House aides are telling the public, hoping they are too naive to know bull-crap when they see it, that impeachment managers accidentally included fake blue check verification marks on the evidence they presented in the form of a social media posts they presented at the Senate impeachment trial, according to a report.
The tweets depicted a post from Jennifer Lynn Lawrence which was retweeted by former President Donald J. Trump. Both the tweet and retweet had the blue check marks next to Lawrence's name, indicating her identity is verified and her status as a public figure. This is aimed at lending credibility to her words.
The Washington Examiner, reported on Friday of the supposed mistake by the Democrats and noted that one senior Democratic aide said: "If anything, it is further evidence of President Trump’s attention to and knowledge of what was being openly planned on January 6 by his followers, even those without Twitter verifications."
"I’ve never been verified on Twitter so why did my Tweet used in the fact-free impeachment include a verification badge?" Lawrence asked, singling out [the China honey trap victim of Fang Fang], Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) who may have compromised our country for his base, prurient needs.
In an open letter, Lawrence rejected Swalwell's rather idiotic implication that she meant to bring troops to the Capitol.
Swalwell was criticizing her claim that she would bring "calvary," but he evidently misconstrued "calvary" for "cavalry," thinking she meant horses because when he isn't farting, he's still an idiot.
Calvary, as most Christians know, is a site beyond the walls of Jerusalem where Jesus Christ was crucified. Even Fang Fang knows that.
Swalwell mispronounced "calvary" as "cavalry" while reading her tweet and claimed on Feb. 10: "This was not just any old protest. President Trump was inciting something historic. The cavalry was coming, and he was organized."
No, putz. Learn to read.
"I don’t do horses ok (I’m from New York)," Lawrence wrote in a letter. "I’m not in the army either so the use of the word cavalry would have been pretty stupid. It’s a wonder Congressman Swalwell didn’t pick up on it.
"Bringing the Crucifixion of Jesus Christ (AKA the salvation of everyone) back to Washington DC was EXACTLY why we organized three successful protests on November 14, December 12, and January 5th. We believe our sacred institutions have rotted through with bloat and corruption PRECISELY because they have separated the State from God."
And there you have it. Not only did the Democrats screw up on the blue verification check mark, Swalwell screwed up on his reading assignment. He must be one hell of a lawyer, a profession where a misplaced comma can get someone hung.
