De Blasio wants Medicare to pay for genital reshaping surgery for delusional people

Comrade Bill de Blasio, the failing New York City mayor and full-blown Communist, said that Medicare for all should not only cover normal people, but those who seek to have their genitals surgically cut and reshaped to conform with their delusion of being the opposite sex/gender their chromosomes determine.

In the same way leftists use fake language such as "a woman's right to choose," instead of "a woman's right to kill her own unborn or even born child," they call the genital mutilation "gender reassignment."

You cannot "reassign" a person's gender because it's a biological situation that can't be undone, in spite of what the left says. It used to be called "gender dissociative disorder" by the American Psychiatric Association, and also "gender dysmorphic disorder," but the reason these terms are no longer used is not due to new scientific data, but to the politics forced upon us by the left and their identity politics.

De Blasio was at the New York City's pride parade where Sen. Chuck Schumer kept shouting into a megaphone: "Pride! Pride! Pride!" when de Blasio was asked if the procedure should be covered by the Medicare for All proposal. "Absolutely," the 87 foot commie said. "We have to respect everyone's medical needs." he said, as reported by the Daily Caller. "If someone needs a surgery to be full and to live their life fully — the idea is a health care system that actually serves everyone to the fullest, not a health care system that rations and causes people to struggle to get just a little health care."

Last week, fellow Democratic presidential candidate Julian Castro said his health care plan would publicly fund abortions and argued for helping transgender individuals access abortion, even guys who get pregnant.

"I don’t believe only in reproductive freedom, I believe in reproductive justice. And what that means is just because a woman, or let’s also not forget someone in the trans community — a trans female — is poor, doesn’t mean they shouldn’t exercise that right to choose. [A "trans female?" That's a guy who thinks he's a woman.] So I absolutely would cover that right to have an abortion," Castro thoughtlessly said, at the first Democratic debate.

De Blasio has struggled to gain traction in the Democratic primary with polls showing him averaging less than 1 percent support, mainly because he's a Communist and sucks as NYC mayor.

Some TV network pundits blasted his debate performance last week, saying he came off as an "obnoxious guy" talking loudly at a biker bar in Brooklyn.

Miami Democrats also slammed de Blasio last week after he quoted one of his heroes, Cuban-Argentine revolutionary Ernesto "Che" Guevara, during a rally at Miami International Airport.

De Blasio has as much chance of winning the Democratic presidential nomination as he has of winning the Powerball Lottery while being struck by lightning posing for animal crackers in Macy's window at noon in January.
