The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) made their country a bit safer on Tuesday morning when they eliminated three top Palestinian Jihad terrorist heads in strikes across the Gaza Strip. This comes after several weeks of ongoing skirmishes with the jihadis in the Palestinian enclave.
The IDF dubbed the campaign “Operation Shield and Arrow,” and Israelis living within 25 miles of Gaza were strongly advised to get near bomb shelters as there will very likely be retaliation, if the jihadis and Rashida Tlaib have their way.
IDF spokesman Brig. Gen. Daniel Hagari explained that the strikes specifically targeted those who were responsible for rocket attacks from Gaza in recent months, along with those responsible for organizing attacks on Israelis, including those in Judea and Samaria. In other words, “[T]hose who endanger Israeli lives, and those who work tirelessly to harm Israel’s security, will not remain unharmed.”
General Hagari noted that 40 IAF aircraft had carried out timed, coordinated strikes, within seconds of each other across three different locations in Gaza.
“At this stage, we achieved our objective, we hit what was needed. If necessary, we will ramp up the attacks. We are prepared for any scenario,” he said. He also explained that hundreds of IAF reservists and others, would be activated.
Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant weighed in shortly afterward, saying: “Any terrorist element that harms Israeli citizens will regret it. We will pursue and catch our enemies.”

Both National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir and opposition leader Yair Lapid, both extended their support of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. It's the one thing all Israelis can agree upon who actually live in Israel, especially near the border.
Perhaps it's time to move all of our US politicians who oppose closing our own border to be forced to live in a town along the US-Mexico border.
