Cis man from Michigan runs over cis man to whom he owes $140

An allegedly cis gender man from Michigan allegedly took his SUV and ran over another man on a front lawn in Menominee Township on Friday. [The town is allegedly named after the Muppet song "Manah Manah"].

The driver, RJP, 23, owed the victim $140 and evidently he was short this week. His name will not be used here to prevent copy cat debtors from committing the same atrocious depravity.

The driver was arrested after witnesses said that he drove onto a front lawn on Friday and purposely hit Devon Scott Barley, 23, with his SUV and fled the scene "like a scaredy cat."

Investigators claim the incident happened because the perp was upset about a $140 debt.

Barley was transported to the hospital and suffered a broken femur, broken ribs, multiple traumatic wounds and a bruised lung, according to the report. As of Monday, he remained in intensive care and does not expect to collect the debt he is owed.

The alleged perp reportedly turned himself in to authorities on Sunday. He was charged with assault with intent to murder and attempted murder, and was being held at the Menominee County Jail on $250,000 cash or surety bond.

It is unclear as to which political party either of the men belong to, but rest assured, it's all President Trump's fault. He brings this kind of atmosphere to the country. Everything is his fault, so why not this?
