Hunter Biden may be in contempt of court

Hunter Biden, the execrable son of 2020 democratic Presidential candidate and former Vice President Joe Biden, is willfully defying a court order to turn over his financial information in order to make a determination in his paternity case. He could be held in contempt unless he does what the court has ordered but at this time, all he has shown is a lack of "respect" for the legal process and the level at which he sucks as a father.

Hunter has refused to support or even acknowledge his fatherhood, according to an accusatory new filing from the mother of Biden's child in the ongoing paternity case. But with DNA testing, it was clearly determined that Hunter was the father of the baby he denies is his.

This new motion throws a monkey wrench into his father's primary run as it may bring forth new information about Hunter's overseas dealings in Ukraine, China and elsewhere during the Obama administration -- and "Sleepy Joe's" apparent knowledge of those arrangements.

"The defendant continues to act as though he has no respect for this Court, its orders, the legal process in this state, or the needs of his child for support," the filing from 28-year-old Lunden Alexis Roberts' legal team reads. "This Court should take some action that will make the defendant follow court orders and a believer in the rule of law."

Hunter hasn't provided the court with information concerning his address, financial institutions he or his businesses use, a list of all the companies he "currently owns or in which he has an ownership interest and the state in which those companies are incorporated," or a list of "all sources of income for the past five years."

Hunter, a 50-year-old former [or current] drug addict who was kicked out of the Navy Reserve for same, has failed to produce a list of all "employers for the past five years," an unredacted copy of his tax returns, deeds for properties he owns, and tax documents for companies in which he has any ownership interest.

He also had an affair with his dead brother's widow. What a guy..

Regarding the U.S. Navy Reserve and Hunter Biden, in 2013 his application for a position in the Reserve was approved and he was accepted in a program that allows a limited number of applicants with special skills to receive commissions. He received a waiver for his age and another waiver for his drug-related past and was sworn in as a direct commission officer. In other words, he did not have to go through the same training as standard commissioned officers.

His father, Joe, who was Vice President at the time, attended his swearing in ceremony at the White House.

However, the next month, Hunter tested positive for cocaine during a urinalysis test and was discharged. Rather than owning up to his drug use, Hunter blamed the test result on smoking cigarettes that he was given by other smokers, only later suspecting they had been laced with cocaine. However, he chose not to appeal the discharge since it was highly unlikely anyone would believe his fairytale.

According to The New York Times, Biden is now trying to pass himself off as a painter in a rented $12,000-per-month pad in Hollywood Hills "while driving a Porsche."

Biden's conduct is "willful and contemptuous," say Roberts' lawyers. They add that he should be ordered to appear in person at a March 13 hearing to explain why he should not be held in contempt.

Independence County Circuit Court Judge Holly Meyer had previously ordered Hunter to appear in person for the same reason, but he narrowly avoided being held in contempt when he agreed to pay an undisclosed monthly child support amount.

However, at the time, the judge noted that she "lacks sufficient information" about Biden's finances to determine the appropriate child support totals, and delayed contempt proceedings until March 1.

The court proceeding will likely resume this week and Hunter is scheduled to appear at a March 11th deposition, in spite of his attempts to quash it and obtain a protective order.

“He needs to make himself available unless his hair is on fire,” Judge Meyer said during a conference call with the attorneys on the case last month, according to the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette.

Biden has yet to set his hair on fire when firing up a crack pipe. He's very careful that way.
