Warren: White toast completely done

Sen. Elizabeth "Dances with Blather" Warren (D-MA) is toast. She's done, as in soon-to-be circling the toilet bowl of campaign history. As in "I know who the masked man is, but who is that woman riding with him off into the sunset?"

The CNN Democratic presidential campaign debate Tuesday night was a clinic in journalism ethics and integrity. It was the "before" in the "before and after" techniques in how to conduct a fair debate. It was the Candy Crowley redux of 2020.

In other words, it sucked like V616 Monocerotis, a black hole located about 3,000 light years away with nine to thirteen times the mass of our Sun. That is how much it sucked because CNN is simply so bad that it's obvious.

If the CNN questioning and Warren's subsequent refusal to shake Bernie Sanders' hand after the debacle indicates anything, it certainly indicates Warren's demise as a candidate if Democratic voters have at least half a brain, which I suspect they have.

This was the worst debate of the seven heaped upon the American people. Fortunately, almost all the American people weren't interested in having their ears and eyeballs bleed from tuning in.

The debate was held in Des Moines, Iowa and hosted by the Compromised News Network. One of their moderators, Abby Phillips, along with CNN in general, was in Warren's corner all the way, as they did all they could to hit Bernie below the belt, where much hasn't been happening, one suspects, for years, with questions that were aimed at attacking him and making Warren look as if she isn't a chronic and disgusting liar.

And I don't even like Sanders. He's an idiot, but at least he's an honest idiot with idiotic ideas that he honestly expresses in what sounds like a serious speech impediment.

Phillips made it clear in her questioning that she believes Warren's saying that Bernie told her [in confidence] that a woman wouldn't be president. Sanders totally denied Warren's claim, a claim that should not have been divulged even if it was true that he said it--which is doubtful based on her history of lies.

“So, Senator Sanders, I do want to be clear here, you’re saying that you never told Senator Warren that a woman could not win the election?” Phillips asked the Vermont senator.

“That is correct,” Sanders responded.

Phillips  next turned to Warren and asked a question that quickly sparked accurate accusations of “media malpractice” online.

“Senator Warren, what did you think when Senator Sanders told you a woman could not win the election?” asked Phillips, [my emphasis]. Obviously, she was implying Sanders was lying.

“I disagreed,” Warren replied. “Bernie is my friend, and I am not here to try to fight with Bernie." She was simply intending to leak information that was either told in confidence or not told at all, in order to make Sanders sound like a misogynist.

"But, look, this question about whether or not a woman can be president has been raised, and it’s time for us to attack it head-on,” she added.

She then used CNN's help to play the woman card hard — and slammed the men sharing the stage, as if she’d rehearsed this in a mirror for hours.

“The best way to talk about who can win is by looking at people’s winning record,” she said. “So, can a woman beat Donald Trump? Look at the men on this stage. Collectively, they have lost 10 elections. The only people on this stage who have won every single election that they’ve been in are the women. Amy [Klobuchar] and me.”

It didn't take long for the #NeverWarren hashtag to trend on social media, and you know the "Bernie Bros" are totally pissed off at her actions and lies.

My guess is that if Bernie said anything resembling Warren's accusation, he was telling her that he thought a woman wouldn't be able to tackle Trump's rhetoric. But if Sanders said he never even said that, I believe him over her. After all, the record speaks for itself.

It's hard to believe that Elizabeth Warren is even more unlikeable than Hillary Clinton. But after that debate, I believe she's in the lead in the race to the bottom of the barrel and she shares it with CNN.
