Biden claims Trump and GOP are bringing back Jim Crow

Former Vice President Joseph "Gleaming Dentures" Biden claimed on Saturday that Jim Crow is "sneaking back in" when he spoke about voting rights in South Carolina. This time, however, he did not claim that Trump was "gonna put y'all back in chains" as he spoke to a largely black audience. This was the idiot's first campaign stop in his quest to lose another bid for the White House.

In criticizing Republican efforts to adopt more stringent voting rules, including identification requirements and curtailing early voting hours, Biden recalled the racial segregation laws of the past.

"You've got Jim Crow sneaking back in," he claimed, referring to the era before the civil rights movement. "You know what happens when you have an equal right to vote? They lose." By "they" he means the Party of Lincoln, implying that the actual party of Jim Crow, the Democrats, are the ones who are going to free them from oppression. He's counting on the idea that black people have short memories, which is akin to "the soft bigotry of low expectations," a phrase coined by Michael Gerson

The former Obama VP appears to be totally out of ideas. When he was asked about a campaign slogan he stole the idea from President Trump saying "Let's make America moral again."

Biden seems to thinks that his background is pure while his son's involvement in an app for the Chinese to track Muslims, in which he was also intimately involved, is totally moral.

Biden centered much of his trip around the need to restore decency to the White House. "Your state motto is, 'While I breathe, I hope,'" he said at the rally after continuing his full-throated denunciation of President Donald Trump. "It's not a joke. We're breathing, but God, we have got to have hope." He didn't mention that when his son Hunter Biden breathes, he snorts dope.

He who is free from sin, cast the first stone.

He kept up that theme at a private evening fundraiser, telling several dozen donors that he expects a nasty race from President Trump, something he would never do himself.

"This guy is going to go after me and family," Biden predicted. It isn't as if he doesn't know the drill [see paragraph 1 above regarding black folks and chains.]

He recalled his grandchildren telling him before his announcement that they expect Trump and others to bring up family details including his son Hunter Biden's divorce, but left out the cocaine thingy and his history of making racial statements about Indians and others.

Biden said there "are so many nicknames I want to give this guy," and he drew laughter when he joked that he'd "start with clown." But he added that he doesn't want to respond in kind, which he just did when he mentioned clown, because he thinks his audience is gullible.

"The only place he has any confidence is in the mud," Biden said, because the president "doesn't understand how to respond to issues." Biden's confidence is in back of the barn, if you recall. He mentioned that phrase in his speech, but somehow doesn't see the irony.

Biden continues his trip Sunday by worshipping at a black church in Columbia and pandering for votes, as is his wont.
