -- Kerry O'Grady, the Secret Service agent who used social media to say that she would rather go to jail than take a bullet for President Trump has not been fired. Instead, she has been place on administrative leave with pay, also known as a vacation, while there is an investigation.

In October, O'Grady posted on Facebook "As a public servant for nearly 23 years, I struggle not to violate the Hatch Act. So I keep quiet and skirt the median. To do otherwise can be a criminal offense for those in my position. Despite the fact that I am expected to take a bullet for both sides. But this world has changed and I have changed. And I would take jail time over a bullet or an endorsement for what I believe to be a disaster to this country and the strong and amazing women and minorities who reside here. Hatch Act be damned. I am with Her."

The "Her" O'Grady was referring to is the felon, Hillary Clinton. The Hatch Act she was referring to is a 1939 law barring certain federal employees from engaging in political activity to promote fairness and non-partisanship within the workplace, and the Secret Service falls under that act.

But it isn't only the fact that she engaged in political activity, it's that she is stating clearly that she refuses to protect the presidency of the United States and doesn't seem to be able to separate the office from the person holding that office.

"It was an internal struggle for me but as soon as I put it up, I thought it was not the sentiment that I needed to share because I care very deeply about the mission," she wrote.

Of course, that's nonsense.

If O'Grady really cared "about the mission," the question of Trump vs. Clinton wouldn't even come up. The idea that she would rather go to jail than perform the solemn duty of a Secret Service agent, regardless of whom holds the office of president, is very clear evidence that she would be a questionable agent at best to protect our nation's president.

She's on paid leave, which is understandable based upon the Constitution. But once the investigation is over, and if she is found to have actually said those words, she needs to be fired and replaced with a patriot who would take a bullet for any president of the United States.

I wouldn't let her walk me across Fifth Avenue.
