In an interview with the Compromised News Network's Anderson Cooper, singer Linda Ronstadt compared Adolf Hitler to President Trump and said that Jews in his hayday of genocide are like Mexicans without the drug cartels. Cooper responded by raising an eyebrow and looking as if he is intelligent.
She added, “And we got Hitler and he destroyed Germany, he destroyed centuries of intellectual history forward and backward,” implying that when the United States spoke out and duly elected Trump, there was nobody to stop him because to do so would amount to a coup, of course.
The former singer said there were "great parallels" between what Hitler did to the Jews and what Trump is doing to the drug cartels and other Mexicans who cross over our borders illegally and seek free benefits without waiting their turn in line to enter the USA legally as their predecessors did.
She said that as Hitler "rose to power there were a lot of chances to stop him and they didn’t speak out. And the industrial complex thought that they could control him once they got him in office and, of course, he was not controllable. And by the time he got established, he put his own people in place and he, you know, stacked the courts and did what he had to do to consolidate his power,” as The Washington Times reported.

Trump has not destroyed centuries of "intellectual history forward and backward," whatever that means. The economy is at historical highs, unemployment for all groups at historical lows, and the only visible destruction is seen in the Democrat-run large cities that spends millions just cleaning human feces off their streets due to the homeless crisis.
So Hitler slaughtered the Jews en masse, killing millions, and Trump fulfilled a promise that former presidents also made but failed to effectuate when he moved the U.S. Embassy from secular Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, but the former singer is an amateur pundit and a hater of Trump.
Even Anderson Cooper interjected, “I think a lot of people, though, would be surprised to hear comparisons between what happened then and now.”
Ronstadt, who doesn't realize how dimwitted she sounded, did not back down with comparing Adolf Hitler to Donald Trump. “If you read the history, you won’t be surprised. It’s exactly the same." [Trump, like Eric Swalwell, has been gassing Mexicans since the day he entered the White House, if you believe her comparison.]

Maybe people with theatrical gifts, like great voices or the ability to pretend they are someone they aren't, should stick to what they know, especially when their biases is so great that it clouds their thinking.
