Biden says Taliban 'going through sort of an existential crisis'

Look . . .

Co-President Biden interviewed with Democrat-friendly George Stephanopoulos of ABC News [the only letters of the alphabet Biden remembers] and actually said that the Taliban was “going through sort of an existential crisis” as to whether they wanted to be recognized by the world as a legitimate government.

Really? Does Joe think that the Taliban gives a rats nether regions whether anyone considers them a legitimate governing power over the people? They don't care. They want sex slaves, Korans in every house and blood letting of non believers in what they believe.

Existential crisis. Ha! I mean really, ha!

Stephanopoulos asked our brain addled POTUS, “What happens now in Afghanistan? Do you believe the Taliban have changed?”

“No. I think — let me put it this way,” Biden mush-mouthed. “I think they’re going through sort of an existential crisis about do they want to be recognized by the international community as being a legitimate government. I’m not sure they do. But look, they have —”

"Look"--Biden's go-to word to give himself time to pass gas and come up with words.

“They care about their beliefs more?” Stephanopoulos offered, as a way of helping him not look stupid.

“Well, they do,” Biden slurred. “But they also care about whether they have food to eat, whether they have an income that can make any money and run an economy. They care about whether or not they can hold together the society that they, in fact, say they care so much about. I’m not counting on any of that, but that is part of what I think is going on right now in terms of I– I’m not sure I would’ve predicted, George, nor would you or anyone else, that when we decided to leave, that they’d provide safe passage for Americans to get out.”

What the hell is he blubbering about? The Taliban cares about running an economy and holding together a society?

Biden doesn't know what he mumbling about. The Taliban cares about creating a theocracy that strictly follows Islamic law [sharia]. Their minds and lifestyle are in the Seventh Century. They see themselves as religious warriors [Mujahideen] whose duty is to spread Islam throughout the world.

Yet Biden, who is no psychologist, says they're going through an "existential crisis."

It sounds as if he's working for the Babylon Bee when you consider how the American Psychological Association defines "existential crisis"-- “a crucial stage or turning point at which an individual is faced with finding meaning and purpose in life and taking responsibility for his or her choices” and “any psychological or moral crisis that causes an individual to ask fundamental questions about human existence.”

The only fundamental questions these barbarians ask themselves are: will this 12-year-old girl make a good sex slave; and, should I shoot him or behead him?

Under the Taliban, women are given little or no access to health care and medical treatment, thus they have higher mortality rates, and infidels are killed because they don't believe the same things the Taliban believes.

Who knows, maybe Biden really is lucid and not brain addled as he appears to be. Maybe he's pulling our collective leg and having a good laugh for himself at our expense.

But I doubt it, because when it comes to this terrorist group, how they treat women, children, and all non-believers, is not at all funny.
