The Compromised News Network (CNN) is gearing up for a legal fight with fired host Chris "Fredo" Cuomo over his $6 million annual contract, according to reliable sources.
You would think a news network would get the scoop on one of their own and would not only know that Cuomo was helping his embattled brother, then- Democratic Gov. Andrew "Handy Andy" Cuomo, in the latter's sexual harassment suits by a dozen women, but how he was helping.
Fredo, 51, has hired lawyers and is preparing to file suit against CNN if it doesn’t honor the remainder of the four-year contract he signed last year, sources familiar with the matter told The Post on Monday.

The deal is reportedly worth $6 million annually, so if you do the math, CNN would owe the block of wood $18 million. But according to a reliable source, the network has “no intention of paying [Chris] Cuomo a penny.”
“If he gets a settlement, there would be uproar,” the reliable source added.
Another reliable source said, “CNN has a standard morality clause in their contract that says if the employee does anything of disrepute, they can be immediately fired.” In Fredo's case, he is alleged to have grabbed some butt on admitted to inappropriate touching in another case.
Fredo was finally dumped after four days of being suspended over information contained in documents released by governor wannabe and state Attorney General Letitia James from her investigation into the sexual harassment allegations that forced Handy Andy to resign in August.

Lawyers from Cravath, Swaine & Moore, a prestigious firm often associated with upper-class elites, told CNN that they have the legal grounds to fire Fredo for contacting "sources" about planned news reports regarding his brother, and trying to dig up dirt on at least one of Handy Andy's accusers, a reliable source said.
Brian Stelter, who alleges to be a cis gender man, seems ready and willing to take the prime time slot that Cuomo is vacating.
The law firm's stance actually preceded a planned internal CNN probe into an unspecified sexual misconduct allegation against Fredo that the network received last week and which dates to his time working for ABC News, reliable sources said.
Cuomo’s spokesman has insisted, “These apparently anonymous allegations are not true.”

On Sunday, a spokesman for Chris Cuomo told the Wall Street Journal that CNN President Jeff Zucker knew “about the details of Mr. Cuomo’s support for his brother,” adding, “There were no secrets about this, as other individuals besides Mr. Cuomo can attest.”
In response, CNN blasted Fredo saying, “He has made a number of accusations that are patently false.”
“This reinforces why he was terminated for violating our standards and practices, as well as his lack of candor,” the network added.

So whether you believe Fredo or Jeff as to what CNN knew and when did they know it, it doesn't matter. They both suck and CNN is nothing more than a propaganda machine for the left, while Fredo is allegedly a sexual predator.
