BREAKING: Magnitude 6.4 earthquake hits SoCal: Dems blame Trump

A magnitude 6.4 earthquake in southern California, about 130 miles from LA hit the area around 10:40 a.m. local time today, the Fourth of July. Democratic Rep. Adam Schiff and Jerry Nadler, another leftist Democrat, both assert that it is President Donald Trump's fault.

"If President Trump would have just come clean with his tax returns, this would have never happened," Nadler began. "His refusal has created the well-known 'Butterfly Effect' and he should resign."

Schiff left his office at CNN when he told host Chris Cuomo, "I cannot believe the nation will sit back and accept the fact, the absolute fact, that Trump's policies and refusal to accept the Green New Deal as a much-needed policy, has caused an imbalance on the planet. But he simply doesn't care. He needs to be impeached."

Cuomo simply stared ahead with a blank, noncommittal expression on his face.

"I'm calling for a special committee to investigate the noncontroversial relationship between this administration and the intervention of nature that caused the earthquake. It could have been prevented, but Trump simply doesn't care about this great nation," Schiff said.
